• jennifer (1/5): beautiful property, but very unprofessional host. - beautiful property the host Becky is currently trying to scam us. she wants us to pay her £420 to replace the 3 carpets in the property due to an accident our dog had whilst unwell. we have offered to pay the cost of cleaning, but she is being persistent and rude. we have photos anyway. she also wants £50 to replace the bedding because of dog hair and muddy paws (though again we have photos) and the dog hadn’t been anywhere to get muddy paws, and she advertises it as dog friendly.
• Suzanne (10/5): - It's an exquisite location with easy access to public footpaths and gorgeous landscapes. High standard room with the right self-catering basics. Very welcoming atmosphere.
• Debs (10/5): Highly recommend this charming and well presented property! - It was very cosy, spotlessly clean and beautifully designed. The host had paid attention to small details that really made a difference, for example having a coffee machine available with coffee pods and biscuits!
• Katie (6/5): Very clean apartment but needs a little tlc. - The setting was lovely and quiet. It was very clean, great bathroom with really good shower. It was warm (a little too warm for us). Big towels. Facilities were good. The bed is really on the small side so we didn’t sleep very well. All you need is placed behind sliding wardrobe doors - unfortunately they kept coming off. No tea towel to dry wet cups and dishes.
• Geoff (10/5): - Thank you for a very pleasant stay. It was a lovely cosy retreat from the awful weather and I particularly appreciated being able to warm up in a hot bath. Everywhere was so clean and tidy and well looked after. I left the key under the pot.

• Anonymous (10/5): - Room is beautiful, plenty, of room for us and our 2 dogs. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable, really can't fault it. Becky was so helpful, always replied to our queries promptly. Location is beautiful with fantastic walks right on the doorstep.

• David (8/5): Heerlijk - Klein appartement maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel schoon en je kunt altijd Becky een berichtje sturen voor tips en dergelijk. Parkeren voor het huisje. Heel hondvriendelijk! Niks!

• Kathomi (9/5): - The place was in a quiet neighborhood, most restaurants were nearby and some were within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy, the host offered a coffee station with coffee pods which was really sweet. There was some milk in the fridge too.

• Tracy (10/5): Charming and perfectly situated - The accommodation is charming and is in the perfect location; it's close to the countryside, the beautiful Linacre Reservoirs, and not far from the town. The bathroom was excellent as it had a bath as well as a shower.

The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing us to relax immediately. The bathroom was superb, with fresh, fluffy towels and high-quality soaps and shampoos. I recommend staying here.
• Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - This stay really lived up to the reviews. We arrived quite late and wasn’t too sure which house it was, I gave Becky a call to help locate them she was supper helpful and friendly. When we got in the room it was lovely, clean and really cosy. We even had some love heart sweets left for us on the bed with two bottles of water either side, which was a great welcoming touch. Nothing it was great.
• Helen (9/5): Has everything you need for a couple of nights away 😊 - Nice to have a kettle toaster crockery and cutlery for breakfast. The bed itself was really comfortable, but when you’re used to a king size bed you don’t realise how roomy they are until you’re back in a double!

• Mateusz (9/5): Nice, clean and comfortable apartment, definitely recommended - Clean and comfortable apartment with almost everything you'd need. Convenient checkin/checkout process too, and responsive staff. The only issue was the wifi - the signal is poor, and it's unreliable. The strength/speed depends on device location in the room, it's ok-ish close to the door but not so much on the other end. It was usable, but definitely not great.
• Iwona (10/5): If you not after window view that’s perfect for short stay as many beautiful places to visit around - It’s very clean and pet friendly, you get there what you need,kettle coffee ironing board and there is friendly host who helped and heated up something in microwave for me, perhaps can ask for a fan or heater in case get caught by rain and wanted to dry clothes, it was lovely, easy communication Main door was very stiff and that’s all

• Daniel (10/5): Cosy, quiet and incredible value for money. - A wonderful little annex attached to the house of lovely friendly family. We were so comfortable here. There’s lots of space, an excellent en-suite, tea and coffee facilities and tassimo coffee machine which I thought was a lovely touch. The smart tv is excellent because you can log into your Netflix, Disney account etc. The location was perfect, very quiet and close to all the attractions that Derbyshire had to offer. There’s several excellent pubs nearby to go for a meal and a drink. I honestly can’t think of anything!

• Karen (10/5): Exceptional stay in a peaceful location - It was private and quiet. Exceptionally clean. Every thought anticipated. Even our dog had a bed, bowl, biscuits and poo bags provided! Tea, coffee, milk and butter in the fridge. Iron, sewing kit. Wide screen tv with multiple channels. Very comfy and cosy bed. Great shower. Plenty of hot water. Super stay 🌟 Nothing to dislike at all
