• Alvin (10/5): Exceptional - This unit fulfilled all my needs, I just needed a clean tidy place to sleep and wash up, more than what I needed. The operator is also very responsive to the needs of tenants, good choice I will stay there again if I visit KK.
• Norsyuhaida (10/5): Exceptional - One of the unit in Aru Suites. The space is spacious for two! For sunset lovers, may enjoy it just by the balcony. Facilities all work well 👍🏽 will repeat if we visit again.

• Kirsten (8/5): Great stay but hard to find with listing information. - Very nice! Clean and good value. Easy to communicate. They really really need to tell people this is at aru hotel/suites. The address provided is not an address per se. It’s Just an area. We had no idea this was the case. We were driving all over looking for a decore sign. Finally the grab driver dumped us out in the middle of nowhere.
• Sam (5/5): Lack of taste in design and borderline cleanliness. Ok for an overnight stay - Location: relatively close to the beach with 1 convenience store nearby, reliability, clear instructions and safety of the building. Coffee and water provided (2x) Cleanliness lacking, facilities not well maintained, no A/C in the gym, pool not super clean, very difficult to access on foot, not cosy and sad interior design. No toilet paper and bath still wet when I checked in. Only 1 big soap provided for all guests.

• Hairul (9/5): Superb - The suite really spacious, clean and strategic location close to convenient store, food outlet and town centre, beach and airport for those who rent car and self drive. secure private parking using elevator parking system. defiantly will book this unit next time. cleaner forgot to put floor mat for bathroom and suggest to put another unit of air conditioning.

• Zuzana (10/5): Exceptional - The appartement is clean, spacious for 2 people, seems new and well maintained. Its located in Aru hotel and it's close to the night market and ATM. the wifi was fast. the bed comfortable. no problem to chceck in (we're given exact instruction how to get the keys). the inphinity pool is nice and the view from the roof's great (opened 7am-8pm) the provided water cups were super hard to open :)

• Wan (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious,clean ,nice view and strategic location close to convenient store, fast food outlet and town centre, beach and airport for those who rent car and self drive. The rented apartment is actually located in The Aru hotel and suite and it is not mentioned any where in the booking detail. I was mistaken that decore is the name of a hotel or apartment in which I fail to locate thru my google map and i spend 2 hours locating the place and manage to locate thru a local who use to rent the premise recognising the property thru the swimming pool.
