Ho prenotato questa stanza per una settimana per far soggiornare mia mamma di 80 anni TV, aria condizionata, e un piccolo angolo cottura molto funzionale. La signora Patrizia è stata molto cordiale e gentile pronta a soddisfare qualsiasi nostra richiesta. MonoPat si trova a 300 metri da mare ed alcuni servizi tra i quali una rosticceria, supermercato e lavanderia. Consiglio vivamente per chi volesse soggiornare.

• Iryna (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely wonderful and hospitable hosts. Caring and pleasant. A very nice and cozy place. We stayed with two teenage children, and safety was important to us, so this is a great place in that regard.

The apartment is spotlessly clean and close to the bus stop and a supermarket. Nice location on the outskirts of Pisa. I would highly recommend a stay here. Nothing

• Greta (10/5): We felt like home - The owner's, Patrizia and Luca wasreally kind with us. We alwasys get the best recommendation's to get to the best dinner or the romantic way to the beach. Our room was homelike. The see is really close to the apartment just like the restaurant's or the shop. We plan to go back to them next year. Nothing. Everithing was better then i thought.
