• Charlotte (10/5): - Nice room with everything needed : hot water shower, AC, fan.. Not didn’t like, but keep in mind you will have to pay for water bottle, and early/late check in (even if the keys are in a safe box)

• Mireille (9/5): - Good communication with the owner. I arrived in Palenque early morning and she waited for me so I could leave my luggage until the room was available. The room was nice with everything you need. It’s in a non touristic quiet neighbourhood and still supermarkets and the centre are nearby. It’s really well located when travelling by bus as it is really close to the busstation

• Jeff (8/5): Recommended while im Palenque! - The bed is wonderful; the room is latge, comfortable and well-decorated; the workplace is good, internet is good, nature is nearby (macaws, monkeys, etc.) It is a bit far from the center (prepare to walk alot or tons of taxi); the kitchen is small, outdated and lacks a table,chairs and a food prep space - and the hotplate is dangerous as it electrically-shocked me a few times. The neighboring apartments are very close and you can frequently hear their occupants talking, watching TV, etc.

A bucket filled with snacks and beers in a mini fridge for you to buy if you need it - it's a nice touch. The only minus was noise at night from the neighbourhood - someone was having a birthday party and a boiler?

• Jérémie (6/5): Correct pour une nuit - Facilité d'accès au logement, La chambre est agréable en soit, essentiel pour cuisiner. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue devant le logement. La cuisine du logement est en fait extérieure (dans un commun), et donc pas à l'abri des nuisibles (présence de plusieurs grosses blattes). Aucune insonorisation du logement : la porte est en fait une grille métallique recouverte d'un plastique , aboiements de chiens juste à côté. Forte humidité dans la chambre malgré la présence de la clim (aussi bien en mode clim que déshumidificateur) qui laisse une odeur désagréable dans la chambre et sur les affaires.

• Adelaida (7/5): Comodo y agradable - Era comodo y tiene aire acondicionado. Si buscar estar cerca de la estación ADO, estas a 10 minutos o menos. El alojamiento te ofrece snaks y bebida La ubicación en si, pero estuvimos bien y seguro.

• Sally (9/5): Superb - Comfy and very big bed! Central location. Check in info sent ahead of time, easy entry and clear instructions. Bathroom was clean. Small, skinny spiders in the nooks and crannies. Totally to be expected in a jungle setting however! But if that's a problem for you, this place isn't for you.

• Sarah (9/5): Good place for a short stay in Palenque. - It was perfect for one night just a short walk to the bus station and town. They also had some snacks and drinks stocked which you could buy which was nice.
• Neeley (10/5): Quiet & Private room in Paleque - Great private room. Near the ADO in a quiet neighborhood. Not near the city center, which is why I choose the place. AC, hot water, wifi all worked great. Bed is huge and comfortable, kitchette has everything to make basic meals. It's a two burner hot plate, toaster, and coffee maker, tea kettle and mini fridge. No microwave. Host was friendly, helpful, responsive, and lovely. Highly recommend as a base to explore the area. I think all airbnb/hostels/hotels should be required to provide safe drinking water. This would greatly reduce the amount of single use plastics being used. If the hosts provided the big refillable jugs always we wouldn't need to waste single use plastics. There is an OXXO about 3 blocks away so buying water is easy. It's just so wasteful.

• Dominique (8/5): Very good - Nice clean room with a big and very comfortable bed. The kitchen outside the room was handy and well equipped. Short walk to ADO bus station and colectivos for archaeological site The fridge didn't work even after connecting the leads. Be aware if you only stay 1 night, you only get one towel even if 2 people are staying in the room. If you want a second towel you can request one. It's a bit far away from town but that was ok for us.

• Marc (9/5): Nice room with cooking facilities close to the ADO bus station. - The kindness, perfect service and attention of Alicia and Paulina. They are perfect hosts and super friendly. Alicia especially: she waited for us a long time since our bus had a very long delay, she gave us plenty of information (e.g. the tour agency Tulum to go to the waterfall Misol-Ha and Aguas Azul), how to take a “colectivo” to get to Roberto Barrias, and in general made us feel very “home away from home”. The fact that you can walk down only 10 minutes from the ADO busstation to get to Loft Jaguar and 10 minutes walk to a large supermarket Chercaui. That you have to walk up again to the busstation and the city center (but a taxi will cost you only 30 Mex $ if you don’t feel up to it, Alicia can call one if needed). The kitchen is very basic (which we knew) but we would suggest changing the very slow cooking plate to a newer model and to paint or replace the sink. If you have the means and opportunity, book the apartment “Africa” with its own kitchen, terrace and little garden. If you don’t or don’t really want to cook, the loft Jaguar is a perfect room with private bathroom and a cooking facility and table & chairs in the common area. If ever again in Palenque we will definitely book again. Thank you Paulina and Alicia for a very nice stay!

• Carolina (9/5): Superb - very good communication with the host, easy access, quiet area (it also seemed very safe), clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, good light (also at the bedside which is rare :D), coffee machine incl. coffee. a microwave or a little basic kitchen would have been nice, (very) expired snacks in the room
• Luis (1/5): No recommended at all, rude host, terrible location, ugly place to stay. - The picture of the place. Parking lot is not an option in this place, the host stated that the street was free. Very disappointed. She handoff on me when talking to her. Clime is not variable, only one speed, cold or cold. The room stinks like a cat or something bad. The host wasn’t present when I arrived and she was bothering me the previous night asking when I was planing to leave so she can schedule the cleaning. No recommended, the area is really ugly and in my opinion unsafe.
• Jordon (10/5): Great stay; price & excellent location! - The room was bright and comfortable. It has air conditioning and a large ceiling fan as well as a fridge to store food and drinks. The bathroom was a good size. The bed was comfortable and large. We had our own entrance and shared outside space with a sink and utensils and bowls etc. The location was great and the road in general has a mini shop and also very friendly neighbour, one of the neighbours sells really good food from her house! The shower head was at an off angle so it sprayed a little outside of the shower. The bathroom could have also done with some shelving in general to put your things. The air conditioning was only set to one temperature which was cold and great but it would have been nice to set a timer on it for us. Lastly no fault of the owners but there was another property of there’s next door and the residences on our last night kept there porch light on which lit up and shined through our door, which kept us up a little- but this was only on the last night!
