• Simon (10/5): Die Herzlichkeit der Besitzer spiegelt den Aufenthalt wieder. Besser geht nicht. - Einfach Alles. Vom freundlichen Empfang über der Hilfsbereitschaft, das tolle Zimmer, die Sauberkeit & das extrem leckere Frühstück. So wie man sich Japan vorstellt! 10/10.
• Borja (10/5): Amazing hosts, cute traditional stay - The family running it are the sweetest. You can use the public onsens around the town before check in time, they will give you the towels etc. Breakfast is included and it’s traditionally Japanese (not for picky eaters!). Their private onsen is small but functional, you just lock it from the inside and stay as much as you want. Aircon in every room. There was not a shower/bath in our room, though we didn’t need it as all the public onsens provide one. They can only keep your luggage after check out until 11:00. No option for traditional dinner.
• Yifan (10/5): おもてなし - スタッフの方々のおもてなしがとても素晴らしく、細やかで行き届いたサービスに大変感動しました。お部屋は広々としていて開放感があり、清潔でゆったり過ごせました。 朝食は料理がどれも美味しく大満足です。 チェックインの際に、温泉街にある各外湯の特徴やアクセス、利用方法を丁寧に案内してくださいました。 全てにおいて配慮が行き届いており、心からリラックスできる滞在になりました。またぜひ宿泊したい、おすすめの旅館です。

• Marek (10/5): - Milý, proaktivní majitelé. Vše vysvětlili, udělali nám na uvítanou čaj. Když venku pršelo, půjčili nám deštníky. Snídaně je také perfektní.
• Arun (8/5): nice experience to stay in a japanese ryokan - did not have breakfast because she could not give us vegetarian - but gave us banana and sweet dish as compensation. Very sweet and helpful lady who was concerned because of my old mother along with us. it was on 3rd floor so lots of steps for my old mother. But overall the experience was great !

• Moe (10/5): Perfect location and amazing hosts. - Amazing location, 3 minutes walk from the station and close to all the onsens, the breakfast was so delicious and filling. You are not an early riser it can be a bit noisy as the shops across the road start moving stock pretty early, but we wake up pretty early there were no issues at all.

• Melina Felicitas (10/5): - Nice region. We stayed there as siblings and had a large room. We were served a super delicious traditional Japanese breakfast. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We were able to relax perfectly, which was much needed during our trip through Japan. The location was also great — we could reach public onsens, the train station, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants within about 5–10 minutes. There was also a private onsen in the hotel, which was excellent as well.
• Alejandra (10/5): - This stay made Kinosaki feel special and traditional the staff were extremely kind and even gave us an amazing food recommendation nearby. The inn is a traditional ryokan that is exactly the experience we were hoping to get. The futon beds were so comfortable and the whole space was very clean.

• fukuda (10/5): Amazing hotel to made me relax - Good hospitality, kindness and amazing dinners and hot springs. ROOMS and TOILET are clean, and also silent to sleep well. Cannot find anything
• Iuliia (10/5): - Путешествовали вдвоём с мужем, получили от рёкана и онсенов только положительные впечатления! Это наш первый подобный опыт такого отдыха, хотелось попробовать именно искупаться в горячих источниках, съесть кайсеки ужин и переночевать на футонах. Ужин был потрясающий - нам подали краба, говядину, сашими и десерт. Всё было очень вкусно и порции были очень приличными. До всех онсенов можно спокойно дойти пешком, в отеле нам выдали пасс на посещение всех онсенов, которые были открыты. Ещё выдали юкаты и хаори. Можно переобуться в традиционную лакированную обувь. Хозяева очень приятные люди, у хозяйки есть голосовой переводчик, что очень упрощало нам общение. Очень хочу приехать следующий раз сюда же!

• Nesrine (10/5): Unforgettable - The ryokan we stayed in was so beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. We really enjoyed the traditional experience of sleeping on the Japanese futon and wearing the yukata provided by the hotel to visit the onsens. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful — very hospitable! They explained everything to us, helped us locate and choose the best onsens, and were always available to provide anything we needed. We strongly recommend this ryokan, and we’d like to thank the staff for their kindness and warm hospitality :)
• Manfred (10/5): Vackert, traditionellt, varmt och smidigt. - Traditionellt ryoukan med ett varmt intryck. Väldigt nära tågstationen. Personalen är otroligt varma, trevliga och omtänksamma. Inga frågor behövde gå obesvarade under introduktionen som översattes nästan perfekt med en smidig översättningsapparat. Små gulliga gåvor fick vi också! Både handgjorda origami figurer och bakverk. Ingenting att ogilla! Kanske hade man önskat att man kunde komma genom receptionen senare än 23:00, men det är ingenting som behöver klagas över. Hade man frågat personalen hade dem säkert löst situationen ändå ☺️

• Paul (10/5): Schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit lieben Gastgebern. - Super herzliches Paar, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei den beiden und auf Anfrage auch ein köstliches Frühstück erhalten. Klare Empfehlung! 😊 -

The owners are the kindest people ever – they truly cared about us, constantly checking if we needed anything and how they could make our stay more pleasant. Everything was spotless, tidy, and perfectly organized. We felt completely at home. We even played a fun game of chasing ping pong with the owner – such a lovely memory! 😊 The ryokan itself feels like a time capsule – it’s a place where you can travel back to old Japan and experience the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese home. It was such a unique and authentic experience that we’ll never forget. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – one of the warmest memories from our trip to Japan.

• Nehuen (10/5): Phenomenal, 11/10! - First and foremost, the staff were absolutely fabulous — true stars. They were the kindest and warmest people, making sure multiple times that our stay was perfect and that all our needs and preferences were taken care of. One kind young lady even brought us fresh grapes from the market because they were in season, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Even though they don’t speak much English, they tried their best and used a translation device that worked perfectly. Their superb hospitality made a huge difference. The ryokan also had all the amenities we could wish for: beautiful yukatas, toiletries, traditional Japanese sandals, and more. The cleanliness was impeccable — every corner of the room was spotless. The futons were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on, and the room overall felt very cozy. The hotel’s onsen was also very pleasant and relaxing to use. The only small point is that it gets a little noisy in the morning since our room faced the street where cars were passing.

• Marianne (10/5): The perfect place to enjoy a night in Kinosakionsen. - The service is marvellous. The hosts were really lovely and provided us with everything we needed. We received helpful information about events in Kinosakionsen and what time they are going to take place. Parking, Yukata, Towels, Pictures and more were perfectly provided and we would love to come back. The futons/ beds were so comfortable, that we genuinely missed them in the other accommodation, where we stayed the following day on our trip.
• Thibault (10/5): Do not hesitate a second, go there ! - This was the second ryokan we stayed at in Kinosaki and so far it was the best place we stayed in 10 days of exploring Japan. The check in time was set at 3pm but we arrived early, around 10 am. They granted us access to the room which was very large and comfy. The futon were really comfortable. The location is perfect. They have private onsen that you can access from 3pm to 11pm. But the most important thing is the staff. The owner was so nice. She had a translating device and took a lit of time to explain us many things, guide us through the city helped us find a restaurant, lent us some japanese umbrella and took some typical japanese pictures of us for free and on the day of our departure where it was heavily raining gave us a ride to the station. We leave this place relaxed and fueled with energy thanks to them.
