• Hanspeter (7/5): - Die Ausstattung war sehr gut Wenn ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht und wegen Strassenbau überhaupt nicht genutzt werden kann, dazu ohne Information ist sehr unzumutbar. Sogar zu Fuss war es sehr mühsam und gefährlich.
• Judith (7/5): Desperately needs to improve the shower cubicle. - Furniture in the sitting/dining area is good. Bed was comfortable. Shower is not usable. Drainage is blocking, water from the shower gets overflowing easily no matter how careful you use the shower. Keys collection is not clear, too far from the property. No staffing for helping to locate the keys neither the specific apartment.
• Thomas (10/5): Would use it again! - Clean, neat, quiet, good location, nice view. It wasn't clear to me which out of the 4 apartment was ours. No door signs, no instructions. Also the parking was a bit of quiz.
• Jacelyn (8/5): Enjoyed after a stressful check-in / arrival. - The location, price and quality of the apartment were terrific. Just as described. We very much enjoyed being by the river and walking distance to certain lifts up the mountain. Check in process was unnecessarily difficult. Was told they’d wait for me but there was no one at the keys pick up location. The yellow paper that was supposed to tell me everything I needed to know to find my apartment didn’t even have the apartment number just the address at which there were several floors of apartments. I had to call the host multiple times. If she hadn’t answered we would have been stuck at 9pm with no lodging. My husband was stressed for hours afterward.
• Marco (9/5): Zentrale Lage zwischen Ga und Pa - Kurze Wege (mit dem Auto, Buslinien in der Nähe) zu vielen Wanderungen, Liften, Seen, Königsschlösser, Restaurants, Einkauf etc sehr gut ausgestattete Küche Sitzgelegenheiten für Balkone die Lage zu Garmisch und Partenkirchen war in etwa gleich Parken vor der Unterkunft (ein Garagenplatz ist inklusive, wir hatten aber eine Dachbox und waren mit 2,20m Höhe zu hoch) subjektiv waren die Sitzmöbel hart

• NINA (8/5): Unser Urlaub war mehr als erholsam......und wunderschön....die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet - Die Gegend ist ein Traum un d wunderschön..... In der Ferienwohnung könnten die Wohnungen beschriftet sein.....da es in dem Haus mehrere gibt .....waren wir erst an einer falschen Tür.....wo uns ein Gast oder Mieter dann die Tür geöffnet hat. Bei der Buchung stand bei Booking com ausdrücklich.....keine Voraus oder Anahlung.....bezahlt wird in der Unterkunft,dies war leider nicht so.Wäre mit Absprache kein Problem gewesen. Das sollte geändert werden.!!!!!!!!!!!
• Scott (10/5): Perfect appartment for a family trip to Garmisch - Great apartment in a central location. Very well appointed with everything we needed for our trip. Located on a quiet street with great views of the mountains. Only a 15 minute walk along a path to the Hausberg chair left and a 5 minute walk from the main train station.
• Roger (10/5): Ein wirklich wohlig warmer Rückzugsort - Die Ausstattung der Küche war überragend gut, scharfe Messer, Eierkocher... Es hat an nix gefehlt. Das Bad war wie frisch saniert, das Wasser schnell sehr warm. Die Fußbodenheizung war super angenehm. Es war etwas umständlich, nach der Reise noch woanders hin zu müssen, um den Schlüssel zu holen. Möglich, aber das hätte ich mir gerne gespart.

• Karla (8/5): Great for a getaway! - Central location, parking garage include it, clean and very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Shifting reservation dates with 1 month notice was not possible, so not very flexible. Other than that, we really enjoyed our time there.
• Martin (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage der Wohnung,sehr Stadtnah, wunderbarer Ausblick auf die Berge. Wohnung war sehr schön. In der Beschreibung war eine Mikrowelle aufgeführt, leider war sie nicht vorhanden. Der Fernseher war nicht in vollem Umfang benutzbar, viele Sender waren nicht vorhanden.
