Matthias (6/5): Close to the old quarter, but noisy rooms - The room itself is spacious and has big windows on the nearby lake. Moreover, the location is within the old quarter and you can explore everything by foot, if you wish. For the price you get a good sized room, but not the highest standard. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned up properly in some time (leftover razor in the shower, dirty boards over the sink). It was quite noisy throughout the whole night and in the morning (we know that due to the type of buildings in the area, you can hear upstairs neighbours sometimes but we did not experience it like it in other hotels in the old quarter like here). Someone was "singing"/screaming from time to time during the night in the stairwell, and since the doors have a bit of a gap between them and the doorframe, you could hear it rather loudly. Also, the room doors do not close quietly, but like a loud bang. So every time someone was coming or leaving their room, the door would be slammed quite loudly. Furthermore, the man at the reception kept playing on his phone during our check-in, which was a bit irritating.

Sin (1/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! - Location is decent, in the heart of the old town near the lake. But that's all that's good about the place. Firstly upon checking in, this hotel tried to get us to cancel our reservation, and pay them directly at a lower rate. We thought that this was a scam attempt because it was already too late to cancel the reservation, and if we followed through, we would have been double-charged with no recourse. So be very careful not to fall for similar scams. Additionally, the toilet in the room we stayed in was a health hazard. There was black mold on the ceiling of the toilet, and it was obvious that the toilet was poorly cleaned.
