- Liz (2/5): Very poor - Beautiful accommodation. It took over 2 hrs to get any answers to a problem. Left messages on emergency number & no one called back. We couldn't sleep there & it wasn't until after we had booked somewhere else as grandson was scared, that a neighbour told us the answer to the question. No refund of any sort no call until later next day. Very dissappoimtimg. A total waste of money.
