Dominique (2/5): - I selected this property based on the advertised amenities—including a gym, rooftop access, and self-parking—which were essential to me as I was traveling for work. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered that none of these features were available: • There was no access to the gym or rooftop as advertised. • Although the listing and pre-arrival email stated that one unassigned parking space was included, parking was not accessible, causing a major inconvenience since I drove into town. • Additionally, the concierge staff during the afternoon and evening hours were unprofessional, and the front desk served more as a social hub than a guest support area. While the room itself matched the listing, the overall experience fell short of the expectations created by the listing. false representation so disappointing

The apartment was not set up for guests - not enough coffee, spices, the basics expected for a short-term stay. The pool is also not in operation and this was not disclosed when renting the property.
