Mialysmy pokoj od strony garazy i ttakcji pociagow, wiec bylo slychac czasem jadace pociagi . Pierwszej nocy smrodek w łazience z kanalizacji, ale pewnie pani Tatiana wszystkim sie zajęła bo po powrocie wieczorem nie było zapachu kanalizacji juz czuć. Tatiana jest pomocna i bardzo miła osoba.

• Elisa (9/5): Breve soggiorno a Bologna - L'accoglienza della proprietaria, la posizione ottima, la stanza carina e essenziale e il bagno con un'ottima ventilazione nonostante l'assenza di finestra. Anche se la colazione non era compresa nella nostra prenotazione c'è un'area comune dove poter fare caffè, tè e prendere uno snack. La proprietaria gentilissima ci ha consigliato sui mezzi ed è sempre stata disponibile. Ottima anche la possibilità di parcheggiare nei pressi a pagamento e non.

• Andrea (8/5): Una location piacevole e accogliente. - La colazione non era compresa come dichiarato apertamente nell'annuncio, in quanto trattasi di un B&B. A disposizione degli ospiti, nello spazio comune. c'è la macchina del caffé con ampia scelta di capsule, tisane, the, oltre ad un moderno erogatore di acqua filtrata con tasti per la selezione della temperatura - ambiente o fredda -, e dell'acqua - liscia o gasata -. Bicchieri di carta a volontà e biscotti, dolcetti e caramelle. La stanza è perfetta, pulitissima e con un letto super comodo. Il bagno moderno e immacolato, con ampia doccia, tutto curato nei minimi particolari. L'accoglienza da parte di Tatiana è stata perfetta; con poche parole ha spiegato tutto ciò che dovevamo sapere. Non c'è un parcheggio privato, ma la via è tranquillissima e piena di posti disponibili. L'esserci potuti fermare solo per un giorno (a causa di motivi nostri)

• Ludovico Luca (8/5): Una buona soluzione per la Fiera di Bologna. - La stanza era pulita ed ordinata, oltre che calda e confortevole. C'era il dispenser dell'acqua (cosa che mi ha molto bene impressionato), la macchina del caffè ed alcune vivande di comfort (cose semplici ma sono sempre pensieri graditi). La proprietaria è stata molto gentile ed ospitale. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è nella media. La posizione non mi è sembrata centrale. Arrivare non è stato semplice e devo ammettere che camminare nella notte, con la nebbia, insieme alla mia fidanzata, non mi ha fatto granché impressione positiva.

• Kelsey (10/5): Nerd Show-Bologna 2025 - It was such a cute facility. The hostess was very kind and hospitable. Everything was clean and the shower was a pretty decent size for what we've stayed in before. The decor was adorable, I especially love the ceiling light and the little bulbs on the nightstands. Also it felt very secure and safe to stay there. Only 5min away from the Bologna Fair. Nothing, only thing I could say is I wish there were more regular pillows instead of just the single pair on the bed :) but that's a personal preference. I wish there was more parking but of course that's out of the owners control.

• Florian (9/5): Great! - Nice and cozy accommodation. You can be fast in the city centre (by bus or rental E-Bike). Free water and snacks. A little bit poorly soundproofed, but not too bad.
• Betül (10/5): Strongly recommending this stay for everyone coming yo Bologna! - Everything was perfect! Even though the bathroom is outside the room it is extremely clean, same as the room and the kitchen. The hosts are amazing people, even though I had made a mistake and booked wrong days they helped us and let us stay in the correct days. The kitchen, and the bathroom has everything you might need. The location is really close to a bus stop that goes straightly to the central. Kitchen has snacks, coffee and tea (they tasted amazing!). It was one of the best places I have ever stayed, thank you for everything Tatiana I will definitely come back here ❤️

• Alistair (9/5): Serves its purpose very well - Very friendly hosts: despite not speaking english, they did everything they could to make us more comfortable, ensuring the kitchen was stocked up with snacks and coffee, even offering us an umbrella when it was raining! Kitchen was great, with all the accessories you would need to cook a lovely meal with Italian ingredients, and public transport into the town centre was regular and reliable. Bedroom was comfortable and cleaned daily. Language barrier of hosts and decor left something to be desired, but these are minor grievances really.

We definitely would recommend your place to visitors and especially - Great location for bus service to Fair complex as well as downtown with very convenient parking for those that drive there. The property was super clean with nice self-serve Nespresso coffee for the morning. Staff were extremely kind and accommodating. Even mailed some toiletries to us that we accidentally left behind! The pillows were a bit hard for our tastes so a couple (softer) extras would have been nice. But considering the price we paid for such clean and convenient lodging, it’s really a tiny detail.

I will describe the advantages: 1. We arrived from the station very late - about 1 am. They waited for us and checked us in without any problems, which is very rare for Italy. Almost all require additional payment for late check-in. 2. The apartment and the room were very clean. My girlfriend is quite picky about other people's hair left on the floor, bed or in the bathroom - but even she didn't find anything and was very pleased with the cleanliness. 3. The bathroom has good plumbing. Everyone enjoys using it. The water pressure in the shower is good, the water is hot and without interruptions. 4. It’s winter now, but the room was warm and comfortable. Cozy like home. The blanket is warm and large. The bed is comfortable and large. The pillows are very comfortable. We were from a long journey and fell asleep instantly. 5. There are many pleasant bonuses in the corridor: a coffee machine with good coffee (Lavazza). And different types of coffee. Different types of tea. Water. Cookie. Well, I’ll separately describe the hospitality of the owners of the apartment. In the morning we were allowed to stay longer, as we were tired from the road (2 hours longer). It was possible to leave your suitcases for the whole day. They also served us lunch with very tasty soup. They offered us medicine since we had a cold from the trip. There is no such. I liked everything very much
