Guest Reviews
- Sally (6/5): Just ok for one night - Accomodation was clean and tidy inside Most unappealing first impression unfortunately, very overgrown front garden full of weeds and a shabby front door entrance. Made to look much bigger inside in the pics 🤪 they should probably mention the spiral staircase, hard work and the floor upstairs that makes so much noise with every footstep, pretty annoying to our family members sleeping on the sofa bed downstairs!! Happy to stay only one night….

- Errol (10/5): Peaceful and enjoyable just the break I needed - Location was nice and quiet and secluded. A bit far from town but that wasn't an issue for me although worth checking out the location depending on your needs.
The sofa was lovely. The kitchen facilities were great. The shower was brilliant. Mattress was a bit noisy. Comfy but maybe not enough support for heavier people. Staircase seemed a bit flimsy but obviously it wasn't I just didn't like it. Loved the place though and found it great value for money.

- Neil (8/5): Small and comfortable - Small, compact and comfortable, and adequately equipped. Did not meet the owner so cannot comment. Provided a good base for exploring Edinburgh, Fife and Perthshire. There is a long list of rules regarding the use of the property. I guess the owner may have had problems with guests in the past.
- Lisa (7/5): Quite sweet but small - Nice and clean. Heating was on so warm when we arrived. Didnt receive the email with the code to get in and had to ring at midnight.
Very small propery.
Wouldnt accomodate an earlier check in. We were driving from the lakes so had to drag our stuff around and go straight to Edinburgh city.
- Alan (10/5): Thank you, excellent - Lovely 1 night stay. Owner left cleaning products, tea bags, shampoo ect for us to use. Bathroom clean, bedroom comfortable, quite neighbourhood. Would definitely book again. No issues

Plenty of hot water and easy to operate heating, Lacking a few utensils and equipment. Few instructions.

- eric (8/5): Petite maison sympa en banlieue mais literie a revoir - Sympa, petite maison en banlieue d'Edimbourg mais proche des stations de train. Bien équipé. Literie pas confortable, trop mou
- Michael (9/5): Superb - All the essentials tea kitchen etc
- Elizabeth (8/5): Yuriko - Well presented and comfortable house. Great location for drive and park to Edinburgh, and Fife coast route. Quiet location near the beach and small woodland. Hosts friendly and easy to contact. Effective heating system Needs more kitchenware such as microwave dishes and cooking utensils (spatulas, grater)
- Anandh (9/5): Great place to stay. - Great place to stay. You have the whole house for yourself. It was clean and tidy, with all the necessary facilities like a hair dryer, a kitchen and a washing machine. Nothing to complain. It was a great place.

- Sara (9/5): Superb - The location and house are lovely.
- Han (10/5): Exceptional - They prepared many kinds of tea for us to choose from. They also had hot chocolate which is not available in other places I have been.
It's very quiet here at night, I sleep deeply even though I sleep in a strange place.
- Mika (8/5): Very good - Very cosy and pleasant property Quite small, washing machine was smelly - was not completely dried so smells like moldy
- Gergely (8/5): Very good - Location No water pressure in the shower.

- Jaime (9/5): Quite residence to rest in Edimburgh. - The house is located in a very quiet district near Edimburg. In 3 minutes driving, there is a comercial area for shopping and eating. Our host called us when we arrived to check that everything was perfect.
- Collins (4/5): Disappointing - house was clean mattress was poor also pillows also spiral stair case not mentioned in discretion not easy if not fit
- Filip (10/5): Great house and great host! - Very cozy and tidy. Host was super nice and helpful.
- Mahmudul (3/5): Poor - Location Said hot tub available, that's the only reason I booked. Owner also cancelled my booking saying no show!
- Fiona (8/5): Ideal for 2 sisters and a baby - Excellent location
Very clean and tidy
Able to provide travel cot and high chair ( cot even had little bedding set)
Extra blankets available - hot drinks sachets
Suited needs perfectly - had Internet available
Sofa downstairs very comfortable and can double as a bed.
We're able to offer an extra hour on check out time
Would have no hesitation in staying here again Bit of a faff with the key safe - given wrong number initially
Bed could be more comfortable
Didn't mention there was a Web cam outside the house - caused some increased anxiety for one of the ladies
- Fabio (9/5): Warm and cozy Scottish stay - Very clean, cozy, had everything we needed. Welcome spumante was a great addition! All was good. Definitely need a car to stay in this neighborhood, if you plan on travelling to Edinburgh.
- Bertrand (10/5): Clean, comfortable and quiet - Cosy and confortable detached house. Quiet residential place. Easy parking
- Udit (10/5): Exceptional -
- Balam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (10/5): Perfect for our family, in a quiet neighborhood, and close drive to the airport. - It was so clean and the hosts were responsive and kind.
- Dimitrios (7/5): Nice apartment - Nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Only forty minutes drive to Edinburgh centre, depending the traffic. The bed wasn't comfortable at all and the pillows quite hard. We wanted at least a shower soap in the bathroom and more cutlery in the kitchen. The oven wasn't working.
- Jeremy (10/5): Exceptional - It was so cozy in a lovely seaside neighborhood. Complimentary tea and coffee and towels provided as well. The host was open and available for communication which was a big help too. The door can be hard to lock -- pull up on the handle to turn the key further
- Mao (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very clean and organized. The host was very welcoming, willing to help and quick to respond.
- Viktorija (10/5): Great apartment - Very clean and so comfortable Everything fine
