• Moataz (7/5): - Location close to e-bike parking. The place is clean except the ceiling, I found 3 spiders after check-in! The stairs are very narrow which make it difficult to move with the luggage. It's located under the ground floor which I didn't like

Wyposażona kuchnia (olej sól etc.). W pokoju względny porządek. Na miejscu jest do dyspozycji wentylator. Jest również telewizor z Netflixem Niestety w mieszkaniu jest tylko 1 okno, bo jest to apartament w piwnicy
• Aléria (1/5): À fuire - Au moins on avait un toit au dessus de la tête hein Les informations d'accès ont mal été transmises par l'hôte. Le logement est en fait situé dans un sous sol rénové, légèrement lugubre. Les murs ne sont pas insonorisé, nous avions l'impression que les voisins étaient dans la pièce avec nous, impossible d'avoir le silence. Le ménage n'était pas fait, le sol était sale, la vaisselle n'était pas rangé, supposément lavé. Il manquait des serviettes à notre disposition, et celles déjà présentes sur place étaient humide. La télé avait un problème qui a dû être réglé ultérieurement. Le "lit" pour la troisième personne accueilli est un canapé clique clac miteux, inconfortable. Mon amis a eu énormément de mal à dormir dessus et s'est réveillé avec un mal de dos monstre, en plus de se faire réveiller par le brouhaha constant des voisins dès 7h du matin. Les chaises, canapé, couette pour le clique clac étaient tachés par je ne sais quel liquide. Le logement n'a qu'une fenêtre dans la chambre qui donne sur la fenêtre des voisins et un escalier qui descend directement à la fenêtre. Il n'y a pas de volet. Le logement n'est pas aéré correctement, il y a de la moisissure un peu partout notamment sur les murs de l'ensemble du logement, sur le plafond de la douche et même sur la télé. L'odeur constante de moisi est également présente. Il n'y a pas d'autre lumière que celle du plafond. La luminosité est médiocre. Le quartier n'est pas rassurant non plus. Des personnes buvant juste à côté de l'entrée du bâtiment nous ont accosté. Le chien des voisins hurlait comme si celui-ci était battu. Les notes élevés nous ont fait penser que ce logement était un bon choix alors que tout a été décevant et nous avons énormément regretté notre décision de louer ce logement. Un logement pareil ne devrait même pas être autorisé à la location.

• Rosa (9/5): Buen lugar para ver Bruselas. - Estaba muy limpio, tienes de todo, tiene buena comunicación con el transporte público cerca, 10 minutos andando para coger el bus, cogimos el bus para el centro porque no tienes que coger tarjetas, pagas en sin contacto con tu tarjeta 💳 y subes. Todo ok.

Very thin walls, did not expected it to be underground, it is not an apartment its remade basement:(( There was mold in the shower on the ceiling

The owner was very kind and replied quickly to our requests. Thank you very much for the lovely staying. For us everything was just great. Thank you for everything. We enjoyed our staying. What may be an issue for others: the place is accessable via basement, it has only 1 window so it's hard to refresh the air in the room.

• Iwan (7/5): A good basement apartment with excellent facilities. - The facilities was good.. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with towels and shampoo available. The bed was comfortable with a high quality TV. The location was ok, to get the keys was difficult as I had no instructions on how to collect, but when I phoned the host he answered immediately which was good, but I had to walk around to find Wi-Fi to allow me to do this.
