• Daria (1/5): Scamers!!! Be careful! Don't book!!! - Unfortunately, this property turned out to be a scam. Despite repeated attempts, we were unable to reach the host: • Several phone calls went unanswered. • Multiple messages via Booking.com, phone, and messengers were ignored. • We waited for more than 2 hours and never received any check-in instructions. I contacted Booking.com Support, and they confirmed the disruption of my reservation. However, there were no available alternatives through Booking, and we were forced to spend the night in our car with our 1-year-old baby. This was an extremely stressful and unsafe experience, and I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this property.
• Mykhailo (1/5): When we arrived to the city, owner stopped communicating, does not answer on calls and messages. - SCAM! My family was forced to sleep in the car because apts owner does not answer on any calls whole day. After my claim he changed appartment photos to the goats picture (see attachment). ЖУЛЬЕ! Всей семье пришлось ночевать в машине потому что владелец тупо не выходил на связь весь день. А после жалобы в букинг сменил все фото комнат на картинку с козлами (прикрепляю).

• Pinchuk (1/5): Bad - The location is close to the sea, not far away. There is a good grocery store near the apartment. From the main points: The apartments were not cozy due to the absence of curtains in the kitchen, making it feel like you were in an aquarium, as there was another apartment building right in front of the window. In the room with separate beds, there were curtains, but they were torn - is it really that hard to replace them? The curtains and white walls were dirty and stained. It would be so easy to refresh them, and it doesn't cost much. The baseboards were detached and fixed with office tape. It was awful. Maybe someone else could tolerate it, but I found it very strange and would be ashamed to offer such accommodation to anyone. Restaurant in the courtyard There is a restaurant in the courtyard. It's really good there and it attracts a lot of visitors who celebrate until midnight and sometimes even later, and it all interferes with sleeping, because the courtyard is limited by the buildings around it, and all the sounds, especially loud songs, music, dancing, and arguments of visitors are very, very audible. Pool and sunbeds. There is a wonderful pool in the courtyard. There are sun loungers around it, but they are all private and each is signed with an apartment number, there are more than 30 of them. But our number was not there, and this caused inconvenience when, after swimming, I wanted to sit on a sunbed and put my towels down. But the day before we left, 2 brand new sunbeds with our apartment numbers appeared. Next, regarding the owner. On the first day, when we were supposed to check in after the booking, he suggested that we move in a day later. It didn't work for us because we were already on our way to the apartments, and it was already evening. But that's not all - one day before our check-out, the owner and his wife came knocking on the door and were surprised to see us there because they thought our stay was over. I explained to him that in the app, he could verify that the check-out date was tomorrow.
• Анастасия (9/5): Superb - The apartment is large, two separate rooms and a kitchen-dining room. Two large balconies, a swimming pool, a restaurant downstairs. Walk 5 minutes to the sea. The apartment has the necessary utensils and towels. Free Wi-Fi. Special thanks to the owner for his hospitality. For this price is a best option. There are a few nuances that I did not like: the lack of a hair dryer and iron, one small trash can, old bedding, and stains on the bedspread. Hovewer, for this price, in general, the apartment is very good and these disadvantages did not affect our stay.
