• Christine (9/5): Ruhige zentral gelegene Wohnung - Wir haben das Vierbettappartment bekommen. Dieses ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und großzügig. Es besteht aus 2 großen Zimmern und einem Bad, sowie Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher. Sogar eine Flasche Wein gehörte dazu. Die Lage ist für Syrakus City sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentrumsnah. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Wir können das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen. Beim Anmieten muss man genau aufpassen, welches der verschiedenen Appartements man mietet. Bei uns gab es eine Verwechslung, möglicherweise ein Fehler von check24. Der Vermieter reagierte aber sehr freundlich und flexibel. Auch muss man aufpassen ob die Touristensteuer im Preis begriffen ist, was bei uns der Fall war. Schematisch wurd sie noch einmal eingefordert.

• Karlo (8/5): Nice, clean, with a private parking, but a bit far from old town. - Big, spacious, two terraces, sea view. You could create a nice breeze in the apartment—no need for air conditioning during our stay. Private parking behind a gate (one spot at the end). Low/angled ceiling in the bedroom, you can easily hit your head. A bit far from the old town, about a 40 minute walk.

• Milutin (9/5): - Smooth key pickup: The communication when arranging and picking up the keys was seamless and stress-free. Well-equipped apartment: Everything we needed was provided—towels, hairdryer, a fully supplied kitchen, plus breakfast basics. The washing machine, ironing board, and iron were also a big plus. Coffee & tea ready: Supplies for both coffee and tea were thoughtfully provided. Fantastic balcony: The balcony with a sea view was phenomenal, and being able to see the car from there added peace of mind. Secure parking: Parking inside the courtyard felt safe and convenient. Street parking was also comfortable, with good bakeries nearby. Reliable wifi: The internet connection worked well throughout our stay. Eco-friendly effort: We appreciated the effort to be environmentally conscious. Quiet and comfortable: The environment was peaceful, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Old bed: The bed felt worn out and squeaked noticeably with even the slightest movement—it’s definitely time for a replacement.

• Taisiya (10/5): Exceptional - It's a really nice apartment in a great place, you can reach the old center in only 20-25 minutes by foot, but there is also an absolutely spectacular walking path nearby. The host is super friendly 🙂 Highly recommended!

• Lynette (10/5): Excellent place to stay. - Excellent facilities. Was like an apartment. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Two balconies. Parking on the property was so convenient. Supermarket and shops a short walking distance. Nothing everything was great.
• Mojca (10/5): 5 stars appartment - Very, vety nice, modern, super clean appartment, well equipped. Very responsive host. The location is near the cost, but the beaches are in Syracuse. We stayed there only for 2 days, so the beach was not our priority.
• Rezeda (10/5): I would happily stay at this place again. - First of all, I appreciate the hospitality of the owner. He and Alessandro (who helps the owner) were very kind and helped me a lot when I was in need. The apartment is very comfortable for living, pleasantly furnished and clean, has everything you need. The territory of the house is fenced. I also liked the location: close to the sea, 20 minutes walk to Ortigia. There is nothing that I did not like.
