• Alain (9/5): Très apprécié! - Bonjour, Nous avons beaucoup aimé le duplex, il est très beau, très accueillant avec tout les accessoires qu’on peut avoir besoin et il est bien situé pour les restaurants et les boutiques et une aussi une belle piscine alors je le recommande ! 💕 Malheureusement nous aimons la plage et il n’y a pas de plage proche!

• Emmanuelle (9/5): Très agréable sejour - Appartement très bien situé, à quelques pas du centre-ville et de la plage, dans une résidence calme dotée d’une belle et grande piscine. Le logement se trouve à l’étage supérieur et offre une jolie vue sur la mer. L’appartement n’est pas neuf, mais il est très fonctionnel et extrêmement bien équipé : chaises de plage, parasol et même le matériel de snorkeling sont fournis. On s’y sent vraiment comme à la maison, rien ne manque.

• Jethro (8/5): Nice place to stay in Marigot - Host was super helpful and sent very detailed information about how to arrive, etc. The place is well equipped for everything and it's pretty cozy overall. Good for a week that I need to be in SXM for work. Not a big deal, but I couldn't get the window upstairs to open, so it was fairly hot and I had to rely on the AC to cool it down. I would have preferred the window open and a fan.
• Eduardo (9/5): Superb - Very nice space - big, comfortable, well equiped. Walking distance to the centre of Marigot (restaurants, ferry etc.). Third floor reachable only by stairs.

• Rachael (10/5): A brilliant place to spend a holiday in Saint-Martin. - The owner and host had clearly gone to a great deal of trouble to anticipate the guest’s needs. Every little thing was present to ensure that whoever stayed there would have a good time. The apartment even had cool bags and deck chairs to take to the beach. The host was exceptionally helpful. I realised, when I arrived, that my plugs did not fit the sockets. So, the host brought round an adaptor the very next day. And, she even took me to the airport when I’d finished my holiday. I can’t praise her enough! Nothing. Everything was great. A superb place to stay in Marigot.

• Charley (8/5): Very good - The location was fine- I enjoyed it being a little off the beat- the walk to the main part of Marigot was safe and well lit. the unit was clean and quiet. Laurence was always available and helped navigate a water problem without issues.
• Mark (10/5): Wonderful stay in Marigot - Fantastic apartment, very comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped. Walking distance to town, the port for ferries to Anguilla and Saint Barts, supermarkets, and a small gym. OK swimming spot right nearby. Great communication with host. A real winner. Absolutely nothing to criticize.
