- Anna (1/5): EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE - Nothing, it was miserable. Make sure to never book this apartment. It was not mentioned on the booking.com that the apartment has a SHARED bathroom!!!!! We arrived, the hostess was very unwelcoming and did not speak English. It turned out that we need to live with their family, just in a spare bedroom. The bedroom was very small and not clean at all. Bed sheets were dirty and were all wrinkled. This was a miserable experience and we DID NOT EVEN STAY FOR ONE HOUR!!!! We booked a nice hotel in the center of the city approximately with the same amount of money that we payed for this one and it was not even comparable! The property did not refund and did not even apologize. NEVER book this apartment, NEVER.

The arrangement of the room could be better.
- Mohamed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wesley (4/5): Disappointing - Easy communication with property manager Bed bugs, any part of my body that’s exposed is full of itchy bites and are infected
- Benhadj (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mauro (10/5): Exceptional - I personally enjoyed how clean and neat everything were , definitely a must if you want a room to crash out after a long flight ( really close to the airport )
- Allen (7/5): Good - Like the name implies it is a simple room. Very clean, bed very comfortable shared washroom good with plenty of hot water. There was a toilet paper shortage, which was corrected in a couple of days.
I found it hard to enter the place, and there was no response when I pushed the intercom. This may be due to my ignorance. There is a little box on the wall hiding in plain sight, with a little sliding door you find the numeric code, which you enter, and then press the minuscule little black slider, and voilà. There’s the key.
I will note that a European gentleman locked the door from the inside, unnecessary since it automatically locks and took the key with him into his room. I could not get out and had to raise a bit of a disturbance to find out who had the key. Clearly, he just didn’t know the protocol either.
There was very little signage, and nothing regarding the opening the door protocol however, they were not in English. (Yes, I know I was in France, but this is a tourist facility]
With the exception above, there was a gentleman, the owner? Who when there was very kind and helpful.
The reason my review is modest is because: the room is quite tiny. The space between the bed the walls was about a mter wide and a length of a European double bed, which you could not walk around due to the lack of space, the wardrobe, etc., was more than ample. However, there was no other furniture, not even a chair and I had to put my luggage on the small floor area. There is a good heater so it was easy to keep warm in the chilly November weather. Another drawback is that the large window provides lots of light, but the sheer curtains make it very light at night. I had an eye mask and that worked great.
It was a 20 Euro taxi ride into town, which by the way, has lots of amenities to offer. There are some bus stops in a general vicinity, but there is no info. Also, the train station is not close by, so I felt stranded.
