• Pruzzi (6/5): Marrakech fantastica, a tutto il resto ci si adatta. - Posizione eccellente, pulizie ottima. Ben ristrutturato. Anche il soggiorno e il corridoio piastrellati con bellissime piastrelle. Eravamo due amiche e abbiamo avuto, per il soggiorno, una camera a testa per quattro notti ad un prezzo davvero interessante. Camere senza finestra, impossibile arieggiare. Quindi entrando c'è un odore non proprio gradevole, sembrerebbe dal bagno. Le uniche finestre erano in alto nel corridoio, non raggiungibili se non con una scala(che non c'era, e neppure una sedia, volendo provarci.) Bagno piccolissimo e cieco con lavello microscopico inutilizzabile. Per fortuna c'è un secondo lavello poco più grande in corridoio. Inoltre lo sciacquone caricava lentissimamemte l'acqua ed era impossibile andare in bagno una dopo l'altra, se non usando l'acqua della doccia per ripulire. La cucina male attrezzata, solo tazze e tazzine, qualche posata. Cercavamo un pentolino, giusto per scaldare qualcosa per la colazione e abbiamo dovuto usare una grande pentola (a pressione), unica pentola presente. Non è spiegato da nessuna parte come regolarsi per l'immondizia, non c'è detersivo per i piatti e almeno uno strofinaccio per la cucina. No tavolo né sedie. Solo un tavolino davanti al comodo divano.
• Pamela (3/5): Lipstick on a Pig - I wish I could rate this property more positively as the hosts were very accommodating and quick to answer our questions. They made getting the keys as easy as possible in a somewhat confusing city. Unfortunately this property is the epitome of "putting lipstick on a pig". While the property was well painted and had some interesting "mood lighting", the majority of the property just did not work. The remote for the TV was missing batteries. I bought batteries but the TV still would not work as the remote was almost broken in half. There was no working internet on the property even though the box was there. The toilet had to be filled manually as the water would not turn on for the tank. The oven door was smashed. The couch was poorly nailed together and fell apart if you leaned against the end. One door of the cabinet in the master bedroom was jammed to the point it could not be opened. Very nice decor, but just too many issues to review positively.

• Christine (4/5): So disappointed and uncomfortable I left several days early despite refusal to provide any refund. - Decor was nice. Location was great. A lot of things didn't work. The handle was falling off the bathroom door. Couldn't open the oven, Lights in the den flickered badly. The shower was 4" from the toilet and had no curb so the bathroom flooded if anyone took a shower. It was very, very cold and it took me 2 days to get assistance to warm things up. Very difficult to open the closet door.

• Lindy (10/5): Huge Apartment, Great Location - I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. Communication with the host was amazing and started a few days before my visit and continued until I was in the apartment. Excellent! The apartment is very big. Lots of storage dressers for clothing and lots of bedding if needed. I did not cook, but the kitchen seemed to be fully furnished for any cooking. It has a big living room area with sofas for socializing. Although it does not have a table and chairs for dining, it has a large centre coffee table in the living room area. It is a very bright apartment in our neighbourhood with lots of shops and a few restaurants and you are just five minutes walk to the main Square. The AC worked fine. I had my own SIM card so I did not use the Wi-Fi. The washroom is small, but there is an extra sink in the hallway, which is great if you have more than one guest. The apartment was extremely clean. I would definitely consider this apartment again for my next visit to Marrakesch. The shower floor and the bathroom floor is all level with each other. Therefore, water from the shower flows freely all over the washroom floor when showering. There’s no lips or border to the shower. Also, it may be an oversight, but there was no toilet tissue in the washroom upon arrival. I did notify the host who was going to deliver some the next day, but I had already purchased some. I’m thinking it’s just an oversight by the cleaner. It certainly did not happen and my stay. Thank you for a great visit.
