- Almudena (5/5): Buenas instalaciones, mal mantenimiento y una animación para franceses - Los camareros del restaurante son encantadores, en concreto Nacho La animación del hotel está enfocada al público francés. Aproximadamente la mitad de los animadores son franceses, no hablan español y la mayoría de las actividades están dirigidas a clientes franceses. De hecho, en algunas actividades no permiten participar a huéspedes de otras nacionalidades. Además, la reposición del papel higiénico es bastante deficiente, ya que no lo reponen hasta que se ha agotado por completo. El hotel cuenta con unas instalaciones impresionantes y con mucho potencial, pero da la sensación de que falta mantenimiento y cuidado en varias zonas.

- Samantha (8/5): Deseando volver - Terraza para desayunos y cenas muy agradable Personal de miniclub de sobresaliente, han hecho la estancia de nuestro hijo de 3 años muy especial. Zona de piscina preciosa Habitación muy amplia y muy práctica para una familia. El baño nos ha encantado con zona de ducha y wc separados. La organización del buffet es pésima, nada está donde te imaginarías que debería estar. La comida muy corriente y sin nada que reseñar. Personal del bar de la piscina y socorristas justos de amabilidad.

- Natasha (7/5): - So much. Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff. Amazing food in the buffet for breakfast. Great facilities. We only had one dinner there as not full board but we ate like kings/queens when we did! Lovely restaurants nearby too. Just that the fan didn’t work properly and was clacking noisily so the rooms were very hot and tough to sleep, as no air con yet due to being too early in the season. However we were moved rooms and very happy after that! Also the main infinity pools and water slide pools etc were freezing due to it not being main season yet which was a shame but we worked out how to brave it and went in pretty much every day at least for a bit - the hot tubs were great to go in afterwards!

Piscina infinita maravillosa, vegetación me encantó, todo muy limpio, amplio, el personal de recepción en especial Jorge, gracias por la habitación 😌. eso sí se necesita coche porque está un poquito lejos de todo, pero con coche hotel perfecto En general no tengo pegas pero dos puntos a mejorar 1- Animación nocturna: pues mal , después de cenar te aptce una copa y ver algún espectáculo, con el teatro tan maravilloso q tenéis , fue una pena, un bingo aburrido, juegos para 4 niños...quitando un día flameymuy bonito nada. 2- Buffet: a ver no te quedas con hambre, pero es zafarrarancho, la calidad pues no es muy así, cerdo , pollo y todo muy repetitivo, no es apetecible...es una pena porque si no sería un hotel de 10

The tropical area in the middle is beautiful as well as the infinity pool at the end. Lots of options in the buffet as well. It is has a big problem with transportation for guests that don’t bring their own car. Asking for a taxi to get to any relevant place is a nightmare is such a small town. They definitely need a solution for this.

- Wafae (7/5): Fijn kusthotel, wij hadden een ruime kamer met heel mooi uitzicht. Mooie zwembaden en minigolf - De kamers zijn ruim en schoon, locatie fantastisch wij hadden een super mooi uitzicht vanuit ons kamer. mooie zwembaden, leuk minigolf 9holes, arcade met pooltafels. Wel handig om een auto te hebben voor uitstapjes naar andere dorpjes (toptip ga de grotten van Nerja bezoeken) Het eten viel een beetje tegen veel vlees, vreemd dat er niet meer rekening wordt gehouden met internationale reizigers die evt vegetarisch kunnen zijn. Entertainment viel tegen is er leuke flamenco dansvoorstelling staat muziek veels te hard, dit was zo jammer. Dansers waren wel goed. Quiz avond was enkel in het Spaans in het Engels was ook fijn geweest voor internationale gasten.
- Vlasman (10/5): Echt een aanrader - Alles was top. Geweldige infinity pool, mooie binnentuin met zwembaden en ook nog een mooi binnenbad. En de kamers waren ook top. Ik kan eigenlijk niet zo snel iets verzinnen.

- Margarita (7/5): - Waiters staff in the restaurants very helpful I was in a wheelchair ♿️ so reduced mobility the staff made sure i was looked after 10 out of 10 The bedrooms are very tired looking Phone not working in our room We had to pay for the safe in our room The food in the restaurant buffet was very poor No kettle in the room we asked in reception if the had one we were told no kettles in the room But if you look on the picture of the rooms they have kettles on them ? Entertainment was very poor at night.
