• Yaiza (9/5): - Muy buena ubicación, anfitriona super amable y muy pendiente de nuestra estancia. La habitación y baño estaban muy limpios!! El único punto malo es que la ventana son unas puertas de madera al balcón que dejan entrar mucho ruido.
• JORDI (10/5): Un apartament fantastic - La facilitat de comunicació amb la propietària. I la proximitat amb el centre. El dissabte hi havia una mica de soroll al carrer, però no hi va haver cap problema, vam dormir perfectament. Pot semblar un lloc conflictiu però les aparences enganyen. Vam estar super bé.

• Martin (10/5): Velmi milí personál, poskytl výborné doporučení, každá z doporučených restaurací byla zážitkem. - Skvělá poloha s dopravou jen pár kroků od ubytování. Místo je v oblasti s autentickou neapolskou atmosférou. Tady není moc co napsat, ale kdyby byla na pokoji konvice na kávu a čaj s pár skleničkami, bylo by vše dokonale.

• Pascale (6/5): Super en famille magnifique - Pas de dejeune sur place mais a 5 minute a pied petit bar Une machine a cafe dans la chambre ou bouilloir, et une solution beaucoup trop de bruit la nuit impossible de dormir avant 3h
• ALTOMARE (10/5): - Tout était parfait !! La localisation est centrale. Tout se fait à pied. Notre chambre était spacieuse agréable et confortable. J’y reviendrai très vite !!
• Orestis (9/5): - great location near the center! Caterina is very helpful and always available for anything we needed. The room was a bit cold, so we asked her to turn on the heating and she took care of it. It should be better though if the heating during winter was turned on for more hours during the day in order to decrease the moisture. Also it would be nice to add a trash can in the main room and also a clothes hanger.

• Fabiana (9/5): - Soggiorno top! L’appartamento è pulito e soprattutto curato nei dettagli. Ottima la posizione per visitare al meglio Napoli. L’host è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Esperienza super consigliata.

• Maurizio (8/5): - Unterkunft ist wirklich Typisch Italienisch. Fühlte mich auf Anhieb wohl. 4 Zimmer auf dieser Ebene die Vermietet werden. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermieterin war sehr positiv, angenehm und sehr Hilfreich.. Hat für mich auch einen Driver von Flughafen zur Unterkunft organisiert zu einem Top Preis. Sehr Zentrum nah. Wo es viele Geschäfte und Essens Möglichkeiten gibt. Alles wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und Bequem. Immer wieder gerne Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr einheimischen Ecke. Mir gefiel es. Fühlte mich somit der Stadt sehr nah. Aber abends muss man mit vielen Juendlichen rechnen da auch eine Metro Haltestelle in unmittelbarer nähe ist.

• Sgarbi (8/5): - Struttura pulita, silenziosa e fresca, in un palazzo tipico. I gestori sono stati molto gentili a venirci a prendere alla stazione della metro per mostrarci la struttura. Il doccino della doccia non funzionava benissimo e in bagno veniva un po' di cattivo odore
• Jovana (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, we felt safe with two doors, room is spacious and had everything we needed. In this accomodation you can feel the real spirit of Naples as it is located in the heart of traditional neighbourhood. Close to it is train and metro station, and lot of traditional food and coffee shops. We would reccomend staying here We didn't need it, but would reccomend thinking about puting a mini-fridge in the room. Also the shower head is leaking but we managed
• Shoufay (9/5): Very comfortable and modern. - Location was perfect. Host was responsive and helpful. Her recommendations of local restaurants were great. Cute street and friendly neighbours. Cute balcony. Modern room. Nice bathroom. I didn't realise there would be no mini fridge. For that reason I'm not sure I could book again, I like my wine cooled and the option of ice! but otherwise I'd love to stay again. Looks like a quiet narrow street, but surprisingly noisy in day and night, but slept through it anyway.

• Moe (8/5): A fantastic apartment to really experience an “authentic” life in Napoli. - The place is located in an extremely prime location. It is very near the old city centre which is great if it is your first visit to Napoli (Since lots of the touristy activities culminates there). It is clean and nicely furnished. Caterina(The Host) is amazing and really friendly! She quickly accommodated for our late check in and arranged a private hire to pick us up! She also gave us a list of amazing food places nearby the apartment. During our stay, there were some issues with the shower head and Caterina came in the fix it asap! If we were to nitpick, a small fridge would really complete the apartment as there are many nearby market stalls that sells amazing fresh fruits. :) We do have to say though, the room could get quite noisy during the night as the sound insulation from the old tradition window is really poor. This is especially apparent during Friday-Sunday since it is when people stay up late, so you hear lots of teenagers riding around in motorcycles. And we would like to make clear that this isn’t Caterina’s fault as many old buildings that are in the centre experiences the same issue. Thus, if you do pick this stay, please equip yourself with some earplugs! They are extremely helpful!

Very close to underground, railway and cableway and all services are around- you can do shopping, Finishing etc. Never ever had so good logistics location. The room was clean and the balkony was very nice. We can hang on our washing. There was a cattle and we could prepare a cup of tea. There was only one little thing, the single bed is narrow.It's is my subjective feeling because I need a space...min 1 m.

• Jeeven (10/5): Exceptional - The best location. My sister and I felt safe walking around at all times. The room was what we needed and the aircon worked well. It was very clean. The fridge was broken when we were there so couldn't use it. Caterina is wonderful to communicate with and she is very responsive. She gave us great recommendations which came in quite handy when you're spoiled for food and cannot make a decision. I would definitely come back here again.

• Barbora (9/5): Superb - The room was clear and everything was working. The furniture was new, so it was really nice trip. Our accomodation was near the subway station. It was big plus. There was street noise from local people at night.
• Vytas (10/5): 4 night stay - Great attentive customer service, we arrived late on Wednesday to Napoli, Caterina helped us by arranging transport to get to the room. Upon arrival everything was ready and clean. We were given a list of potential eateries in close proximity to the apartment. It was approximately 5 minute walk to hit main street of Napoli and about 35 minute walk to reach water front of Naples with all of their restaurants and beautiful views. Air conditioned room allowed us to catch a break from the heat and humidity and made our sleep much more enjoyable. The neighbours and scooters could be heard at night. However, it is a prime location for very affordable prices. And noise is nothing that could be controlled by the host. So overall 10/10.
• Arleta (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed at FondacOlivella for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. Caterina was extremely helpful and friendly, and we had great communication throughout our stay. The flat is just a minute walk from the station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. As a light sleeper, I found the Spanish Quarter a bit noisy at night, but my boyfriend, who isn't a light sleeper, had no trouble at all. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend it!
• Niels (9/5): Had a great weekend trip! - Very nice host. Really flexible, we could check in very early and check out a little later. She got us transport from and to the airport and gave us a list with amazing recommendations for food in the neighbourhood. Also the location is great, very near the historical centre, 2 minute walk to the metro and 3 minute walk to a street filled with restaurants bars etc.

We liked that we felt safe because even though the location is central, we had 3 separate doors to our apartment. The host is amazing, she gave us some tips and checked if we were fine the whole time. Definitely would reccomend :) Nothing, everything was great.

Close to metro station and funicular, many cafes and attractions. And a 15-20 minute walk to the port (you can go to the coastal cities) and the opera house. -
• Δρακονταειδησ (9/5): Superb - We loved the accommodation! The room has more than enough! Very comfy and big bed, amazing bathroom a huge closet! And also very clean! The windows were out wood ,no aluminum, so a lot of the noise was coming in... That's the only thing that we noticed, but is it common because we ve visited in the past other cities in Italy that it was exactly the same...

The room was beautiful and clean (equipped with AC), with a typical Neapolitan balcony looking on to the street. The host was nice and gave us all the info we needed. Would definitely stay here again. The sound isolation on the windows was a bit thin and noise from the outside ia noticeable at times.

• Ana-rita (10/5): Beautiful Napoli - Clean and everything was new. Confy bed. The underground station at 1 min walk from the property. Close to the city center even on foot. The host was very friendly and kind. Helpt us with everything we needed. Gave us advice what to visit and where to eat local and at a good price. The street noise during night. But it’s Napoli of course. Maybe a newer window with noise cancellation would help, maybe it is on list of to do.
