The public hot-spring bath is closed between 04:00 and 05:30. The reservable private hot-spring bath is available from 15:00 to 22:00 and from 06:30 to 09:30. Dinner is served between 18:00 and 20:30. Breakfast is available between 07:00 to 08:30. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

Ryota (3/5): 低コスパ - 部屋が広いご飯提供がゆっくりで風呂の時間も遅いので子供がぐずることが多かった。その上高額、入ってすぐが土足で入るロビーで子供の遊具が汚れている。トイレもスリッパがなくて、その状態でロビー歩いてる人がいそうな環境で不快。送迎の時間も融通きかず、ホスピタリティも低い。正直この価格で泊まるなら半額でももっと良い宿はたくさん日本全国にあると思った

Lee (10/5): A wonderful experience - Don't feel like staying at a hotel but feel like at home. Being a guest that do not speak Japanese to have a hotel staff they speak good English just make my holiday plan all work out and better than I expected. I wish to give credit to this particular staff Miss Insun ( she is a Philipino) who take care of me very well during my stay there. I have noting to dislike about this hotel.
