The location is absolutely stunning — the views are simply breathtaking. This was one of the main reasons we booked this place, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The rooms are new, very clean, and well-equipped. Everything is thoughtfully prepared for guests: towels, soap, shampoo, and even small details like a toothbrush and toothpaste in case you forgot something. There is heating if it gets cold and air conditioning for hot days, so the comfort level is perfect. You can really feel that everything here is made with care for guests. We are absolutely in love with Georgia and this wonderful place. We will definitely come back! --

Our room was cozy and comfortable, with a stunning view to the Kutaisi city! First I thought it is a little far away from the city center, but actually it was perfect and quiet, surrounded by more nature and local families. I will recommend this stay to my friends and definitely will stay here when we come to Kutaisi again!

From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me with such warmth and generosity that I instantly felt at home. Their hospitality went far beyond expectations they were always ready to help, offer local tips, and make sure I had everything I needed. The view from the property is absolutely magnificent one of those sights you could spend hours admiring. Whether it’s early morning light or sunset, it’s simply breathtaking. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, tidy, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a relaxing and pleasant stay. It’s clear that Noda and Elza take great pride in their place, and it truly shows. I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re visiting Kutaisi, don’t miss the chance to stay here. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and the kind of genuine hospitality that makes Georgia so special.

• LEILA (10/5): Отличное проживание - Чистый и уютный отель. Вид на утренний и ночной город с балкона отеля был потрясающий. Расположен на вазвышенности, поэтому воздух свежий и чистый. Очень удобно и быстро можно дойти до центра города к Колхидскому фонтану, к собору и др. местам. Возвращаться тоже можно пешком, но чуть дольше, чем спускаться. Мне нравится ходить, поэтому меня это не затруднило. По желанию можно и на такси. Хозяева - милая семейная пара, с коммуникацией по разным вопросам было легко и просто. Если еще буду в Кутаиси, скорее всего выберу данный отель. Думаю, можно организовать легкие завтраки в отеле. Это было бы одним из плюсов в выборе отеля.
• Pavel (10/5): Kann nicht besser sein - Der Gastgeber ist ein sehr herzlicher und angenehmer Mensch. Im Zimmer gab es einen sauberen Wasserkocher, Wasser und andere notwendige Dinge. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen Blick auf die Stadt und die Hauptkathedrale – abends sieht das atemberaubend aus. Die Lage ist gut, man kann zu Fuß den Basar und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Wir haben mit offenem Fenster geschlafen, da es in der Umgebung sehr ruhig war. Die Kissen sind ein wenig hoch, aber das ist wirklich nur ein kleines Problem. Beim nächsten Kauf würde ich jedoch empfehlen, andere zu wählen. Die Hunde im Hof waren lieb und ruhig, aber als wir nachts abreisten, sprang einer von ihnen hoch und hat mich erschreckt.

We loved everything from the location, to the room, to convinience and especially the host, Noda and his wife Elza. They made us feel right at home the moment we entered the property. The room is located on a hill top so you get a panoramic view of the city. The room was sparkling clean and very well maintained. The Air Con worked perfectly. If we ever come back to Kutaisi we will book this property without a shred of doubt. If you are currently looking for a place to stay in Kutaisi and this place is available book it and thank me later. No complaints at all. Loved everything.

Also we tried natural mineral water because of his recommendation. He also has a great dog and a couple of cats. We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Во-первых до исторического центра спускаться десять минут, во-вторых — собор Баграти, развалины царского дворца и ботанический сад в шаговой доступности; а проблемы возвращения в отель, и соответственно, подъем на гору — решаются при помощи такси, по цене проезда в общественном транспорте Краснодара. Отдельно хочу сказать спасибо прекрасным хозяевам, которые очень отзывчивы и внимательны (говорят по-русски). В отеле тихо и чисто. Из окна открывается чудесный вид на Кутаиси и долину Риони.

• Daria (10/5): Amazing! - We had the best time staying at Noda & Elza’s house, they are both very polite and easygoing and always helped us with anything we needed. The house was very peaceful and calm with an amazing view from our room’s balcony. Big bonus for us was their dog and cats :) Most of the time we were using bolt to get back from the city, it cost always around 3-4 GEL, so the location on the hill is not a problem but it is also it is possible to make it by foot (if your cardio is good). Overall amazing stay, thank you so much for hosting us, we definitely recommend!!

It was magical in the evening. The hosts were really nice and kind. I had luggage issues and even offered to help out on that. Thank you. We loved our stay here. Everything was amazing. Just wish there was dinner/breakfast option. We would have loved to experience that but it’s not a big thing. Everything was great.

Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht und hat uns stets mit Infos zum Land und mit super Ausflugstips versorgt. Die Unterkunft ist fußläufig von der Stadt (20 min bergauf) oder mit dem Stadtbus 111 zu erreichen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Danke!

My flight arrived extremely late and my boyfriend asked whether we could check out ONE hour later the next day (at 12 instead of 11). At 11h53 she came banging on the door it scared us. Totally unprofessional and rude! Didn't speak when we left , didn't greet us , etc. Facilities are super basic and mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Take your money somewhere else.

• Adam (10/5): - Powróciliśmy do obiektu Jays jako naszego ostatniego przystanku przed powrotem do Polski, ponieważ mieliśmy pewność, ze standard obiektu jak również relacja z gospodarzami stoją tutaj na najwyższym poziomie!
• Adam (10/5): - Opis w 100% zgodny ze stanem faktycznym. Gospodarze pomogli nam w każdym istotnym temacie, od organizacji transferu z lotniska po wskazanie sprawdzonych restauracji w okolicy. Widoki z okna roztaczające się na panoramę miasta pozostaną w naszej pamięci jeszcze na długo. Liczę, że wrócimy ponownie do obiektu Jays w ramach kolejnej podróży po Gruzji!

• Ольга (10/5): Нам все понравилось! - Все отлично👍🏼 Радушные гостеприимные хозяева дома🩷 Рассказали как лучше проехать до Тбилиси, заехали в интересные места. Всего вам самого доброго, побольше хороших гостей 🙏🏼 Единственный минус - это непродуманный душ. Слив забит, так как у душа нет бортиков - вода поднимается очень быстро до уровня унитаза.
• IOroKerby (10/5): - A cozy house high on a hill, but no more than 10 minutes drive from the center of Kutaisi. Private free parking (you will be given a remote control for the gate) on the territory. Hospitable hosts live right there, on the ground floor, and are ready to help with any of your requests (and even gave you a bottle of wine (oh, Georgia! :)). And what a gorgeous view from the window! A great place to relax away from the noisy center. You must understand that walking before bed is impossible because you live on a mountain :)
• Marta (10/5): - Все очень понравилось! Хозяева очень гостеприимные, рассказали много интересного о городе и об окрестностях ! Фотографии соответствуют реальности, было все супер! Вид просто шикарный, жилье находится на горе, но при этом до центра Кутаиси очень быстро можно дойти пешком .
• Lama (10/5): Cozy with view and friendly host - Everything is just Perfect. Noda is super friendly and speaks English very good. They have a cute dog named Jessie and the view is phenomenal. I stayed in 6 different accommodations in Georgia and Jays is definitely the best and my ultimate favorite. They have good wifi, the whole property smells really nice and very clean. Nothing
• Aliaksandr (10/5): Расположен на холме с отличным видом. До центра города минут 15 пешком или 5 минут на такси - Приветливый хозяин. Уютный и свежий номер. Завтрака не было и не был включен в стоимость. Расположение отличное - на вершине холма с видом на весь город. Удобно подобрать с хозяином хорошие кафе, где можно хорошо поесть и обсудить достопримечательности, которые можно посетить. На столе лежал список рекомендациями любой вкус - "лучшие хачапури по такому-то адресу, лучшие хинкали по такому-то адресу, доставка и прочее". Все понравилось

• Andrei (10/5): - Отличные апартаменты и хозяева. Останавливались уже второй раз. Шикарный вид из номера, огороженная парковка для автомобиля. Однозначно рекомендую 👍🏻

• Apita (10/5): ถ้ามา Kutaisi ต้องมาพักที่ Jays - ฉันไม่รู้จะพูดคำไหนดี กับการพักผ่อนในครั้งนี้ ฉันได้รับการใส่ใจตั้งแต่ยังไปไม่ถึงเชคอิน เค้าแจ้งรายละเอียดและชี้แจงข้อมูลครบถ้วน แนะนำสิ่งต่างๆมากมาย บรรยากาศที่พักมันดีมากๆ Noda and Elsa ยิ้มแย้มพร้อมให้การต้อนรับฉัตที่เป็นคนไทยอย่างอบอุ่น เค้านำอาหารว่างที่เป็นผลผลิตจากบ้านเค้ามาให้ฉันได้ทาน ฉันเหมือนได้กินขนมที่บ้าน ห้องพักใหม่สะอาด อุ่น นอนสบายมากกกและวิวในตอนกลางคินนั้น มันสะกดใจจริงๆ เช้ามาเร่มาเดินสำรวจรอบๆบ้าน มันน่าอยุ่มาก ฉันจะไม่ลืมแนะนำที่นี่ให้กับเพื่ินของฉันแน่นอน เมื่อเค้ามาเยือน Kutaisi ไม่มี
