• Karen (8/5): Convenient and spacious for a short stay in Rome - Very comfortable, spacious apartment with good air conditioning. Close to public transportation and in a very residential neighborhood. The bedding and towels didn't look very clean and smelled musty.

• John (3/5): Good enough for a few days but would not for any longer than that. - Location was good. The shower head didn’t really work. The hand held was like using a water gun. The toilet didn’t flush well and in the morning it smelled like a latrine. We were charged extra for late check in which wasn’t listed on the website and booking. The host was very short. No suggestions for things to do. I waited to do the review until we stayed in several other similar bookings in the other countries we visited just in case this was the norm for Europe but it certainly was not for our experience.

• Miklós (6/5): Pleasant - Good communication with the owner. Two separate rooms, fully equipped kitchen, small shops nearby. The hygiene in the apartment was at a considerably low level, despite the fact that our price included cleaning as well. We were charged an extra 25€ city tax on the spot, which was above the city tax amount mentioned on Booking. In front of the terrace, on the main street, there are 4-5 big and full rubbish containers, which are smelly during high temperatures. Despite staying for 4 nights, we only received 1 small shower gel (including shampoo) per person, which was far beyond the needs for the entire stay, so we needed to buy some more on our own. The main tourist attractions in the city are only accessible by public transportation, which takes around 40-50 minutes.
