- Vivek (1/5): Good for someone who's not finding any reservations in a hospital - The confidence of the owner that despite the poor google ratings, they're supposedly "90% booked" all the time. The check in was delayed by 1.5 hours, thanks to the staff arguing like children for the payment terms. I still haven't got my refund that was requested before check in. Even then I had to pay the full amount without which the check in was denied. The room had cockroaches strolling around, there's no privacy, the location is right next to the main road and you'll not catch a shut eye because of the constant traffic noise 24x7. On top of everything, the absent customer care from Booking.com didn't help. Highly disappointed in booking.com more than the hotel
