- Jennifer (10/5): Peace and tranquility for relaxed family gathering - Great facilities for an extended family group. Quiet, relaxed location for a weekend break. Plenty of space for everyone. During wet weather there were games and books for the young children, and ping pong for the older ones. Limited tv programs, but there is a dvd player if you bring your own movies. There was a good range of kitchen supplies, but no ‘black tea’ bags.

- Chris (10/5): Plenty of space for Christmas with extended family - Very clean and spacious for the 11 people that stayed. Excellent facilities. There is no pool, but that did not concern us.
- Daniel (10/5): Beautifully relaxing location. - Location was amazing, especially travelling with a boat to explore Lake Macquarie. House was large with separate living rooms making it great to be able to congregate together and also sit quietly alone for some downtime if needed. Great sunset views over the lake. Pictures of the bedding arrangement online differed from the actual bedding situation when we arrived. We expected four double-bed rooms and there was only 3, with single beds in the other 2 rooms. Not a deal breaker but disappointing for the adult left with the single bed. The availability of the the four double-bed rooms was what make this property stand out for us from others we were considering.
