Jane (5/5): First impression - Disappointing! Expensive. Not value for the money. - The actual position to the town centre. The beds. The shower and bath. The space in the kitchen and table area. The keypad took an age to actually open. No kerb appeal what so ever. The parking area - smelly bins. The noise from adjoining accommodation, especially next to the bedroom. Kitchen oven and grill was so grimy we could not bring our selves to use it or the baking trays. We couldn't work out how to get the heating to work. The toilet seat was very loose when we arrived. No provisions for recycling. We took it home with us. The stairs need a warning sign, steep!! The noise from outside in the evening and in the morning (school, college?) Double glazing would help.
Claire (8/5): Very good - Location was great, near everything in town. Quiet at night. Kitchen was very well equipped with good quality crockery, glasses etc and the bathroom was lovely, especially the shower. Handy to have its own parking spot too. Stairs very steep for less mobile, could do with a TV in the top bedroom.
Andrew (10/5): Perfect. Great long weekend stay - we wouldn't hesitate in recommending this lovely house. - Perfect location - right in the centre of Cowes and very close to everything we needed. The house is lovely and modern with everything we could wish for - excellent comfy beds too!
