Kol pats nesusiradau, informacijos apie adresą ir isikėlimą negavau, Butas.. apleistas, kaip bomžynas, tiesiogine šia žodžio prasme. Pervestas užstatas, negrąžinamas, be priežasties laiko savo sąskaitoje ir galvoja, kad yra teisūs. Pareikalavus sąskaitos, jos nesiunčia, paaiškinimo kodėl , nėra, neverti jie ir 2 balų šioje sistemoje. Viskas.Vieta, gera, bet personalas košmaras. Užsakiau paslaugą per booking programėlę, joje gana sunkiai randama informacija apie paliekamą užstatą. Suprantu, kad tai ne paslaugos tiekėjo atsakomybė kaip pateikiama informacija programėleje, tačiau informaciją galima patalpinti aiškiai, kad prieš užsakant matytųsi, jog bus reikalingas žalos užstatas. Nepervedus žalos užstato į kitos šalies sąskaitą ir neišsiaiškinus su booking platforma, apgyvendinimo įstaiga atšaukė užsakymą ir negrąžino pinigų už nesuteiktą paslaugą.

Вероятно это мошенник, будьте острожны!Сервис Booking так и не вышел на связь через 24 часа ,после открытия спора,деньги оплачены на Booking так и не вернули!!!

• Simona (8/5): - Well equipped quiet place for a good night's rest, nice, respectful host. Yeah, of course the place could be cleaner, it is not up to hotel standards, but good price, so depends on what you are looking for and how picky you are, in my case there was a bit of dust, but it was not disgusting. The deposit request may look shady in the beginning as it is to a foreign account, but received it back with about a weeks delay, host was communicating with me throughout the process. So nothing too bad, honestly.
• Fix (7/5): - Za taką cenę warto, nie ma luksusów ale takiej taniej oferty nie ma. Duży plus klimatyzacja. Plus dla właściciela za przygotowanie na przyjazd wina i piwa, były w lodówce. Mieszkanie do lekkiego remontu. Śniadania , płatki kukurydziane, croissanty i jajka. Plus dla właściciela na przyjazd przygotował wino i piwo.
• NAMARAJ (1/5): A frustrating and disappointing stay with a greedy, unresponsive host. - Absolutely Terrible—Still No Deposit Refund After Nearly a Month I stayed at ShortStopPasilaiciai on June 24–25 and had a very disappointing and frustrating experience, especially regarding the EUR 100 damage deposit. At the time of booking, it was clearly stated that the deposit would be collected via bank transfer upon arrival and refunded within 14 days of check-out, pending a property inspection. I waited the full 14 days — no refund. I messaged the host — no response. I called — no answer. Eventually, the host even blocked my number, which is not just unprofessional, it’s unacceptable. Now it’s been almost a month, and I’ve still not received the deposit. This host showed no integrity, and the lack of communication or accountability is shocking. Avoid this property at all costs. If you’re thinking about booking here, be warned: your deposit may never come back, and you’ll be left dealing with a host who ignores and blocks you.

Also here additional 22€ payment. After check-out owner stoped to respond to my messages. Greedy bad owner. P.S. Booking support not reacted to my request about this situation.

• Anne (7/5): Nice stay in Vilnius - Communication was good, easy self check-in. The building is easy to find, Shops and Restaurants close by, area is safe, busses run every 5 minutes to the centre, 40min drive. Parking possible close to the apartment. Fast wifi. There is a Tv, hair dryer and towels. I recommend to stay here! Could be a bit cleaner. And "breakfast" isnt really breakfast. It is joghurt in the fridge. There was also juices and one bottle of milk (already open), so I didn't try it. I read those Information before, so I didn't expect much and I don't really mind. But for guests who need a proper breakfast (and expect that), maybe don't expect much.
• Kaja (1/5): Don't waste your time and money here - Nothing One of those places that scam you with a reasonable price on the site and then extort additional cash for imaginary fees. Bed changing fee, guest fee, you name it... All in cash, obviously. I had a very busy business day and had to deal with their demands ranging from additional fees in cash to sending deposit to some unknown bank account with no name provided. After seeing the taxes that they sent to me, I tried to reach them by phone twice, but no one picked up. Asked to cancel my stay immediately after the reservation and return at least part of the money - they decided to keep the money. That pretty much sums it up, a not-bad business plan with little effort for them. All these old people with their average apartments scare me so badly, I have already switched fully to hotels. At least there the business can be held accountable. These people hold on to their apartments like it's their last shed to survive, and it shows in every small detail. I didn't stay there and they didn't return anything. Highly do not recommend it.

• Dzmitry (4/5): Disappointing - The only nice thing about the place is the internet connection speed. Also grocery shops are located nearby. The breakfast was just a set of tea bags, instant coffee bags and some snacks, including not really fresh apples in the fridge. Also there were several juices in the fridge, but I didn't risk to try. The overall smell in the apartment was awful, the bed linen was not changed as it seems, there was a smell of sweat from the previous tenant, so I changed the linen by myself. The host was communicating in Lithuanian at first, and only after my check-in, he started to communicate in English. The apartment and its state does not worth the money being asked for. Parking is a public one, so keep in mind that after 18:00 local time, and during any time on w/e it will be a big challenge to find a free place to park your car.

• Omar (6/5): First night in another place , Map position was wrong . an adventure - really knid owner with all confortalbe things ... beverages , cakes , coffee... the position of the place was diferent than where Booking.com said on the hostel page. Nothing is wrote on the door so i walk around 2 hours and in the end i wnet in another hotel that was open in the night , i spent 120 € there and sti i have nothing back from the owner or from Booking

• Svetlana (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay here for 4 days! The apartment is nice and clean, with a working place, which is important for us as we work :) It’s about 45 minutes bus drive from the centre, in a green and nice area. The host left us some food in the fridge for breakfast, which was very cute! Overall, we totally recommend this place 😍

• Igor (10/5): Exceptional - A perfect place for a short stay. The apartment is well equipped, it has everything that's needed.
• Mārtiņš (10/5): A quiet, comfortable apartment for a peaceful vacation - A very quiet apartment with almost everything you need (flaws will be in the minuses) for living even for a week or more. The neighbors are really very quiet, the view from the balcony is nice, see the picture in the attachment. The owner of the apartment is very welcoming and kind. A microwave oven and a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine were required for more comfortable living. The apartment is far from the center, which I think was the only drawback that should be taken into account.
