• Jorge (10/5): - Tuvimos una muy buena estadía. La ubicación es excelente, todo queda cerca pero el lugar es tranquilo. El hotel es cómodo, bien mantenido y agradable. El personal siempre fue muy amable y atento, lo que hizo la experiencia aún mejor. Sin duda lo recomendaría. We had a really good stay. The location is excellent, everything is close by, but the place is still quiet. The hotel is comfortable, well kept, and pleasant. The staff were always kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend it.

Speciale dédicace à Eren qui a su se montrer présent et très utile et qui a fait de son mieux pour que nous passions un super séjour. Très bel emplacement à 500 m du centre historique d’Alacati tout en étant au calme complet. Un grand merci à l’équipe du petit déjeuner qui a été au petit soin avec nous. On recommande à 100%. Tout. Наша подруга была с гипсом и хозяева нам очень помогали с ней, были отзывчивы Мне не хватало чайника , чтоб заварить свой кофе, в душевой нет полочки возле зеркала, чтоб положить косметические принадлежности . В ванной нет розетки , а в комнате нашли всего две . Я брала с собой тройник и это помогло нам зарядить все телефоны сразу

• Eider (9/5): Todo un acierto! - Encantador hotel , muy bien ubicado a 2 minutos andando al casco antiguo y parking libre al lado del hotel. Buen desayuno. Todo limpisimo y cuidado. No pudimos disfrutar de la piscina porque no hizo bueno, pero el entorno muy agradable. Gracias Eren por la estancia y agradable conversación. Aunque puede ser de 10, no lo hacemos porque creemos que siempre hay algo que mejorar😊 Nada.

• Sorour (8/5): - The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.They provided a home-made fresh breakfast every morning and set a table specially for us that was very lovely. We also enjoyed conversing with Burak& Eren in a warm, friendly environment. The location was good too, close to the centre and easy to use public transport. The stairs in the room were difficult to use, especially when you needed to come downstairs during the night to use the toilet.

• Irina (10/5): Мы первый раз в Турции и потрясены уровнем сервиса. - Потрясающий номер, идеально чисто, все удобства продуманы до мелочей. Было чудесно жить на втором этаже с огромным балконом с видом на цветущие деревья и залитый солнцем Алачати. В октябре было очень тепло и красиво. Номер за счет балкона и еще одного большого окна прекрасно проветривался. Мы не закрывали дверь на балкон и могли дышать прекрасным воздухом Алачати всю неделю нашего пребывания. В номере много вешалок и крючков для одежды и полотенец, достаточно полок для обуви и ящичков в тумбочках для мелочей. Это большая редкость для отелей, чтобы можно было разложить вещи с комфортом. Завтрак был разнообразным, много выпечки, разных оливок и варенья, вкусная яичница с овощами. Персонал был очень вежлив и доброжелателен, стараясь решить все наши мельчайшие проблемы. Хозяева отеля прекрасно общались с нами на английском, так дружелюбно, как со старыми друзьями. Мы чудесно провели целую неделю и вернулись бы в Julietotel ещё. Даже не знаю, все было супер!

They helped with everything and friendly. They don’t provide dental kit and loofah and only 2 small shampoo no shower gel or conditioner so we had to go purchase.

The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast each morning was spectacular. The location is also quite good, especially if you are traveling by car. The host at the hotel was very try keen to help us plan out our days and recommend places to visit. The air conditioner in the room was quite loud. But apart from this, nothing.

Die gesamte Anlage und die Zimmer sind super gepflegt, modern und sehr sauber. Die perfekte Lage mit Parkmöglichkeiten und der Nähe zu allem, was man braucht (alles fußläufig erreichbar!), ist ideal. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend – frisch, lecker und mit großer Auswahl. Ein absolut rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Nichts.

El dueño es una persona muy amable y atenta, siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que uno necesita. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, limpias y cómodas, lo que hace la estancia realmente agradable. Además, el desayuno es fantástico, variado y de gran calidad, perfecto para empezar el día con energía. Está situado a pocos minutos andando del centro. • Meral (10/5): Immer wieder gerne! - Wir waren für 3 Nächte als Familie nach Alaçatı gereist. Das JULİETOTEL war die perfekte Wahl. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sauber. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Es sind wenige Gehminuten bis in das Zentrum. Es gibt viele Essensmöglichkeiten. Çeşme ist mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten unkompliziert erreichbar. Das Frühstück wurde sehr herzlich vorbereitet, abwechslungsreich und mit frischem Gemüse. Der Hotelbetreiber hat uns immer beraten an welchem Tag wir wohin gehen können (Meer, Markt etc.).

From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine kindness and warmth, making us feel at home. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, enjoyed in a lovely garden that added to the peaceful ambiance. Our family room was spacious enough and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool was a great bonus, especially for the kids! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the vibrant bars and restaurants of Alacati’s center. Plus, it’s only 15 minutes by taxi to Cesme port and the main beaches both north and south of where it is located. Juliet Otel is a gem - we’ll definitely be back next year!

Le patron est une perle, souriant, aimable, attentionné, disponible, à votre écoute à la moindre petite demande. La chambre est grande avec un grand balcon et la salle de bains de taille convenable. Le tout très très propre. Le petit déjeuner est plus que complet avec beignet chaud, omelette, corbeille de différents pains, variétés de fromage, un régal chaque matin !!! Emre, Eren and the team were truly the highlight — incredibly warm, helpful, and hospitable from the moment we arrived. They helped us with booking beach clubs, finding hidden gems, and even calling cabs for us whenever we needed. Every morning, they made sure our breakfast table was full (and we were 11 girls, so not a small task!) — always going out of their way to make us feel at home. The rooms were super cute with traditional Turkish charm — simple, cozy, and had everything you needed. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best, but totally manageable for a short stay. Location-wise, it was perfect: just 15-20 minutes from the main beach clubs and party spots, and right next to Alaçatı’s old town with its picturesque streets, cute shops, and late-night pubs and bars. Highly recommended if you're looking for a friendly, well-located, and authentic place to stay in Çeşme. Nothing!

• Florin (10/5): Great choice in Alaçati! - The property is located in a great location, just few minutes walking from the hustle and bustle of the city but quiet enough to relax. Good breakfast, big and very clean pool, and nice courtyard to spend some time with friends in the evening. We felt very welcomed, thanks to the owner and the staff that were always very attentive and supportive. Thank you, Eren! The property is not very big and there is some noise coming from the other rooms and from the stairs, but that depends on how noisy are the other guest 😋. If you’re a light sleeper, maybe you should consider a room located upstairs.

• Margaret (9/5): A little gem! - We received a lovely welcome when we arrived, even though it was past midnight! Our room was not big, but was perfect for us. Early May was a good time to visit as Alacati and the hotel were not too busy. The breakfasts were excellent, we looked forward to these every day and the little extras! We also had a fantastic evening meal one day which matched anything we had eaten in town. The position of the hotel was excellent with just a short walk into the centre of Alacati. Lovely friendly and helpful staff!

When we stayed at the hotel, there was a group from Iraq. Everything would have been much better without them. The comments they wrote are completely inconsistent. They tried to blame the facility by making bad comments, but it was their own fault. They were noisy and had not learned to obey the rules of society. They were a group of people who did not know the rules to be followed in the pool and common areas. But despite all this, we established a great friendship with the owners and this was our biggest gain. The location of the hotel and the breakfast were great. • Çontay (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel was perfect it could not be better.From the location to the breakfast to the cleaning of the room was as good as it could be.The most important thing was the attitude of the hotel management.During our stay there was a very bad group reservation from Iraq.I read their comments and I want to say they were completely unfair about this.Because there was a very disrespectful attitude and excessive alcohol consumption they were people who had no idea about the use of common areas when they disturb the ambience.The owner of the hotel was constantly warning other guests to protect them I think this is a slander and I congratulate the hotel management for this attitude.I will definitely come back just because of your breakfast and your protective attitude and respect all your guest Everythıng was perfect
• Enas (4/5): Not what I expected - It’s a beautiful building in a nice location the young staff were very polite and helpful. The room I stayed in was supposed to be for 4. I don’t think this is true as the room is small, has only one point of electricity. There is no kettle and tea bags which I thought is very strange! I travel a lot and even the simplest hotels have a kettle and tea bags ! They also tried to charge extra for coffee with breakfast!!
• Zaid (3/5): Disappointed - The village nearby is really nice The room is certainly not as advertised! Quite a few issues with management attitude. The actual serving staff are nice. It’s not worth the price I paid for it I have been to many countries and many hotels over the years but I’ve never been told that my expectations are too high and that I was not allowed to complain! The room is missing important things such as safe, an iron and a kettle. There is no water dispenser available in the shared areas I was asked to pay for filter coffee even though breakfast was included in my booking! I was told only Turkish tea is included. Turkish coffee was also not included in the breakfast. I was told the same thing when I asked for fried eggs. They said traditional Turkish eggs with tomatoes are better!! There is no toilet in the main shared areas of the hotel. There was no extraction fan in the toilet The room was advertised to fit 4 people! But it only had a maisonette with a very steep ladder to go up. My room mate felt very uncomfortable going up and down the staircase I paid for 4 people and only two of us ended up staying in the room and the cost was still over £120 per night I felt I was bullied and this place won’t last !

If you want to enjoy your stay in Alaçatı, must choose the hotel. - The location is perfect, 5 minutes away from center of the city and you can feel very comfortable. Amazing breakfast, you cannot expect less in Turkey. The owners are very friendly and you feel your self pretty much like at home.

Lastly, for us Eren was honestly the best host we have ever come across, he was the sweetest and so hospitable. He made our stay so comfortable and we felt really taken care of. • Raylitsa (8/5): Great hotel, would recommend for families. Good breakfast, amazing owner. - Owner is lovely and very hospitable, provided us tea and cakes accomodating our very late check in. They also prepared some breakfast because we were leaving early morning. Location is great, can easily access the city centre but is still quiet. The hotel is beautiful, spacious compared to other ones in Alacati. We came during winter, so the water takes a while to heat up. One of the towels wasn’t cleaned properly, but all the other ones were fine.

The hotel has a very good location and is far from the hustle and bustle of the city center, and despite this, you can reach all the cafes and restaurants of the city by walking for less than 10 minutes. The most special feature of this hotel is its breakfast. When you come for breakfast, your table is already prepared and small breakfast dishes are arranged on the table, followed by omelette and cheese plate, fresh bread and fresh vegetables. Also the chef regarding cuisine was a really kind and stylish man Mr. Rasit who fulfilled all our eating desires. Also the Coordinator of the place Emre was really helpfull and fast to assist on any problems or requests that came from our side. • Duygu (10/5): Exceptional - I can’t recommend this place enough! It’s a lovely boutique hotel. We were traveling with a 3 year-old and an infant. The owners are super friendly and they made everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Its location is very convenient. It’s a few minutes walking distance to the Alaçatı city center and 15 mins drive away from beach clubs and marina in Çeşme. They served us an authentic Turkish breakfast with a rich variety of food. Everything was so fresh and organic. Our room and the common areas were super clean. Everything was AMAZING! We’ll definitely come back.
• Manisha (8/5): Cute place with friendly staff - Well appointed room for a family. Property itself is charming. The waitress was very friendly and took very good care. Breakfast was outstanding Location is not the best. It’s a bit away from the centre but 8-10 min walk is not a big pain

The place was so cozy , so relaxing and the atmosphere between all of us was like to be friends. The location is so close to the center of Alacati , near to restaurants, cafe and shopping shops 5 minutes walking. The breakfast was typical, reach Turkish breakfast cooked in front of us and very tasteful

Rooms were very clean, we enjoyed with our family our stay. The best part off course is the homemade Turkish breakfast with delicious Turkish tea. One of the staff members Elif made sure our glasses of turkish tea were not empty :) Nothing to comment
• Sue (10/5): Excellent stay, location, staff and food. - The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Alacati centre and was perfect for our trip. It was clean, comfortable and the staff could not do enough for you. Breakfast is served at a time that suits you meaning you can have an early start or a layin. Maybe it could provide a kettle in the room, although you could get tea and coffee in the breakfast room.
