• Carlos (8/5): Superb swimming pool and solarium but a bit far from amenities - The solarium and the swimming pool The location. You need a car for sure. Far from shops and supermarkets and long walk to the beach.

• Anne (8/5): Comfortable small flat in urbanización - It is a small apartment with a terrace and a sunroof, located only 5 minutes from Meloneras (the poshest area on the coast. You need a car. Private parking. There is nothing to do nearby, but buses outside and close by car to everything (shopping, beach etc). The flat is comfy for a couple. The bed could be better, but was ok. The hot water stopped during my hair wash (it was ok as temperature remained mid warm). Lots of kitchen appliances (sharp knives- thank you!), and oil, coffee, basic spices was nice to have. Washing machine w quick cycle. The house doesn’t have direct sun, we happened to be in a chilly period so we were glad we had slippers and warm clothes (there is a heater but it seems ridiculous to put it on, as it is warm in direct sunshine). Hosts nice and responsive. Thank you For the price and our needs: perfect. Also glad our dog was accepted. You do need a car to move about so in the evening we usually got lazy and hung out at home

• Margaret (8/5): We wanted somewhere quiet and not too far from places to eat and shop, we got this in abundance. - Francesco was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us where everything was in the apartment, how to access the roof terrace, and how to use the appliances which was helpful. Constantin spoke with us the next day, he also sent us information about nice places to eat and the best supermarkets, etc. The pool was private and pleasant, we made use of it every day. Buses are easy to access and stops all over the island outside the residence. We enjoyed our stay very much. The people around us were pleasant and made us feel welcome. Our return taxi to the airport let us down, Constantin and Francesco arranged alternative transport, which was above and beyond expectations Because I have a disability (bi-lateral) knee replacements I found it difficult to access the roof area, nevertheless, I did and the view up there was fantastic.
• Jenny (10/5): Lovely place and will surely stay again next time. - The host was very quick to response and sorted out the key and check in, as we got last minute cancellation by another accommodation on the day. Very good facility and love the roof top view with the Sunrise and Stars at night. You can just walk down to the pool which is nice and quiet. Very good value for money. Love the location, easy access to Taxi and Bus right at the front to get to Las Palmas. Free Parking too if you drive. Nothing at all. Love everything about it!

• Pamela (9/5): A Wonderful Stay - Every detail was well thought out for ease and comfort. Wi fi excellent. Enjoyed our meals on the balcony and sunbathing on the roof terrace. Lovely apartment nice and quiet. Just a 15 minute walk to the front. We stayed for 2 weeks and would gladly stay again ...hopefully longer next time as we are a retired couple. Brand new air con which was excellent. No English channels on T.V as not not connected to Wi fi. No shade on roof terrace but understand that it could be difficult to fix any as can get extremely windy at times.
• Frank (4/5): Okay but the water issue spoilt my holiday - Ok in general spoilt by the lack of water supply and refund Sadly I had a 24 hour period without a water supply, I was unable to shower, wash, flush the toilet etc. in the evening I booked a hotel for a night so I could shower etc. I’m not sure what caused the problem as others apartments were unaffected. It also cost me for taxi fares and meals out that I would have prepared at the accommodation. It is now over 4 weeks and the owner has still not refunded me for the expenses I paid, I have contacted booking.com but they seem to be having trouble with the owner responding. For this reason I am unable to recommend this accommodation.!
