• Eliana (8/5): Poluição sonora noturna - Atendimento e limpeza Como fica numa rua movimentada à noite tivemos dificuldade p dormir por causa do barulho de carros e motos
• johan (6/5): Loud and a bit dissapointed - The rooms were nice, big bathroom and the staff was friendly. Breakfast is simple, cup of coffee and a croissant a but further in a small café No balcony, the matrasses were a bit old, our window couldnt close fully so in the night (especcially in the weekend) lots of noice, luckily we had earplugs. Saw more complaints but they did not do anything about this. The shower was broken. We only stayed two nights short nights and the following week but ive cancelled that one.

The breakfast (coffee and croissant) is serverd in a coffee shop very closed to Encanto The owner sent us in WhatsApp all the details for the key etc. There was some noice from the cars on the nearby road

• Teresa (2/5): Non ho dormito per via dei forti rumori sia dentro l’alloggio che fuori. - Le finestre sono vecchie così vecchie che non siamo riusciti a dormire per i troppi rumori, anche all’interno (chi soggiornava). Il costo della tassa di 4,50€ a testa mi sembra eccessivo.
• Elizabeth (7/5): - It's walking distance from both piazza Garibaldi and the old centre of Napoli. It was spacious and clean. It has working air-conditioning. The breakfast point was close by. They graciously agreed to keep our bags after checkout before we had to get to our airport transfer.

It was easy to access and despite flight delays the host went out of their way to make sure we could get in easily later in the night.

• Valderi Reis (8/5): Agradável - Limpeza, todos os dias o quarto era limpo e arrumado. A resposta rápida do anfitrião. Muito barulho de outros hospedes batendo portas e descendo escadas com malas batendo, mas isso o hotel não tem como gerir.

Petit déjeuner simple dans un bar à proximité (1 café et 1 croissant) Personne sur place, mais possibilité de déposer les bagages en arrivant, nous avons pu déposer les bagages à 9h avec une boîte à clés. Et faire le Check in plus tard.

• Melanie (8/5): - Bon emplacement, proche de la gare, logement très propre. Communication fluide avec le propriétaire. Très arrangeant pour nos valises par exemple qu'il a bien voulu prendre dès le matin. Le petit déjeuner inclus à quelques pas dans un bar est très bon. Dans la chambre 4 on entend tous les bruits de couloir, voir pour ajouter un rideau dans la chambre pour atténuer peut être.

On a adoré notre petit déjeuner à l'italienne, sur la terrasse d'un petit café, avec un très bon café et un copieux croissant fourré, parfait pour commencer la journée. Tard le soir on a terminé la journée par une énorme assiette 'mix melons pastèque' chez la vendeuse de fruits en face de l'hôtel. Rien, c'était très bien.

• Karolina (9/5): We enjoyed a lot despite the noise - Cool, clean and modern appartment, helpful and nice staff, aircondition and tv in each room. Safe place, with double lock, security person on the ground floor and safety camera in the corridor. Mrs Pina is super and recommended us excellent places to eat nearby - thank you so much!!! Appartment is located in very noisy area. It is close to the old Town and railway stadion, which is great, but guests who expect silence will be annoyed. Ear plugs are highly recommended ;-) I think it would also be nice to add a small table, 2 chairs and 2 mugs into the room and an electric kettle, just to be able to make a tea :-)

• Julie (7/5): Easy in-out for catching your trains the next day. - The room was renovated and clean and big lock on the door. The room however was not within the hotel; like a separate apartment. The breakfast was not on the premises and had to get the croissants and coffees a street block away while the children stayed in the room.

• Jonne (10/5): Fijn en schoon verblijf op een goede locatie - Goed gelegen kamer op 14 min lopen van af het station. Het kan gehorig zijn. Niet van de buren maar vanaf de straat. Oortjes zijn zeker niet overbodig

• Elmedina (8/5): Sehr netter Besitzer, ist uns sehr entgegengekommen! 😊 - Die Unterkunft war sauber, es wurde täglich geputzt. Wir hatten in der ersten Nacht ein sehr lautes Zimmer (strassenseitig), jedoch kam uns Enrico sehr entgegen und wechselte unser Zimmer aus. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Apartman vedľa veľmi frekventovanej ulici. Okná netesné, teda hluk celý noc, keby sme spali na ulici. Raňajky: kroasant s kávou, ostatné za doplatok, ale to ani neodporúčum. Vyskúšali sme iné slané a sladké pečivo. Bolo to strašné.

Enrico, el propietario, fue encantador desde el primer momento: muy amable, educado y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El B&B está a un paso de la estación, lo cual es muy práctico si llegas en tren. Las habitaciones nos sorprendieron gratamente: amplias, limpias, muy renovadas y decoradas con gusto. No parece un B&B al uso, la calidad es claramente superior. • Edyta (8/5): Fajny apartament, ale koniecznie trzeba wziąć zatyczki do uszu 🙂 - Dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania Neapolu zarówno piechotą jak i komunikacją. Duże pokoje, codziennie sprzątane. Ręczniki też wymieniane. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Na śniadanie dostaje się voucher i w pobliskim barze dostaje się kawę i croissanta. W pokoju nie było czajnika, ale jak poprosiliśmy to dostaliśmy wraz z zestawem herbat. Nieszczelne okna, przez co nie dało się spać w nocy. Samochody jeżdżące było słychać jakby było się na balkonie. Okiennice nie pomagały. Trzeba koniecznie brać zatyczki do uszu.

• Angelo (9/5): Soggiorno piacevole a due passi dal centro - La struttura offre camere molto spaziose, estremamente pulite e accoglienti. L'ospitalità del titolare, Enrico, è stata impeccabile, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un altro punto di forza è la posizione: a pochi passi dal centro storico e comodamente vicina alla stazione, ideale per chi desidera muoversi a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici. L'insonorizzazione delle stanze potrebbe essere migliore, anche se capisco che, trattandosi di un palazzo antico, intervenire sugli infissi esterni non sia semplice.

• Ahmed (10/5): Fabulous room, centrally located and fantastic host.. - 1. Enrico was amazing host 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 super friendly and very helpful. He gave the best impression on Naples 🇮🇹 2. The room was super clean and comfortable 🧘🏽‍♀️ 3. Centrally located. 🎯 4. When we arrived to room there were two cold bottles in the fridge and drinking them to refresh was so thoroughfull it made our day since on the way to the hotel the market were closed. 🥂 I wish the room had an extra door from inside to insulate any noise — but it wasn't a big problem at all for us, since we were so tired 🥱 😴
