Расположение просто супер, до моста мира 5 минут, за углом наша любимая улица Котэ Абхази, где очень атмосферно и весело! Хозяйка окружила теплотой и вниманием, рассказала все самые выгодные места, будем рады ещё раз встретиться! Благодарим за гостеприимство!!! -

• Edouard (10/5): - Viktoria est très sympathique, toujours prête à donner des indications utiles pour passer un bon séjour à Tbilissi. Le logement est propre et dispose de toute le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner ou laver son linge. L'emplacement est excellent, en pleine vieille ville ! /
• Guest (1/5): We feel like refugees. Very disappointed and awful. - Extremely disappointed. The room information states that there are two bedrooms and four beds, but in reality, there is only one 1.5-meter bed and one sofa bed. There are no four beds at all. The hygiene is worrying. Due to the dampness, there are many small flying insects in the toilet, which faces the kitchen directly. The bathroom smells bad and the water flow is very weak. I have to wait for the toilet three times in a row to flush it clean. I have never encountered such a thing before. They said there was a free parking spot, but we were led by them into a very narrow alley, parking back and forth. It took nearly half an hour before we found an empty space in front of another store. It was simply not suitable for people who rent cars. Since some of the photos do not belong to the reserved room type, please do not put them in the reservation interface. It is completely misleading and makes me think that the room has two bedrooms.

• Vladimir (8/5): было удобно и гостеприимно. Цена- качество для центра на 10+ - Замечательная и гостеприимная хозяйка. Очень удобное расположение. Хозяйка помогает с парковкой, практически в центре Тбилиси(бесплатно). Спасибо за прекрасное отношение к клиенту за помощь в ориентировании по городу. Немного тесновата ванна и холодильник.

• Igor (10/5): Exceptional - Great hospitality - the host Tamila is amazing and tries to help with everything indeed! The location is amazing - it is right in the center of downtown.

Just as an improvement I would suggest her to put courtains that really really make the room completely dark.

• Mirza (9/5): Superb - The location of the house was great. The house had everything we needed, but it wasn’t very clean. The host was very sweet and helpful. I made the reservation for one person, but later we traveled as two. Because of this, the host increased the price (which might have been my mistake). However, since the house was already for two people, I didn’t quite understand the reasoning behind the price increase. The house isnt very clean.
• Devendra (3/5): Passable accommodation for one night - +Centrally located + internet available + wash machine and microwave available - Misleading advertisement ( gave us 1 bedroom while 2 bedrooms were booked. 1 bedroom and a sofa bed were provided and insisted that it’s 2 bedrooms. You need to cross the sofa bed when you need to get to the toilet and person sleeping there get disturbed. The room photo shown at the ad is not what was provided - constant dripping noise through the night from the ceiling outside preventing sleep - bathroom is basically a narrow toilet with shower head attached to the wash basin with a foul smell. - there were moor flies in the flat

• Sofya (10/5): Wonderful private place in the heart of Old Town with all of the charm of old Tbilisi. - A lovely apartment centrally located in Old Town. The location is ideal - tucked away into the charming streets of the old city, it’s very quiet, but a stones throw away from restaurants, shops and many bars. The facilities are lovely - make it very convenient to cook, do laundry, or relax inside. Victoria was the best host - gave the me local insider tips for delicious and cheap eats. She was very prompt and accommodating in meeting & a great communicator! Thank you Victoria!

From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm welcome and made sure we felt at home. She was always available to answer any questions and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. I recommend to stay if you wanna live in the center of the Old Tbilisi
• Gregor (3/5): 9/10 misleading - I am sorry, but not much. The only positive was the location and the kitchen. The 9/10 ranking is misleading, it should be a no-brainer, but it is not. It seems that there are two apartments. What I got was on the ground floor. Nothing from the green to see, that one can find on the listing. The walls are wet, it has mold. If you open the windows street cats will jump inside. There is noise and smoke from the neighbors coming in. I booked two nights but left after one. I got my money back for the second night. I would not come again or suggest staying there.

And a good value for money, the apartment has a washing machine and fridge which come very handy. The host was super helpful and attentive! I would definitely stay here again!

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Very cheap and comfortable. Good location Be aware that it is a room with one doublebed and a small sleep sofa. We got confused by the pictures and thought that it was two rooms with a double bed in each. Staff gave us two rooms so they were helpfull.

• Mirko (5/5): Wrong adress - Location was good. Lady was friendly. The adress written on booking.com is wrong. Instead of two dubble beds and one single bed, we got only one dubble bed and one single bed. Shower connectet to the sink. We get wet. Dishes and cups were very dirty.
