Guest Reviews
- Ren (10/5): - 親切で清潔でした
- Juliette (6/5): Friendly host but improvements for guests are needed - Ryan was welcoming on arrival. Cookie, the dog, was very friendly and loved cuddles.
It is good to find accommodation where we can park on the street for free, although this isn't guaranteed and depends on how busy it is.
It was about a 20-minute pleasant walk to Dreamland.
The street was quiet at night.
There is potential for this to be a great property, but changes need to be made. When we were hoping to use the shower in the shared bathroom, there were quite a few hairs on the floor of the shower from the daughter of the host. We therefore decided we had to wait until going home.
Although we were told we could use the kitchen, we chose not to as it needed a very good clean.
In the listing, it says tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but I think this is referring to the kitchen, which we didn't want to use due to the lack of cleanliness.
I was woken up before 9am due to banging downstairs. Having had a late night due to a concert, this was not good.
Although we love dogs, and were happy for her to be there, the dog may come as a shock to some, especially anyone with allergies, as nowhere in the listing is it mentioned, and the host doesn't directly advise you that there is a dog living in the property.
- Elaine (1/5): Do not stay at all costs. Filthy. - Nothing at all, It was filthy dirty. The photos are not true to the house. The house smells. Didn't even bother to clean the kitchen. It was a tip. Bedding looked dirty. There was no way we were sleeping in the bed. The owner had parked across the driveway, so there was no parking . The lounge area was disgusting. There were other adults in the house,so I wouldn't have left our belongings. It looked like one of them probably gave up his bed for the night. We walked out there is no way we would of stayed there, even if I was paid.

- Charles (9/5): Lovely stay in Margate - Ryan was extremely welcoming into his lovely home, making us feel very comfortable and offering interesting insights into the history of the area. Really comfy bed and nice bathroom, with plenty of space. Everything was great!
- Shane (8/5): Stay in Margate - The location was handy for spending time in and around Margate. Ryan was very welcoming and had a wealth of knowledge of surrounding areas if you need any inspiration of places to see and discover their history. You should expect also a warm welcome from Cookie (the dog), she's a big softie and petting is required to pass her if you meet her. :) she is friendly and will let you pass, but belly rubs and head scratches welcome. N/a

- Ruihan (1/5): Bad - Very bad, I waited for a very long time and no one came to check me in! There was no reply through phone calls or private messages. In the end, I had to contact customer service to handle it. If there is any problem that prevents check-in, then do not show on the app that check-in is available, and communicate with the guest in advance!
