The host is extremely polite, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, always ready to help and ensure a truly comfortable experience. The house itself is beautiful, very clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. You can feel the care for guests in every little detail. The mountain views are absolutely stunning—this is a perfect place for hiking and peaceful walks. You can enjoy nature, wander among centuries-old oak trees, and truly feel the charm of a quiet mountain town. The kids were delighted with the variety of board games, and for us it was especially valuable to see them spending time without their phones—the games brought the whole family together around one table. Arbizu is a very picturesque town, like something out of a postcard. The region is well-developed for tourism, and the people are incredibly kind and welcoming. We highly recommend this place for a memorable stay!

• Luis Maria (10/5): Vivienda excepcional y un tratoninmejorable - El trato personal de su propietario, Juan Inazio, ha sido excepcional. Desde el primer momento que hicimos la reserva ha estado pendiente de nosotros, dando respuesta a las dudas que teníamos. Se presento personalmente en la vivienda a entregarnos las llaves y explicarnos como son las instalaciones. En 31 de diciembre tuvimos un pequeño problema y Juan Inazio estuvo en todo momento pendiente hasta que se solucionò. Un trato cercano y personalizado. Un gran anfitrión. Respecto a la casa es muy confortable, es amplia, decorada con mucho gusto, con chimenea y totalmente equipada. Está nueva. Además está ubicada en un enclave natural maravilloso, que permite hacer excursiones a zonas cercanas. Una vivienda para descansar. Sin duda alguna volveremos.
