- Trà (3/5): The photos were deceptive. There was no basic comfort nor cleanliness in the home at all. - The layout was like the pictures. However, don’t get fooled by it because the service was insufficient. I asked to check in early however showed up on time - 2pm and the room hadn’t been made, it was just as how the previous guests had left it. The host let us in. The room looked nice but that was it. There was no bathroom utensils- no toilet paper, toothbrush, shampoo,... Bad plumbing. There are cockroaches and mosquitoes inside. The bed sheets and sofa reeked of foul odor after the host told us that they got the room ready. There was a fridge but it was unplugged. We had to move their mirror to be able to plug the fridge. There were an AC and a TV but no batteries for the remotes, which we reported to the host but ended up having to go buy batteries ourselves. The host brought batteries next morning around 8, but we check out at 12PM so that wasn’t any help. The host never saw us, only communicated through text. They never greeted us, or checked us out.
