• renato (9/5): Arianna è una host molto simpatica e gentile, l'alloggio è comodo al centro sia a piedi che in auto - Ottimo alloggio. Utilissimo il box auto poiché non è semplice parcheggiare in strada. Non abbiamo trovato nulla che non andasse.

• magalie (10/5): Rosa house ,super top - L appartement Rosa House est très spacieux. Une famille de 4 personnes peut s y trouver très bien. Il y a tout le confort ,elle a tout prévu, jusqu'à la machine à laver et ça c est topissime quand on prend easy jet par ex avec notre baluchon 😅. Il y a 2 balcons. Le logement se trouve dans une zone résidentielle tout prêt de la ville en voiture 5mn. Super marché à côté. Vous pourrez visiter : Lecce de jour et surtout la nuit.les italiens sortent aux heures les moins chaudes. Otranto ,gallipoli ...bref de chez Arianna vous pourrez visiter toutes ces merveilles. C est une dame solaire ,avec laquelle nous avons bien partagé. Magalie

• Omar (10/5): Excelente estadía en un lugar muy limpio y cómodo. - Excelente departamento completo, moderno, limpio, con todas las comodidades. Arianna fue muy amable, y si bien no nos vimos personalmente, resolvió todas nuestras dudas por whatsApp, excelente comunicación. La zona es muy tranquila, no está muy cerca del centro, pero nosotros contábamos con auto para trasladarnos, así que no fue un inconveniente. Todo estuvo perfecto.

• Tanja (10/5): - The appartment is spaceuos, beds are comfortable, there is everything you need to feel as home. A bottle of water was waiting for us, there was cofee, salt, vinegar in the kitchen and all the utensils. Free toiletries were in the bathroom. They let us check in earlier.. Excellent communication with the hosts in English, and they are so nice. If we go in Lecce again, we will stay in Rosa House. Thank you for everything 😊
• Ghislain (1/5): - Logement très moderne, confortable, propre avec parking souterrain sécurisé. Matériel de base vraiment limité comme un rouleau de papier toilette pour 3 jours... 30 minutes de marche de Lecce, 15 minutes pour les commerces. Je tente de rejoindre la dame 3 jours avant mon arrivée, le lendemain et la veille. J'envoie 3 messages par l'application Booking, un email et 5 (cinq) tentatives d'appels pour lui parler au téléphone. AUCUNE, AUCUNE RÉPONSE !!! SILENCE DE MORT. Aucun retour d'appel. MINABLE ! Le jour de la location je me présente sur place vers 15h avec l'espérance que je trouverai la sonnette pour Rosa House et qu'il y aura quelqu'un pour me répondre. Je trouve la sonette et, évidemment... aucune réponse. Je tente une ultime fois de la rejoindre au téléphone avant de me chercher un hôtel (quel autre choix ?) et, miracle, elle répond. Mais la saga n'est pas terminée. Très difficile de se comprendre et sans l'intervention d'une voisine, une bonne Samaritaine, je n'aurais peut-être pas eu accès au logement. Sa maudite boîte à digicode n'est pas à l'extérieur, mais au premier étage (du jamais vu pour ma part): donc on doit probablement demander à un voisin de nous ouvrir la porte d'entrée afin d'accéder au premier étage. Mais sans le code, je n'aurais pas pu ouvrir la boîte... BRAVO ! Elle m'a écrit par la suite qu'elle avait envoyé un SMS avec les informations d'accès, mais à mon téléphone DE BASE... au Canada. Encore BRAVO DE NE PAS AVOIR VÉRIFIÉ que les informations avaient été bien reçu. PITOYABLE ! Mon erreur ? Devant l'absence de réponse de sa part, c'est de ne pas avoir demandé de l'aide à l'Assistance Booking 24 heures avant l'arrivée, c'est-à-dire déposer une plainte... C'est désormais ce que je ferai sans hésiter. CONCLUSION: LES LOCATEURS QUI NE RÉPONDENT PAS AUX MESSAGES DEVRAIENT ÊTRE BANNIS DE BOOKING.COM. Point !
• Gerard (10/5): un appartement idéal pour visiter le Salento - Tout. En premier lieux les information d'Ariana par téléphone pour entrer dans l'appartement et garer le véhicule en box sous l'immeuble, un must. ensuite un appartement spacieux , moderne agréable, super équipé, ou il ne manquait absolument rien, même pour un séjour plus long. Ariana nous avait laissé une délicieuse pâtisserie d'accueil, c'est une belle personne avec qui nous avons pu échanger de vive voix avant notre départ. ce fut une hôte charmante et délicate qui restera un bon souvenir 🌹🌹🌹 une personne que l'on accueillerai volontiers en France 🤞

• Julio Leopoldo (10/5): Fantástico - Apartamento muy cómodo y confortable. Con todo el equipamiento necesario para una cómoda estadía. Parking propio en subsuelo pero no lo usamos porque era más práctico dejar el auto en la calle. La zona es muy segura. Arianna la dueña fue muy atenta. Dispuesta para lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Incluso nos dio recomendaciones de lugares para visitar al sur de Lecce. Un encanto Algo alejado del centro histórico pero con auto eso no es un problema
• LINDA (9/5): Wonderful stay. - The location was brilliant. 3 minute walk to the bus stop to head into Lecce. 5 minute walk and your at the grocery store. 30 minutes and your at Poetry cave and gorgeous beaches. Nice quiet area. Streets are really drivable not tiny and cramped and apartment very easy to find. Lockable garage for the car. Loads of maps and information about the area in English. Everything we need in the apartment including WIFI, air conditioning, stove, cooktop, microwave, full fridge and washing machine. The staff were just the best. Loved it. No kettle or toaster.
