- Judith (10/5): Too short - The location was perfect it had an enclosed garden so no worries about the dog escaping. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything you needed and more for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend it and would certainly come back. Nothing not to like
- Michelle (8/5): Very central to Padstow - Very central to Padstow, 10 minute walk directly into the harbour where the food is fantastic. Bed was so comfortable and pillows were perfect. Also a large Tesco across the road which was very handy. Great facilities if you want to cook for yourself. The only trivial thing would be the sofa was a little small.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Fabulous little place, secure private garden, free parking too! VERY comfy bed and so nice to have a bath!
All mod cons catered for and a very well appointed kitchen. A nice touch was fresh milk in the fridge on our arrival alongside the complimentary teas/coffees etc.
And the vases of fresh flowers in the kitchen and dining area were very welcoming.
All in all a really pretty, cosy little spot in a very quiet road which is minutes away from some of the best beaches and walks in Cornwall. Oh, and there is a supermarket at the end of the road that sells everything!
We loved that our pup could come with us and enjoy the private garden. Pets arn't allowed on any furniture or the bed which we thought was a very reasonable rule. We took his bed with ud and made sure anywhere he sat/lay he was on one of his blankets.
The cupboard with games was a nice touch. Our grandson visited on Easter Sunday and enjoyed playing connect 4.
We also liked that there was a good selection of books in the bedroom.
If you are there for more than one night...there was only one dishwasher tablet supplied. Again, that's reasonable. We just nipped to the shop to buy a box which we could use at home.
We thoroughly recommend staying at Seashells, and if we are in the area again we will check availability here before we book anything else.
Well done to the host.Kim, we absolutely loved our stay here. Nothing.
- Julie (10/5): Great location, clean, comfortable and very responsive hosts. - It was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed and just a 15 minute walk into town.
- Mcneil (10/5): Very nice stay and recommend Seashells as all you need as great location and accommodation. - Exceptionally clean and well appointed with all you need. Great parking and a short walk into town.

- David (8/5): Seashells experience - Modern well equipped very clean. Good location for Padstow central and Tesco. The shower was over bath and would have been safer if there was a handrail, the bath had a rubber mat but was slippery when wet..
In cáe of fire in the main room and kitchen area, however unlikely, we were unable to exit via front door as it was locked and required a key to open. Please consider a lock that can be opened from the inside as per rear door.

- Sandie (10/5): Perfect spot for easy access to centre of Padstow and visiting surrounding areas. - Lovely and clean and modern. Great to have a small garden for the dog in a quiet road. Just a 15 minute walk to Padstow centre and harbour and Tesco Supermarket 5 minute walk away. Not really an issue, but would be nice to have a TV that we could watch Netflix or Amazon Prime on for those rainy days.
- John (10/5): -
- Matthew (10/5): Lovely little cottage done up to a very high quality spec. Spotlessly clean, great comfy bed. Bathroom and shower was al - Modern, clean - great location and good amenities. Was great
- Michael (9/5): Superb Quality and Clean property with secure entrance. Only 16 minutes walk into Padstow harbour. Recommend. - Excellent quality and superb cleanliness. All items that you would need for a longer stay. Very comfortable. In the summer the garden would be a welcome feature. It is private and felt secure. A couple of small ‘even better if’ The stepping stones over the grass in the dark invariable means you end up walking on wet grass as they are small and sunk.
The use of very fragrant spray over bedding was quite off putting for me as it was very floral.
- Patrick (10/5): Spotless apartment in a great location - Everything!! A lovely apartment in a good location to walk around Padstow, we will definitely return. Nothing
- Debbie (10/5): Visited for a 2 night stay, arrived cold and tired to be welcomed by an easy check in, a warm cosy space and an incredib - Absolutely beautiful property. Cosy, clean and welcoming. Everything you needed, nothing you didn’t. We could have stayed for a week. We didn’t stay long enough.
- Sarah (10/5): Lovely clean property within easy reach of Padstow. - Check in communication was timely with easy to follow instructions. The location of the property was great, which made it easy to explore Cornwall during the day and within a 10/15 minute walk into Padstow to enjoy an evening out. The property was spotless with lovely seaside decoration. Due to the weather we weren’t able to use the garden, but imagine it’d be lovely to sit in of a summer evening. The only thing missing and it’s very tiny is that we couldn’t find any scissors or a pizza tray, but we managed and it didn’t impact our stay at all!
- Sarah (10/5): Would definitely return and recommend to others - Spotlessly clean with all necessary amenities - even ice cubes in the fridge and a pint of milk It was all lovely
- Judith (8/5): Very clean and comfortable. - The cleanest place I’ve ever visited! Very comfortable. Quite a walk down and up to central Padstow, although we enjoyed it.
- Stephen (10/5): -

- Yvonne (10/5): Wish we could of stayed for longer a great base - The apartment was very clean, well equipped and modern throughout. Tea, coffee, biscuits and milk were provided upon arrival. Tesco was within a 5 minute walk away. Maybe a better outside table and chairs for food and drinks rather than a wooden bench
- Henry (10/5): The perfect stay - The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and the host is super helpful. Nothing
- Pauline (9/5): Lovely annexe flat within walking distance to Padstow. - Perfect location, clean with good facilities. Lovely garden for our dog. And parking. We had a lovely stay. Note: if you are travelling with a dog you are greeted upon arrival with a notice that no dogs are allowed on the furniture. There was no mention of this on the rules/description on booking.com. Maybe this should be added.
- Jacqui (10/5): An exotic Cornish Holiday Cottage. - The accommodation was beautifully decorated and very stylish. It was situated in an excellent location to travel to surrounding places. It had a peaceful garden with exotic Cornish plants. It was well equipped and made the stay pleasurable.

Easy instructions to find the property. Milk in fridge on arrival tea coffee what more could you ask for. Very quiet and private garden our dog loved it. N/A
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional stay! - Everything about Seashells ticks the box! Kim has fantastic attention to detail and there is everything you need for your stay, including tea, coffee and fresh milk. There are extra touches with fresh flowers dotted around. Personal parking space and private small front and rear gardens. 20 minute walk into Padstow which helps to burn off the calories from dinner on the way home. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes walk away. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Kim's and I hope it won't be the last. Thank you! The fact that we had to come home!
- Jeremy (10/5): I would highly recommend Seashells for an overnight or extended stay to enjoy Padstow and the surrounding areas. - Our stay was superb, the property is spotless and very comfortable. Perfect for 2 people and your pet. The garden area is exclusive and enclosed and is a sun trap in the evening. The location is ideal for a walk into Padstow, approx 20 mins. No negatives at all.
- Susan (10/5): This was a last minute booking and for a very short stay but I was delighted with the accommodations. - Spacious considering it was for two people. Very comfortable. Spotlessly clean and well presented.

- Jeffrey (9/5): A really lovely stay - It was comfortable, clean and just a lovely place to stay and only a 10 minute walk to the harbour. Tesco was close by for supplies etc. Would stay again. There was nothing not to like! Only one very small point the bath would benefit from a non slip mat for shower use
- Kathryn (10/5): Great for a 2/3 night stay - Clean, comfortable and cosy.
Would recommend 2/3 night stay in Padstow.
20 minute walk from the apartment.
We booked Rojanos, Padstow and The Mariners Arms, Rock. Good food and service - get what you pay for. N/A
- Hannah (9/5): Comfortable, cosy and quiet! - Super easy check-in, beautifully warm and comfortable rooms. Lovely little garden out the back and good facilities — oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee and milk, TV, board games. Very peaceful and quiet! Nothing — it was all fab.
Our only suggestion to make it even better would be to have some body wash/soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and maybe some individual condiments/spreads (ketchup, mayonnaise, butter, jam etc). Would save travellers having to buy large packs and then having to leave them behind.
- Kayleigh (10/5): Short but Sweet - Really really lovely place to stay, has everything you already need there. Hosts were accommodating and very understanding towards us. Great valuable for money for a whole apartment for yourself especially for somewhere like Padstow. Would highly recommend

- John (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean comfortable and to a high standard Nothing
- Dave (10/5): Fantastic property with a short walk of Padstow harbour - Lovely property, very clean and perfect for our short stay Only improvement would be to put a Seashells sign up on the front fence as the property is difficult to find, a simple fix.
Sofa was a bit small in lounge area.
- Farnham (10/5): wonderful and great lunch at rick's - we thought it was just right for us and our lab.

I was impressed that there was washing up and cleaning fluids and clothes. We had to check photos to ensure we were in the correct place, it wasn’t immediately obvious.

- Ruth (10/5): Very impressed with the whole place - Very good location, very clean and tidy. Great facilities No negatives

Even if the apartment was attached to the owners house it felt very private, and even had a small but an own little garden. Spacious room/kitchen, bedroom and bed. An extra plus for the washingmachine and "laundryhanger". Dogfriendly, parking just in front of the house, quiet surronding, Tesco just 5 min walk. The walk to town centre max.15 min. .
