• Vincenzo (3/5): Non consiglio, cercate di meglio - Solo la posizione Abbiamo pagato 300€ per due notti ma il prezzo non vale assolutamente cio’ che da. Casetta piccola, con tende oscuranti che danno sulla strada e nessuna tenda da utilizzare durante il giorno praticamente devi essere sempre vestito. Manca di tante cose: nessuna tovaglia se si vuole mangiare, nessuna griglia per usare il forno etc..abbiamo richiesto una culla per il bimbo ce l hanno fatta trovare tutta imballata, alle 20 di sera abbiamo dovuto anche montare la culla e tra l altro senza lenzuola abbiamo dovuto adattare quelle del letto matrimoniale. 300€ e neanche una bottiglia d acqua di cortesia. Non solo alle 20 abbiamo dovuto montare la culla ma anche uscire e cercare un supermercato per acquistare l acqua. Con due bambini piccoli e dopo un viaggio in aereo non è il massimo. La cosa piu’ eclatante è stata che abbiamo chiesto di farci trovare due uova di pasqua per i bambini che gia’ di base costano 20€ l una e hanno aggiunto anche 20€ DI COMMISSIONI PER IL SERVIZIO!! Ma il servizio di cosa? Non la fate la spesa nel mese per voi? ASSURDO! Ho dovuto accettare e spendere 90€( tassa di soggiorno inclusa) in tutto perché dove andavo alle 20 di sera nel giorno prima di Pasqua a cercare le uova per i bambini? Non potevamo ovviamente farli rimanere male senza uova. Fa comodo a tutti guadagnare ma bisognerebbe farlo nel modo corretto e soprattutto ci vorrebbe un po’ piu’ di umiltà

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, mieliśmy możliwość aby się wcześniej zameldować. Za mało naczyń, niektóre były potłuczone. Apartament nie ma oddzielnej sypialni i salonu – jest jedno pomieszczenie przedzielone szafą i bez drzwi, więc prywatność ograniczona przy podróży w grupie

• Agnieszka (9/5): - We really liked the location of the apartment. It was close to great restaurants and served as a perfect base for exploring the city. The host was very helpful and allowed us to leave our backpacks before the check-in time so we could comfortably explore the city. We also really appreciated the very comfortable pillows, which helped us sleep extremely well.

• Dóra (10/5): - Az apartman a központban helyezkedik el. Közelében több pizzázó, trattoria, élelmiszerüzlet. Az óváros rész is könnyen megközelíthető, tömegközlekedési eszköz igénybevétele nélkül. Az apartmanba előre elküldött kóddal tudtunk bemenni, majd a kulcsot is így tudtuk kivenni a széfből. Mi szeretjük a kontakt nélküli kulcsátadást. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.

• Ana Maria (9/5): Cazare este amplasata intr-o zona foarte buna, o recomand. - Aproape de gara si de magazine, foarte curat, check in facil, utilata cu tot ce este necesar pentru o sedere reusita. Am gasit cafea, ceai, zahar. Nu inteleg de ce nu poate fi rezolvata problema cu fereastra care nu se inchide. S-au plans multe persoane in legatura cu asta, dar problema a ramas. Noaptea este curent si rece.

• Andrzej (8/5): Pobyt rodzinny, 2+2 - Lokalizacja blisko dworca głównego. Niedaleko sklep spożywczy. Nieszczelne okno. W poprzednich ocenach też było wymienione. Do tej pory nie zostało naprawione. Po za tym wszystko w porządku.

They were very generous and gave us a list of things to do in Bergamo. We would recommend it to our friends and we would totally go there again. • Ana (10/5): It was a great experience in a lovely city. - The apartment is super clean and comfortable, with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The location is central, in direct proximity to every important spot in the city. The apartment overlooks a busy street, so you need to factor in the noise.

Zona muy tranquila, cerca hay de todo; supermercados, restaurantes, heladerías etc. Todo muy limpio. El tamaño justo para 2 adultos y dos niños. El papel higienico, justo no....lo siguiente....no creo que pasara nada por poner un par de rollos.

Il caffè in cucina era finito e nonostante l’avessimo fatto presente non ci è mai stato portato; per il resto la dotazione della cucina era sufficiente

• Vlada (1/5): - Vieta Trūko patalynės, todėl negalėjome komfortiškai išsimiegoti. Kondicionėrius prastai veikia, nešaldo. Langai neužsidaro sandariai, todėl visą lauką girdėjosi triukšmas iš gatvės. Po apmokėjimo dar reikėjo sumokėti papildomą mokestį. Taip pat neatgavome paliktos kuprinės su asmeninias daiktais, kurią palikome išsikraustant.

Una de las ventanas del alojamiento estaba rota y no se podía abrir. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba nada.No había ni persianas ni cortinas gruesas que evitasen la entrada de luz por la mañana (6:30) El menaje del apartamento tenía lo justo. El lavaplatos de los inquilinos anteriores estaba sin recoger y para colmo, había una cucaracha enorme en el salón.

Pomieszczenie brudne, sprzęt kuchenny brudny, pościel brudna, nosząca ślady wcześniejszych użytkowników. Łazienka również brudna, pleśń na fugach, za umywalką. Wszystkie ręczniki śmierdzą octem. Na półkach pełno kurzu. Podsumowując czystość tego pokoju jest mocno na nie. Klimatyzacja bardzo głośna.

• Dascalu (9/5): Great option for a city break. - Great place, clean, good facilities for every need. We loved the location, close to the train station, great transport options nearby. Good options for breakfast and dinner at walking distance. Bed and extendable couch comfortable. The separation between sleeping area and kitchen is done by a closet, might be uncomfortable for a family of 4.

Although there are some visible damages.Plenty of towels if anyone needs them. A good apartment if someone intends to do a lot of sightseeing and spend time there in the evenings There were no toilet seats in the bathroom which was strange, only 1 toilet paper for 2 nights and 4 people. Drawer in the bathroom damaged, swollen from water.
• Clifford (5/5): Disappointing, but adequate - Well, it was adequate. Minimally equipped, poorly maintained, but ok. Misleadingly, this property is advertised as "With parking" . The only available parking turned out to be 3 blocks away, a 15-minute haul of cases from car to apartment. No net curtains and windows are directly overlooked by offices: choose natural light or privacy, not both.
• Jean-paul (1/5): Never again!! Stay says from this place ! - I had to remind the host to send me the code to let me in. And I received the code 40min after the agreed time!!! Obviously nobody answered my phone calls or called back! I choose this flat because of the supposedly Child bed, but it was not available, even though I explicitly asked for it. The host didn’t reply beforehand to my request, but just informed me that it was not available when it was too late. No alternative offer and no possibility to cancel with refund. The bathroom was ok, kitchen was dirty , with a disgusting oven (food rest from previous visitors) and I guess never ever cleaned! Pan was also old and damaged, so no cooking possible. Reply time is very slow. And even if the promote to have a luggage storage service, they actually don’t offer it. Apart from the central location, this place has nothing to offer. You will be better off somewhere else!

• Kiril (7/5): Good - Overall it was a good stay, no much expectations. There is no free parking, the parking on the street is not free. You will have to pay for all the day, the parking is free only at evening and night from 19:00 to 9:00.
• Christopher (9/5): Lovely clean apartment in a great location - It had everything we needed, in a great location. Everything in good condition very clean with everything we needed. Great shower with plenty of shampoo and shower gel. Washing machine and drying rack too which was an added bonus. Good air conditioning. Very close to the main shopping street and walking distance for lovely restaurants. They let us leave our bags after check out too which was great Only flaw was the windows didn’t shut fully so there was a bit of noise from cars on the street outside.

• Marharytach (10/5): Highly recommended - The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything you may need (in the kitchen, bathroom etc) during your stay. The check-in procedure was super easy - the host shared with us detailed instructions (with video!) on how to get into the property and we were even allowed to check-in earlier. Location of apartment is also very convenient - you can easily reach from there railway station, bus stop to the airport, there are plenty of shops, restaurants and some supermarkets around. Would definitely stay here again during my next visit to Bergamo.
• Sharad (8/5): All up a very enjoyable stay and the property was very well equipped - Unfortunately we didn't get the text with the information as to door code. We got help from 3 lovely Italian ladies who rang the owner on our behalf helped us with getting into the property. Once in, it was a very good experience. Check-in procedure. Also quite a bit of noise from the street.
