• Michelle (8/5): Lovely Como stay - Minimalistic design which complements Como culture and life. The shower was great - plenty of pressure and heat. Toiletries and coffee appreciated - thank you 🙂 Extremely walkable to lots of shops/restaurants To be aware the property is on the third floor with no lift. It probably mentions on the description. Did not bother us and made gelato 🍧 a less guilty experience 😃

• Hadassah (9/5): I would absolutely recommend Comostay to anyone visiting Como, whether for a short trip or a longer stay. I will definit - I had a wonderful experience at Comostay! The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated, with all the comforts I needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and everything felt brand new and thoughtfully arranged. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk from the lake, restaurants, and shops, yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. It’s the perfect base for exploring Como and the surrounding areas. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering clear instructions for check-in and helpful tips about the city. Communication was fast and easy, which made the whole experience stress-free.

• sheila (7/5): - Location excellent. Beds comfy. Decor was fresh. Quiet, good location. Be warned, 6 flights of stairs and no lift. It was a struggle with our suitcases. There was no microwave although it said there was in the detail. One double wardrobe with 3 internal draws therefore dresses couldn't hang properly. Nowhere to put toiletries, makeup, phone Chargers etc. No tea towel provided. We were disappointed for the price.
• Ulli B (10/5): Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der liebevoll gestalteten Wohnung ;-) - Der Gastgeber war sofort telefonisch erreichbar, nachdem wir das falsche Türschloss versucht haben zu öffnen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach absolut perfekt. In ein paar Minuten zu Fuß bist du mitten im Zentrum und an der Anlegestelle für die Boote. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was für einen Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Die vorbereitete Broschüre für alle Notwendigkeiten sehr nützlich, aufwändig und liebevoll gestaltet. Die Bilder bei Booking.com treffen absolut zu, die Wohnung wird denen mehr als gerecht. Wir fanden es sehr schade, dass wir aufgrund unserer Reiseroute nur 2 Nächte bleiben konnten. Wir können die Wohnung für ein Paar absolut empfehlen. Mit schwerem Gepäck in den 3. Stock ohne Lift. Aber dafür kann unser Gastgeber ja nichts.

Atslēgas neatradās norādītajā vietā, bija vairākkārt jāzvana saimniekam, lai saņemtu atslēgu, kura atradās citā vietā nekā norādīts. Dzīvoklī bija divas gultas, bet gultasveļas nebija pietiekami daudz.

• Francesca Romana (8/5): Soggiorno comodo, struttura bella e pulita - L’alloggio è bellissimo, siamo state molto bene, ottima la posizione e ben fornito. Il materasso l’ho trovato personalmente un po’ troppo basso ed in rilievo, quindi poco supporto per la schiena, i cuscini invece comodi. Nel complesso abbiamo dormito bene. Purtroppo non funzionava l’acqua calda nella doccia e non abbiamo avuto modo di farci la doccia e dopo ore di cammino era necessaria. C’è un bel po’ di muffa nel muro che separa il soggiorno dalla camera da letto, da entrambe le parti.

• Angela (7/5): Prima - De ligging was super! Mooie badkamer en fijne keuken. Automatische lamp in de hal sprong vaak aan. Ook midden in de nacht wanneer er niemand liep. Hierdoor de meeste nachten slecht geslapen. Parkeerplaatsen in de buurt ook een garage maar wel betaald. Koffie aparaat doet het niet. Zag dit al in meerdere reviews naar voren komen. Misschien wordt het tijd voor een nieuwe Veel mailverkeer met de verhuurder over de tax. Daarnaast zou ook de sleutel kwijt zijn die wij wel in het boxje hadden gestopt. Kan natuurlijk allemaal maar geeft wel een minder goed gevoel.

• Dario (8/5): - Great location and good value! The kitchen has everything you need and also the Bathroom is super nice and big. Overall a great place to stay. It is up the 3rd floor, no elevator. The couch bed is verrrry noisy, every time i move it squeaks...

It is very nice decorated and we appreciated the AC. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to all messages. All instructions and a very helpful city guide were sent online before check-in. A full size mirror would be nice :)

Apartment is so spacious and has excellent aircon essential for the 30-35 degree heat whilst we’ve been there! Great shower and clean modern facilities Self check in was easy Nothing really to complain about at all Not a complaint but just a note that it wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to the 3 flights of stairs / no lift to get to the apartment

Close by the building there are plenty parking lots (if you come by car) The apartment felt bigger than in the pictures, huge bathroom which we loved and very clean. • Shakila (7/5): Prime location for a couple that wants to explore the Lake. - Central location and easy accessibility to everything especially if you are planning to visit other areas on the lake you can walk 5 mins to the ferry station which was great. The apartment is on the 3rd floor so every time you came back you had to walk up 4 sets of stairs. Also, there was no cleaning products left in the property or a dustpan and brush to clean up during our stay or toilet cleaning medicine to use. The floor was a bit dirty when we got there.

• Olga (6/5): Check out before 10 a.m. - Nice location, clean The owner was trying to be nice. But. They sent me that I had to leave before 10 a.m. before they sent me the check-in instructions. Over the course of several days, I received a lot of letters repeating that I had to pay the tax before I checked into the apartment. The check-in instructions were sent only when I reminded them that they were not in the letters. It wasn't pleasant. It's also a strange story about washing dishes. Cleaning is included in the rental price.
• Hava (7/5): Big place in Como - Big place not far from the train station in Como Nord. Close to the waterfront. Bed mattress was not thick enough, we could feel the bed frame. Access can be hard: multiple doors and there is no lift and it’s on 3rd floor.

• Michael (7/5): Great location, comfortable but basic. - Close to lake, restaurants and old town attractions. Quiet location. Secure access. Nice and new fit out. Lots of stairs to drag bags up. A challenge if you are not travelling lite. Fairly basic, no tv, limited storage. Like some other apartments would be better if hosts had stayed in it for a week or two to understand what is needed to fine tune.
• Emily (9/5): Comostay is a delightful blend of comfort and elegance. - A gorgeous, spacious property delightfully furnished. Centrally located and only a short walk from Como Lago train station - super helpful! Pier is a fantastic host, checked in upon arrival and departure and was communicable throughout our stay as needed. All the stairs haha - a great work out though!

The switches for the lamps were outside the rooms. The air conditioners constantly turn themselves off, so you can't go home to a chill place.
• Nicole (8/5): Lovely stay with host, Pierrefrancesco very accommodating. - Lovely renovated apartment with kitchenette and all amenities. Fantastic location, only 5 minute minute walk to duomo & city centre. Lovely pizza restaurant in corner nearest, and good coffee shop on next corner, where we bought bus ticket back to train station.
• Grace (9/5): Modern apartment in great location - Plenty of space inside and a nice balcony too. Clean and modern. Great location, a few minutes from the bus station and into the old town. Easy check in. The AC is centralised so you cannot control the temperature - a few hours after check in it turned off in the bedroom and living room. Luckily there were fans so it was ok, although AC would have been better. The light in the hallway goes on automatically with sensors - annoying for middle of the night bathroom trips! Be aware that the apartment is on the third floor with no lift.

• Anette (10/5): Central, spacious and comfortable apartment with AC - Very spacious apartment, we were only two people but I would see no issue in being four and also using the pull out sofa. The location is very central, very close to the cathedral. The overall standard was excellent with the apartment being newly renovated. The air condition was excellent with 3 units throughout the apartment. The balcony was also a big bonus. The host Pierfrancesco was very helpful and available for questions which was also very nice. In summary we would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Como. Our only constructive criticism is that we did miss having a TV while we were there to connect our devices and watch a show in the evening.
• Rebecca (8/5): Overall a comfortable and wonderful stay, would recommend to anyone planning to visit! - Location was brilliant and the apartment was clean - host was very accommodating and even sent us a guide to Como. There was no TV which isn’t the end of the world, as you do go out to explore rather than staying in. Also no full length mirror or bathroom hooks to hand towels - used the coat hanger!
• Fayda-clara (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very spacious and is situated a couple of minutes away from beautiful lake Como. The apartment is equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The sofa is very comfortable and the AC is a big plus. The host is very friendly and quick to respond to any questions you may have. We will surely be coming back! Our apartment was on the 3rd floor and only accessible by stairs. But hey, it was a good workout.. After a while we got accustomed to them.

• Daliana (10/5): A cosy and lovely apartment to call your home while you stay in Como. I will come back! - Very clean, spacious, full of natural light, beautifully and newly designed apartment with a balcony also. It's a quiet area but also a few minutes walk to all good things in Como: lake and boat offices, funicular ride, city center, restaurants, shops, you name it. It is well equipped with everything you might need for a longer stay also. Very comfortable bed and fast wifi. Host is very responsive and also gives out a very useful guide so you can learn your way around Como. One of the best stays I had through Booking.com Nothing to add here.
