- Werner (8/5): Top Preis-Leistung in ruhiger Lage - Top Preis-Leistung, sehr geräumiges Bad, ruhige Lage. Wir waren mit zwei Motorrädern da, Parpkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel im nachts abgesperrten Hof. War zwar ein gutes Stück zu gehen in‘s Zentrum, aber das war es wert. Würden wir wieder buchen.

Komunikace s hotelem výborná.Vedle hotelu supermarket a čerpací stanice.Bezplatné parkování v areálu hotelu.Snídaně švédské stoly, velký výběr potravin. Vchod a východ z areálu hned u hlavní cesty. Chodník přes cestu, přes "malý Taxisův příkop".

- Martina (9/5): Všetko bolo v poriadku. Nemáme žiadne výhrady. - Eurohotel je mimo centra Karlových Varov, ale nám to vôbec nevadilo. Je na pešo od centra približne 30 minút. Izba bola pekná, čistá a vyhovovala podmienkam, ktoré sme si zadali. Raňajky boli vynikajúce a postačujúce si myslím, že pre každého. Pre deti aj dospelých. -

Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr gut fotografiert liegt mitten im Indu - Die Unterkunft hat ein angenehmen großen Parkplatz für dieses Hotel und schöne große Zimmer. Das war’s aber auch. Bei der Ankunft am Hotel teilte man uns mit, dass unser Hund zu groß wäre und nur kleine Hunde gestattet sind. Deswegen wollten sie einen Aufpreis von 24 € haben. Man muss sich mal überlegen, dass das Hotelzimmer inklusive Frühstück für zwei Personen nur 95 € kostet. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. stimmt hier überhaupt nicht Nach langem Hin und her hat das Personal eine Nachlass gegeben und wir haben letztendlich nur 15 € für den Hund bezahlt. Auch das ist zu viel bin ich der Meinung, es steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Aufwand. Das Frühstück war für meine Begriffe für diesen Preis fürs Hotel eine absolute Katastrophe.

- Marcin (9/5): Zwiedzanie Kalrowych Warów i miasteczka Loket. - Eurohotel znajduje się na obrzeżach Karlowych Warów. Na terenie obiektu znajduje się parking, co w Karlowych Warach jest rzadkością. Tuż obok jest pętla autobusowa, więc nie ma problemu z dojazdem do centrum. Autobus jedzie niecałe 20 minut, bilety można kupić kartą w autobusie, są o połowę tańsze niż u kierowcy. W odległości 200 m od obiektu jest hipermarket, Mieliśmy duży pokój, z wygodnym, podwójnym łóżkiem, stolikiem i dwoma fotelami. Śniadania serwowane były w formie bufetu, niestety dość przeciętne. Bardzo miły pan recepcjonista, wytłumaczył dokładnie jak się dostać do miasta. W foyer hotelu stoi fortepian, niestety zupełnie rozstrojony...

- Jitka Veronika (10/5): - Hotel stojí na výborném místě na periferii Karlových Varů,výborně umístěný,v blízkosti autobusový spoj s K.Vary,těsná blízkost nákupů -Penny,Billa. V noci jsme měli klid a v našem pokoji č.216 jsme měli i přes den opravdu krásný chládek (přesto,že bylo venku 34 stupňů ve stínu a pokoj je bez klimatizace). Musím zdůraznit,že se nám opravdu pohodlně spalo. Bohaté snídaně v moc krásném, téměř zámeckém prostředí. Určitě doporučujeme. Trošku jsme postrádali v pokoji rychlovarnou konvičku.

- Paweł (8/5): Hotel spokojnie mogę polecić ponieważ standard przewyższa cenę i byłem zadowlony z tych noclegów. - Mimo, ze hotel jest oddalony od centrum to jest to cicha i przyjemna okolica ze sklepami w pobliżu i blisko wylotówki. Śniadania urozmaicone i zróżnicowane powinny zadowolić większość zainteresowanych. Obsługa hotelu miła i zawsze pomocna, można było zapytać o różne tematy. Sam hotel i pokoje były zadbane a codzienny serwis, który m.in. w sposób profesjonalny poprawiał łóżka był wielkim zaskoczeniem - na plus. Mimo, że byłem świadomy tego wynajmując pokój to jednak jakikolwiek zestaw do parzenia kawy czy herbaty ( czajnik elektryczny ) powinien być w standardzie. Jadąc z dzieckiem też nie można tam liczyć na atrakcje dla nich - poza spacerem w okolicy, który to trochę rekompensuje.

- Peterfineart (7/5): Good for the prize - We have stayed for one night stand only but we really enjoyed the communication with hotel and staff was really friendly. They gave us an opportunity as for the first guests to choose the room type. We also enjoyed big bathroom and shower which was bigger than normal. Free parking and good breakfast was big plus. The bed was not that comfortable but it depends what type of bed you prefer. Also the distance was about 30 minutes walk from the center but we counted with this so no problem at all. The reception is not opened for 24/7 but we had a keys.

The reception initially told us they only accept cash even though the Booking.com reservation & the door to the hotel stated they accepted cards, only after I challenged them did they say "We take cards, but we prefer cash". Well, I prefer not to lose money on ATM charges in a foreign country, a very unusual and not exactly appreciated interaction.

- Anthony (8/5): Its a decent hotel and only a 6 euro taxi ride from the centre but nothing to do in the local area - Huge room with a separate lounge area. I don't think they see many English tourists so communication can be difficult unless you speak a little German. The reception staff were really helpful though! Huge car park and very quiet area. Bus stop around the corner. Breakfast included was very nice. Location is 3 miles miles outside the city and it almost feels like a total backwater. There is a supermarket ( close at 8 ) and a petrol station, and that's it! Feels very 1985 inside. There is no bar or evening restaurant here, so make sure to buy your own beer if you want a night to chill at the hotel.

- Ella (7/5): OK if you don't mind travelling into the centre - The room was a very good size, comfortable and clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast was nice with a good variety of options. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, which had been listed as included in the room, so we hadn't brought our own as we were travelling light. My husband went to ask at reception and after a while they found a few sachets to give us. The tea, coffee and juice at breakfast were awful. Location is quite obscure and far from the centre, but we managed OK with local buses.

To the center on foot about 20 min., bus # 6 about 5-6 min. - the appearance of the room is very good, clean but the bed unfortunately needs to be replaced. Great breakfast, the appearance of the hotel inside and out, great, very large parking lot with an automatic gate. the only problem is the worn out bed.
