• Saraygdr (7/5): Bien - El anfitrión muy atenta y agradable. El piso está decorado bonito, la ubicación está bastante bien, es en todo el centro de arrecife. Por la cocina hay hormigas pequeñas por toda la encimera sobre todo por donde lavas los platos, deberían tener un spray para matarlas. La ducha de la cama de matrimonio se inunda cada vez que la utilizas recomiendo que llamen a un fontanero.

• JesusAG (2/5): BUSCATE OTRO LUGAR TE IRA MEJOR - La ubicación Mucha suciedad por todos lados, sábanas con pelos y arrugadas, colchones malos, toallas una por persona para 5 dias y oscuras siendo blancas, camas de muelles y de sofá. Realmente si se paga lo que pide un alojamiento está obligados a dar servicio y comodidad. No es posible descansar con camas asi. En 70 años que tengo nunca estuve en un alojamiento asi.
• mariana valentina (7/5): Good and bad - Good quality furniture. Fully, but fully for 12 people, equipped kitchen. Washing machine, drier, dishwasher. Enough towels for long stay. Quiet area and neighbours. Unfortunately it was not clean when I arrived, I had to do it myself. I stayed for 2 months, so it made sense for me to clean it as I like instead of asking the administrator to take care of it. Also, for whoever wants to rent long term, be careful cause the administrator it’s not reliable. I wanted to rent for 6 months. We got to an agreement and less than 2 weeks before I was notified that I have to leave.

• Marcello (7/5): Good - The apartment is quite well furnished and in central position in Arrecife. Insufficient cookware. Only one rather small pan and two pots, very difficult to cook for a family of 4. Very little support from the handler. On arrival keys are handed over in a few min. No explanations on shops, garbage rules, no hints on restaurants or places to go. No touristic information materials available. The road is quite noisy for most of the night, bearable with closed windows.

• Mary (10/5): Great apartment - Lovely well equipped apartment in the centre of Arrecife. Great location for accessing the bus stations to explore the island. Very close to El Reducto beach and El Charco.
• Ingrid (8/5): Nice place, communication problems and small and old beds. - The apartment is well equipped and spacious only for two adult people. The kitchen is well equipped. I highly rate the parking space in the underground garage of this house. The double bed is not wide enough and every movement is accompanied by a loud creak. The bed in the other room is completely unsuitable for sleeping. Our adult son literally suffered on it the whole holiday.What we didn't like the most was that in case of an urgent need to contact our accommodation provider, no one responded. In a situation where the apartment alarm was activated due to our mistake, no one repeatedly answered the phone and no one helped us! We had to contact the police, who helped us. The accommodation provider did not even respond to phone calls from the police! I consider this to be the worst manifestation of ignorance and unwillingness to help their guests.
• Csilla (9/5): Superb - Very cosy flat with a comfortable bed. I have back pain but it was not a problem as the bad was hard. Try to rent a smaller car as the garage door is not so wide. We had a big SUV and it was not easy to park it. The TV has problems but this was stated to resolve by. The owner during our stay.
• Marie (10/5): Wonderful stay..perfect apartment - The location was perfect The place was spotless with all kitchen appliances ..modern and airy Lovely coffee shop on the corner and a few yards from supermarket Very central I arrived early but my early arrival was no problem ...thank you Nothing really A map of the area and the WiFi info would have been helpful but the owner replied to text messages promptly
• Mihaela (7/5): Good - Very spacious apartment, with underground parking, washing machine, Could have some more bowls in the kitchen, we had some tiny baby spider in the kitchen, Master bedroom bed slightly small, second bedroom bed very noisy on every turning, bed sheet on the pull out bed slightly dirty.
• Dora (9/5): Great place to stay, on an interesting island . - The apartment is in a marvellous location.Quiet but easy to reach town centre and restaurants in town or by the lagoon. Ten minutes or so drive from Lanzarote airport. The accommodation is very comfortable although perhaps twin beds instead of a pull out bed in the other bedroom. The apartment is very clean and generally well equipped. Taxi rank at the foot of the hill . Bus station 20 minutes walk if using local buses to view other parts of the island. No shortage of shops in Arrecife if that’s your thing. We did have to wait half an hour after appointed time for someone to arrive to let us in and that meant waiting on the street which wasn’t ideal. However there was a cafe/bar Antipoda yards away, from which we could see the entrance to the flats whilst we waited with a drink. There was no problem with contact details which I used to resolve the situation. Staff were helpful .

• Branislav (9/5): Superb - Pleasant, clean, modernly furnished and well-equipped apartment in the city center and close to the port. There are many shops, cafes and a grocery store nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. The owners were helpful and accommodating. The advantage is parking in the garage, which is located directly in the house. We recommend the apartments for tourists who want to explore the island. The apartment was supposed to have NETFLIX, but this service was not available. We didn't mind it, but it shouldn't be in the description of the apartment's equipment. The apartment is in the center, i.e. some may be bothered by the increased noise of the surroundings.
• Radovan (9/5): Superb - Excellent apartment in the center of Arrecife with an underground parking space and elevator. It has three full-sized beds and one extra mattress. If you drive a rental car from the airport, call the host, finding a garage the first time is not easy. We enjoyed it here. The garage lift key requires feeling and must not be fully inserted, otherwise it cannot be turned.
