Guest Reviews
- Freya (7/5): Lovely - Very responsive, helpful host Had to ask for curtains for the bedroom, there were net curtains. This was promptly supplied
- Christopher (7/5): Apart from the above mentioned security issue, the room was pleasant and roomy enough, I would say functional and the be - The above is not a photo of the room I had The security on the front door, the entrance to the building, was inadequate. The door didn’t sit securely in the frame, so when it was locked, there was movement and a potential intruder could see it was a basic latch type locking system. One good ‘boot’ against the front door and it would be open. Once inside you could do the same with the room door.
To mitigate this I would recommend either improving the locking system on the front door, installing a safe in the room, or both.

- Clodagh (9/5): Great space, lovely host, perfect location - will definitely be back! - Lovely space, great and easy communication with the host, perfect location! Just a little bit too hot in the warmer days but with the window open it was manageable
- Clodagh (10/5): Perfect space, perfect location, amazing and helpful host - 10/10 recommend to anyone and will definitely be back! - Perfect location, room had everything I needed and more and was so nice and warm in the middle of winter, was a perfect winter weekend in London!
The host was also really helpful and welcoming and let me check out later than normal which was awesome. Nothing
- Ahmad (5/5): Passable - It was a bed in a room with some kitchen equipment that was cheaper than other places with the same in London. Very basic place you can expect for the price in London. Not well maintained.
Check in was a bit of a hassle. Messaged beforehand to let them know when I'm arriving. But was left to wait outside on the street at night for 15 minutes when i got there. Apparently the guy i was messaging hadn't told the guy inside that needed to let me in. Not quite sure how that worked.
Bathroom is quite small and separate from the bedroom but is private (though no lock to ensure this, i never saw anyone else using it)
- Richard (5/5): Passable - Location is good, as it very close to the station, and it is a nice area with good shops nearby. Bed and especially pillows were uncomfortablee. Very small room and the closet was gigantic and took up a large portion of a room that was already small. It's OK, but basically just a bedsit.
- Hanaa (8/5): Very good - I had a great stay at this property. The hosts were exceptionally nice and very helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The neighborhood is good too. It's also conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend it!
- Tijana (8/5): A homey room in a nice neighborhood - The room is clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, the closet is large and the kitchen within the room is practical. I found the location great; it is in a very nice and peaceful neighborhood with many trees. Patrick was wonderful, very helpful and easily reached. The bathroom is a bit tight, and I couldn't open the front door of the house as the lock didn't work well - although I soon had help.
- Nina (10/5): Excellent value for money - Really polite landlord and host. They were helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for me. The property is in a very good spot on a nice street and is well-stocked with all amenities. It’s excellent value for money, especially in London, and I’d certainly stay here again. Nothing
