• Ronald (10/5): Comfortabel appartement in een prachtige omgeving - Zeer comfortabel appartement met geweldig uitzicht op het bos tegenover het terras. Ideaal om lange wandelingen te maken in het National Park en om vogels en wild te spotten. Goede wifi en elke kamer was uitgerust met een smart tv. Restaurants zijn op ongeveer een klein half uurtje lopen. Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep perfect en we komen hier graag nog eens terug niets

• Kim (8/5): Lekker in het groen - Mooie rustige locatie en prima uitvalsbasis. Genoeg ruimte. Geen gordijnen of zachte geluiddemping. Hierdoor enorm holle akoestiek en echo. 2 persoonswaterbed...ze bestaan nog blijkbaar, maar ik was het niet gewend.
• van Berkel (8/5): Een heerlijke locatie als je van wandelen in de natuur houdt, Het is er prachtig en erg rustig. - Het terras met uitzicht en de koelte van het appartement
• Barry (8/5): Great base for visiting the region. Clean and comfortable with a great terrace. - Great location. Very peaceful and appartment comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Beds comfortable. Nice terrace to enjoy the lovely weather. Several walking trails accessible directly from the appartment. Kitchen lacks an oven with just a microwave/oven combi. An air-fryer would have been a better option. A washing-machine would also have been welcome but otherwise very good.
• Petra (8/5): Ruhige Lage im Grünen mit sehr nettem Vermieter - Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger und grüner Umgebung. Der Vermieter ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Parken (oberhalb der Anlage) ist auch kein Problem. Ein Geschirrspüler wäre schön gewesen, zumal in der (gut ausgestatteten) Küchenzeile eigentlich genug Platz dazu da wäre. Die Nachtspeicherheizung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig - wenn im Betrieb, ist es sehr warm, sonst zu kühl. Der lange Weg zum nächsten Supermarkt war uns (da wir aus Aachen kommen) natürlich bekannt, man muss aber schon gut planen und am besten gleich Vorräte auf dem Weg einkaufen oder von zu Hause mitbringen.

• Christiaan (9/5): Mooie plek om wandelingen te starten. - Heel ruim, schoon en compleet appartement. Prachtig terras met comfortabele stoelen. Eigenlijk viel niets tegen. Het is gedateerd maar alles is heel en functioneert nog prima.

• Guido Boehm (9/5): Sehr entspannte zwei Wochen - Schöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen Blick über das Erkensruher Tal bis hinüber zum bewaldeten Hang. In dem Örtchen mit 210 Einwohnern gibt´s keine Straßennahmen, nur Hausnummern. Das sagt alles über die himmlische Ruhe, die einen dort erwartet. In der Wohnung selbst gibt´s genügend Platz für 2-4 Personen plus kleinem Hund. Die Ausstattung ist preiskonform in Ordnung. Leider gab es auf der Buchungsseite keinen Hinweis, dass die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 10km entfernt ist. Man sollte also mit genügend Erstproviant anreisen. Wenn man den Großeinkauf dann erledigt hat, kann man mal die Füße hochlegen.

• sedef_i (8/5): Very active, yet peaceful vacation with dogs - 1- This apartment was equipped with pretty much everything we needed. But you need to bring your own oil, salt, etc to cook with. 2- The host contacted us by himself ahead of our arrival. He sent us detailed pictures to help us recognize the place and explained to us how to enter the house. 3- The apartment is located in a very quiet village (Erkensruhr) surrounded with beautiful nature. The view out of the large private terrace was amazing. We stayed here with our two dogs and the dogs were very much in peace with this place. 4- There are great trails in this region. 1- Not necessarily a negative point but there two bedrooms connected through a door so the people staying in the second bedroom need to walk through the first bedroom to get to anywhere in the house including the bathroom. We did not use this second bedroom at all. For families this is probably fine but for groups of friends, it is a point to be aware of. 2- While showering, there is an awkward noise coming from the fuse box. The water is getting very hot very very fast so be careful. 3- One of the bed slats in the first bedroom need attention. This had two slats out of their place and they could not be placed back. In the middle of the night, when the person sleeping on this bed would move, one would fall on the floor, scaring us and making the rest of the night a bit suspenseful for the person sleeping on this bed. 4-There are no shops or restaurants in this village so you need to drive everywhere.
• Mirjam (10/5): Fijne plek in de natuur - Locatie was geweldig, perfect voor grote wandelingen in een super mooie natuur. Huisje was basic, maar had alles wat nodig is. -
• Sjoerd (9/5): Fijne plek als basis in de Eifel - Een perfectie locatie voor vele wandelingen door een mooie omgeving. Je kan zo vanaf het appartement de natuur intrekken. Fijn een parkeerplek in de buurt en vlot contact met de host. Weinig aan op te merken. Een eenvoudig appartement maar van alles voorzien wat je nodig hebt.

• Eric (9/5): Fantastic place to getaway for a family that loves to hike. - The view was absolutely stunning and it was fairly easy to get onto some great hikes directly from here. Being able to bring our dog was a great plus. The hosts also went the extra mile to make this a special first family holiday for our daughter. I wasn't able to quite figure out the heaters in the bedroom. The water heater in the bathroom also seemed to draw too much power through the breaker which would buzz and the heater would cut out. I managed to get a warm shower stable only by setting the heater to the lowest setting and opening the hot water less.
• Hans David (10/5): Fijn en rustig verblijf - De locatie was heel mooi, het dorp ligt erg rustig en is heerlijk stil. Het huis is ruim, alles wat je nodig hebt is er en alles werkt.
• Audrey (10/5): - Mooie omgeving, mooi appartement Jammer was dat het boven lag, waardoor je de hond in de avond niet makkelijk kon uitlaten, maar ach je liep de straat uit en je had een grasveldje, dus ja wat is tegenvallen.

• Marjon (8/5): Fijn vakantie-appartement op een goede locatie welke een goede uitvalsbasis is om de omgeving te verkennen. - het is een ruim appartement, alles is aanwezig (oa combimagnetron,Senseo) er waren senseopads, peper/zout enz. Het terras is mooi groot,de bedden zijn goed en herbeleven appartement is heel erg schoon.Zeker een appartement om nog eens terug te komen. Het contact met de verhuurders is prima, snelle reactietijd. de WiFi werkte niet en reparatie bleef uit.

• Lucyna (10/5): - Die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles, was man braucht, war da. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Guter Kontakt schon vor der Reise. Dann netter Begrüßung mit Flasche Wein und freundliches Gespräch. Wunderschöner Waldblick-unbezahlbar. Mit ruhigem Gefühl absolut weiterzuempfehlen. Nochmal vielen Dank für alles.
