• Szatmáryné Szász (7/5): Tiszta, rendezett apartman, a parkolás fizetős az utcában és alatta boxterem van. - Közel a belvároshoz, tiszta, rendezett apartman. Kényelmes , tágas, felszerelt. Parkolásért fizetni kell szombaton is az utcában. Alatta box terem van, ami néha zajos . A helyi adóról nem tudtunk, amit készpénzben kellett fizetni.
• Pavel Kulbizki (9/5): - Die Wohnung hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht – man kann problemlos selbst etwas zubereiten. Der Preis ist ebenfalls sehr attraktiv. Die Parkplätze in Graz zu finden ist nicht ganz einfach – der Parkplatz hat 11 Euro pro Tag gekostet und man musste ein bisschen suchen, aber das ist kein Problem der Unterkunft selbst. Auch Hausschuhe waren vorhanden. Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen – ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! -

• Andrzej (10/5): Doskonałe miejsce aby odwiedzić Graz - Spory, przestronny apartament. Ogrzewanie podłogowe. Bardzo miły właściciel, który mówi po polsku i pomaga we wszystkim. Blisko centrum miasta. Brak oznakowania, przez co w pierwszej chwili ciężko się zorientować, czy dobrze się trafiło.
• Lisa (6/5): Gute Lage im Grazer Zentrum - Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, ganz in der Nähe des Griesplatz. Es ist ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung vorhanden und sie ist sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte reibungslos. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist sie durchaus in Ordnung. Die Wohnung wirkt bereits etwas abgewohnt. So ist die Dusche jedenfalls renovierungsbedürftig, da hier auch die beste Reinigungskraft nicht mehr viel erreichen kann. Im Nachtlicht fehlte die Glühbirne, Föhn war auf den ersten Blick keiner zu erkennen. Ebenso fehlte ein Geschirrtuch. Mit ein paar Nachbesserungen wäre die Wohnung auf alle Fälle wieder zu buchen.

• Hubert (10/5): Miejsce bardzo godne polecenia - Przyjazny właściciel, rozmawia po Polsku, mieszkanie spore, idealne miejsce na nocleg w drodze do Chorwacji.
• Richard (8/5): - Vše bylo v pořádku. Pan majitel je velmi milý a velmi vstřícný. Cokoliv jsme potřebovali, v tom nám vyhověl. Vybavení je vyhovující a dostatečné. Docházková vzdálenost do centra byla velmi dobrá. Vše bylo v pořádku.
• Maya (8/5): Overall a very plesant stay. - The property was clean and spacious, and it was easy to reach the center of the city. I also think it is really good value for money. At night you could easily hear people talking on the street or cars passing.

(Mokama,) Kiekvienas garsas is gatves girdejosi. Apartamentai buvo paruosti kaip ir buvo aprasyme nuo 14°°, nors seimininke buvo maloni,ir ileido i WC po keliones.

• Brygida (8/5): - Znakomity stosunek jakości do ceny. Mieszkanie ma wszystko co niezbędne na krótki pobyt - pościele, ręczniki, wyposażenie kuchni. Świetna lokalizacja, w odległości krótkiego spaceru od starówki. Przyjechaliśmy wieczorem i nie było problemu z zameldowaniem. Polecam. Ściany są cienkie i mocno słychać hałasy z sąsiednich mieszkań. Dla osób z lekkim snem to może być problem.

• Gordon (10/5): Perfect location to wander around Graz - Everything is great, location to a very welcoming and friendly host and his son. They helped us through with everything. Room is spacious not modern but comfortable to stay for the night. It is also right by bus stop and shops. Not far from all places must see. None
