- Donna (10/5): - very clean n cosy.
would stay again
- Shelby (10/5): Short but sweet. :) - We loved that it was a central area to the location we were going (Shoreline waterfront, Long Beach). The host was great and super helpful when we needed to fill the air in my daughters jogger stroller tires. We didn’t like that our upstairs neighbors were pretty loud as it seemed like he had 4 units available. But it wasn’t anything unbearable that could’ve really been avoided anyways.

- Carol (7/5): It’s good for your money if you don’t plan on staying in the Airbnb for long. The bed was comfortable - Small and convenient. No tv, there is construction everywhere so it’s not quiet and peaceful, air conditioning is blasting right at your face, there are two steps to get in the door so you might trip. The owner was doing laundry outside my door
- April (6/5): Good for a night - Quiet It’s in a bad part of town and the a/c didn’t work well in the room also there was no tv
- Maria (8/5): friendly, no nonsense staff - met all expectations n/a
- David (8/5): Comfortable & Good Value - Like that the location is not on a busy street, so traffic & noise is minimal.
- Chen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Krzysztof (9/5): Superb -
- Tracy (10/5): Exceptional - It was cute and clean and the hosts are wonderful Nothing
- David (7/5): Good - Had everything we needed. People above playing music until 1am.
- Dana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ames (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly owner, nice property, clean
- Maria (4/5): Disappointing -
- Erin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hendrik (1/5): Bad - The place is a mouldy house in a back alley with litter and car wrecks all around. Nothing at all like the descriptions and supposedly good ratings. Of course my refund was denied when I cancelled the booking on the spot.
- Lammers (10/5): Great stay - Everything was as expected. Close to LAX. Michael is a very nice host. Except for some fireworks, the night was very quiet. Great water pressure. I couldn't communicate with Host because I used Booking.com on-line. I couldn't tell him our ETA, or ask any questions. Host said if I had the booking app, I could have communicated with him.
Booking.com should state that you can only ask questions or give host information if you have the app.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (5/5): Converted garage hard to find - Friendly host, at least after he realised I was a guest. It's a converted garage, no signage so finding it was interesting, host sent me a message asking me not to wipe what he called "boogers" on any surfaces or he'd charge a service fee, no TV, other guests above me clearly audible and came home late and left very early. I'd have been happy to pay less than fifty dollars, not nearly a hundred.
- Coleen (10/5): Perfect stay for what I needed. - Clean and quiet. Michael allowed me to park in the back alley which was right outside the pad for easier access to and from the pad. Nothing
- Molly (10/5): It was short and sweet and I enjoyed it with my boyfriend as a place to get away for a bit - It was completely clean and comfortable Everything was okay no problems
- Molly (10/5): I liked my stay, was comfortable - It was very nice I liked pretty much everything!
- Rogier (10/5): Great stay a Michaels place. Exactly what I needed and expected - Really had a great time a Michaels place. Communication was great. I needed a place to crash one night before going back to Europe. This was all I needed and it was beyond expectation. Michael was a great welcoming guy and we had great chats. Will go here again when I'm around Nothing
- Glenn (9/5): Great value, safe, clean, and comfortable! - For what you pay, it really is a nice little place to crash for a night or two. Cheaper than hotels in the area and everything you would possibly need in a room. Clean, host was nice, and it was pretty quiet. Especially at night. Solid stay!
- Albert (7/5): Good value and grateful for a place to stay that's half what the hotels charge. - Easy to find the location. The room was decent and bed was comfortable. Water in the shower was very hot and the shower had good water pressure. Very noisy as it's near an industrial area. Starting at 5:30 AM there are trucks and people talking close by. If you run the A/C it drowns out some of the noise. Unfortunately, the A/C is blowing right at you on the bed. Didn't care for that. There is a giant step down into the room and I almost fell as there is no step. Coming in at night was a challenge on day 1. There is also a big step down from the shower.
- Jerome (9/5): Great place in Torrance - Quiet place, friendly owner
- Leo (10/5): Exceptional - Very calm place I arrived during the night, so I was little bit scared because the uber driver left me behind of the property at 11 pm and I was really insecure and nervous, but in the morning it was a nice and safely home.
- Frank (8/5): I'll be coming back here. - Simple, just what I needed. Good refrigerator with a small freezer. Microwave that I didn't use this time. No TV but a VERY fast WiFi. Easy access from the street or convenient ally with a security camera. Michael is friendly and helpful. Nothing at all.
- Donna (10/5): If you're looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay that is reasonably priced, this is it! - This sweet little comfortable apartment was spotlessly clean and Michael was such a friendly host and ready to meet our every need. We thought perhaps that we were the first occupants ~ that's how pristine it was! There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like. That's how good it was. Michael is such a hard working fellow and ver attentive so if we had needed anything, I'm quite sure he would have gotten it for us.
- Nami (10/5): The owner is very friendly and accommodating, The room is clean. Peaceful neighborhood. - The owner is very friendly and accommodating, The room is clean. Peaceful neighborhood.

- Hannah (10/5): The owner is very friendly and helpful. - The room was very clean and quiet. none
- De (10/5): My stay was comfortable and hassel free. - The location was ideal for me as it was secluded and I appreciate having privacy. The host was available to greet me in a friendly and kind manner, plus reminded me of the instructions to access everything that I would need. Also, the room was very clean, organized, and had all the essential toiletries available.
- Daniel (10/5): small but spacious with a beautiful bathroom, the shower had great water pressure as well as bath towels and shower amen - great location and very nice owners! very clean and a good amount of amenities
- Todd (7/5): Good -
- Kristeen (10/5): The perfect alternative to a hotel/motel. Quiet area, parking out front, and close to the beach. Thank you Michael f - It was just what I needed, a place to crash with a bed and a shower. It comes with a fridge, a microwave and a fold out table and chair. The place was spotless. Honestly there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.
- Rhonda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rhonda (10/5): Loved it. Simple. Modern. Private - Everything No tv but still worth it
- David (9/5): Great place for an overnight stay, very friendly host. Would gladly come again! - It is newly refurbished and very clean, perfect for an overnight stay. The beds are very soft but surprisingly comfortable. All appliances work, and the room is spacious. The host was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. To find the location was a bit tricky (navigation brought us to the back door where we were immediately "recorded on camera"). The site is still partly under construction (outside), so don't expect a cosy courtyard.
- Robert (10/5): Very nice. Recommended - Host was very friendly and accommodating.
Heaters, fridge, chairs, nice bathroom, classy, clean, comfortable.
- Chad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jonathan (10/5): Michael is a great host, responsive to any need, with a warm and friendly demeanor. - I really liked the room! Very nicely done with modern fixtures, including a half-refrigerator and a microwave. The queen bed is super comfy. The bathroom is also modern with stone floor tiles and an awesome shower. All in all, sublimely comfy! Nothing. Don't be put off by the landscaping as it is a work in progress and has no impact on the comfort and coziness of the crash pad!
- Cristiano (10/5): Comfortable and cozy - I found it very comfortable and cozy, I just find it a little difficult to find, but the owner was very polite and gave me the instructions by message. He was super friendly and attentive. Note 1000 I highly recommend it. I didn't need it because it was only one night, but I missed the minibar. But everything was great for me.
