Julia hat uns sogar ein paar Units frei gegeben für die Klima, da wir kurzzeitig keinen Strom hatten, sehr zuvorkommend! Und diese Idyllische Lage einfach perfekt!

• Katie (10/5): - Honestly it was one of the best experiences of our lives 😍 I was a little uncertain at first but with reassurance from our amazing host, Julia and some planning everything went smoothly. Our host kindly made sure we were stocked with the basic essentials prior to arrival (water, braai coals/wood, a huge 40kg of wild animal feed etc) The accommodation itself was stunning, beautiful decor, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and all the essentials you need for self-catering. We visited at the hottest time of the year so the Aircon, large fan, splash pool and outdoor shower were a welcome relief. It was truly awesome to have so much wildlife roaming freely around the accommodation (Impala, Kudu, Wildebeest, zebra, Giraffe to name just a few) Thankfully her neighbour, Jaco did Kruger safari tours which made life so much easier and whom we highly recommend Communication between Julia was easy and a quick response time to answer whatever questions we had. Thank you Julia for letting us share a piece of your heaven on earth and also thanks to Janette for her help too 🤗 We can't wait to visit you again 😍 Leaving and not spending longer
• Pia (9/5): - Das war schon eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft. Julia hat uns vorab mit allen Infos versorgt: Anfahrtsbeschreibung, wo die Schlüssel zu holen sind, wo man Tierfutter für die Wildtiere kaufen kann (ein absolutes Muss!!) und wo es den besten Milchkuchen gibt (unbedingt probieren, schmeckt herrlich). Wie bisher überall in Südafrika war alles blitzsauber. Die Außendusche war wunderbar bei der Hitze. Die Besuche der verschiedensten Tiere wie Giraffe, Zebras, Kudus und viele mehr direkt an der Terrasse sind schon ein besonderes Erlebnis. Einzig die Zufahrt über die extrem ausgewaschene Piste war grenzwertig.

• sam (10/5): i would recommended this lodge to everyone, we will definitely be going back. - the unit is spacious and has everything you need. comfortable bed and seating. nice pool downstairs and the little private garden. the outside shower and toilet that comes in handy. the large deck upstairs that offers a good view. the animals that come for food each morning and evening. the owner that was always helpful with everything and all questiions when needed.

• Talia (10/5): Magical, Homey and peaceful - The property was a beautiful wooden cabin on stilts, allowing you to see over everything and into the distance. It allowed you to look over the landscape and see the animals that came to visit every day, and when the Giraffes walked past you were almost eye level with them. The only thing that wasn't great was that there was no indoor shower, only an outdoor one, which is great for hot days but not so much cold nights.
• Xenia Romina (10/5): Casa de luna de miel en Marloth Park - La casa es hermosa, su decoración es bella y es más bien como pasar una luna de miel. Dentro tienes de todo lo que vayas a necesitar, además de contar con una tina abierta donde tienes velas y luces hadas para hacer un ambiente muy romántico. Cuenta con una terraza enorme donde puedes ver el amanecer y disfrutar de todos los animalitos que te visitarán. El espacio de abajo es hermoso, tiene una piscina, área verde Alrededor que se nota que lo tienen muy bien cuidado y un espacio para parrilla para disfrutar de un asado. La anfitriona muy preocupada y te entrega datos de avistamiento, gracias x ello. Volvería a quedarme acá si volviera a Marloth Park Cuesta acostumbrarse al baño que está dentro de la casa que no tenga separación :/
• MaxineFoulds (10/5): Amazing experience! - The park has gates where you confirm your address and the length of stay. The Securicon was easy to find, people were friendly, and i just had to confirm some details before signing for the keys. They house was absolutely amazing and just as described! If you decide to stay in, more than going out, bring some candles and flashlights. Bring binoculars. If you forgot wood for a fire, there are many shops available. They have extra blankets and pillows. Bring atleast 4 rolls of toilet paper if staying for 1 week. Bring a first aid kit aswell as bug spray/cream. The host has some maps and local restaurants and activity suggestions on the bookshelf. Bring card/boardgames. The "bush toilet" is absolutely amazin! Bring flipflops for the outside shower The warm water ran really slow in the bathtub but it also gave a peaceful atmosphere listening to the water. I would've liked something to wash the tub with after a bath. (So i would recommend bringing something along like a sponge and handyandy There are only 2 of everything so you have to wash dishes constantly. (It was no problem, but we'd run out of cutlery while cooking). There are also no Tupperware so bring containers if youd like to keep leftovers.

• Ian (10/5): View from the top - Charming cabin with well thought out decor catering for all one's needs. Elevated position perfect for game viewing. The shower positioned under the cabin was a lot of fun. The surrounding balcony, swimming pool and braai area were just peachy. I found the bed too soft with not enough support, I suppose that will not be the case for everyone. The multitude of keys really got confusing at times.

• Prashanthi (8/5): Great Value for Money ! - We really liked the communication from the host, the clean home and the value for money. The outside and garden area was also beautiful! A big plus was the pool as well, stunning place ! The host was honestly great and I'm sure if we needed anything they would have provided, she constantly checked in. The water was also so hot and a bubble bath is a must ! You could also feed the animals from the patio which was great and the outside shower was so private and lovely. The kitchen chair and bed wasn't as comfortable, but all still lovely. Also, the glasses were plastic (drinking and wine glasses) and it just made the place seem a little cheap, although I do understand the reason why. However, I would have rather paid a deposit should I have broken anything.
• Tracy (10/5): Absolutely fabulous , we can't wait to return again later in the year . - The property is spacious , comfortable and perfectly situated to access the Kruger park or to walk along the Crocodile river . We liked everything about the property and the host, Julia , was incredibly helpful giving us lots of tips about what to see, where to eat and where to access wildlife sightings . The property is equipped with everything you need to cook in or outdoors on the braai . There is a fantastic balcony which enables you to see all the local wildlife . We were able to feed the local warthogs, kudu , deer , zebra and wildebeest .
• Maria (10/5): The best accommodation we’ve ever been. I wish I could live here! =) - Everything was exceptional. House is very beautiful and well equipped! We could see from the house lots of beautiful animals to feed! Julia and Janette were impressively kind and supportive during our whole stay.

• Innes (10/5): Exceptional on all counts! - The unit is stunning! Perfect bush escape for two. Everything was neat and working properly. Small things made a big difference - very thoughtfully stocked. For example: not only is there an air fryer (what a blessing!) but there are also the little sheets to use in the airfryer to make cleaning a breeze. Julia clearly has great attention to detail and made sure our stay was super comfortable. Aircon, fans and pool were also great! Julia is also a great and communicative host - she was available and responsive to us via Whatsapp. Extra points for fast replies! Overall amazing, thank you, Julia! We will be back! If I had to fault anything, it would be that the roads leading to the property are not great, however this is a standard in Marloth and really did not affect us much. Just be mindful that although the property is not far from the Marloth entrance gates, the drive is a bit slow. But nothing my Polo couldn’t handle, and this did not take away from the magic of Vuurvliegie at all!

Lovely romantic touch with the bath tub, outdoor shower and the private braai area. Be prepare to walk up the steep stairs. I wish the shade on the balcony was waterproof so you could sit there even if it’s raining. All the cushions got soaked because of the rain.

• Alex (7/5): Overall, we had a good stay at Vuurvliegie and would definitely recommend it. - The property was exactly as depicted in the photos - spacious, well-maintained and beautifully integrated into the natural surroundings. One of the highlights for us was the outdoor shower, which provided an unforgettable experience. The outdoor garden area was another favorite. One of the real charms of the property was the frequent animal sightings right around the unit. There was one small issue upon our arrival. The property was without power due to damage to a transformer during a recent storm. While this wasn't ideal, the owner was incredibly helpful and organized a generator to keep the fridge running and ensure we could charge our phones. The only downside was that the generator was quite noisy, which did somewhat detract from the usual peace and tranquility of Marloth Park. There was also no air-conditioning available while running on the generator.

• Gareth (10/5): Amazing location, amazing house, amazing hosts. - It was just an amazing place to say, the value for money was so amazing for two people. Sadly we were not able to use the pool too much, because the weather was not great, the outside area was so beautiful. Amazing hosts accommodated our requests and gave us updates each day on load shedding, sightings and activities.
