• Thomas (3/5): Eine Schande für booking.com - Es war relativ sauber. Gute Busanbindung. Wetter hatten Zimmer mit Bad gebucht. Allerdings mussten wir zum Bad durch Gemeinschaftsräume gehen, welche auch von anderen Gästen benutzt wurden. Die Fernsehgeräte waren angeblich gestohlen, die Dusche war undicht und setzte den ganzen Boden unter Wasser. Der Fenstergriff war abgefallen, die Beleuchtung außer Funktion und bei dem Entlüftungsventilator schauen die nackten Drähte heraus. Das Wasser war selbst nach Minuten bestenfalls lauwarm. Die Herdplatten funktionieren nur zur Hälfte. Der Kühlschrank ist defekt. Es gibt keine zugehörigen Parkplätze. Die Lage ist in einem üblen Stadtteil ohne funktionierende Straßenreinigung.

Der vermieter war nicht erreichbar für uns obeohl wir es 3 mal versuchten; w-lan war angekündigt- auch nicht. wir hatten keine info ob bzw. wann andere Gäste da wären, wir hatten keine info, dass das wasser mindestens 3 Minuten laufen muss bevor es warm wird; es gab keine nachttischlampen, der kleine außenraum war weder sauber noch liebevoll gepflegt.

• olha (10/5): - Очень приветливый персонал,номер уютный,все для проживания есть,все удобства,посуда,большой зал,кухня.Близко центр города,рядом супермаркет Edeka,рядом остановка автобуса,чистое постельное белье,белоснежные полотенца,чистая ванная комната,уютная летняя веранда.Отдохнули хорошо,спасибо. Все понравилось,особенно отношение персонала.
