Guest Reviews
- Smith-Lane (9/5): - The apartment was clean, comfortable and stylish with plenty of utensils etc for cooking.
We would definitely go again. Nothing really
- Chris (10/5): Great, I have booked it again next week for a few days. - I was in Bournemouth to see my brother, the apartment was in a good location relative to him. It was really quiet at night which surprised me, lots of local shops nearby. There is a lot of on road parking, maybe normal for the UK, but not actual parking for the apartment.
- Iglentjan (10/5): - That was ok for 4 people That was in main road
- Carolyn (10/5): Lovely modern apartment - Lovely modern flat, comfy beds, nice kitchen diner with great facilities Nothing really. Maybe a couple of wine glasses would be good, but I didn't mind drinking wine from a tumbler 😃
- Diego (6/5): Overall 7 recommended, thanks. - The rooms were nice and bright. Great location, kitchen and facilities were good enough for our holidays.
We had a good time. Only Beds were old or worn cause they weren't firm enough, most of us woke up with back pain or discomfort.
Just a suggestion to add a lock to the main door for extra safety we were a bit concerned about our safety and our belongings even tho we had no issues at all.

- Kate (5/5): Beautiful apartment if you go in winter or it’s cold - The apartment was really lovely, well decorated and furnished, modern, and clean. I feel really bad writing this as the apartment is lovely but the apartment is on an extremely busy main road that never seems to stop with cars racing, and people walking below the window and there is a traffic light crossing that’s beeped and that is used - ALOT!!!!!
There isn’t a drainer to put the washing up on or any baking trays to use in the over apart from the shelves. There isn’t enough mugs for four people or any tea towels provided. The front bedrooms mattress isn’t comfortable and you can feel the springs.
The front door on the street is also full glass and there isn’t a lock on the door at the top of the stairs which made us feel a little vulnerable (probably just us)
The apartment was so ridiculously warm with no fans or way of cooling it down apart from opening the windows but then the noise from the street is crazy.
- Mitch (10/5): The flat was clean, comfortable, modern and spacious. No issues but just couldn’t afford to stay longer. - Clean, modern and as described. Would stay again Property was perfect! Though not a complaint, I would only say I’d felt somewhat not secure just due to the downstairs front door being the only locked door to the property, and the front door was just a regular door.
- Gail (8/5): Lovely flat- just right for our needs - Very handy to the West Hants tennis club where we were playing Noisy on the street
- Elaine (10/5): Exception Value - Very well appointed flat, comfortable, clean and well decorated. Very happy with our stay Stairs are steep, didn't worry us but be aware
- Keith (6/5): Comfortable accommodation, useful local shops. - The location was convenient for our guests. There were several fast food shops, a Co-op and a small supermarket shop, and a post office with a cashpoint, all within a short walking distance. The apartment was quiet, roomy and comfortable. There was no doorbell, so picking up our guests was difficult because they couldn't hear us knocking on the door (I guess that food or other deliveries would be equally difficult). There was no iron and ironing board, so we had to lend them one. I think they woud have liked some more pots for cooking with.
- Keith (7/5): Good - It is roomy and comfortable. It's very easy to check-in and check-out. Our visitors were from South Africa and so they were feeling cold, but we couldn't figure out how to turn on the central heating. They were able to use the electric convector heater, so it wasn't too bad. They would would have liked an iron and ironing board (so we provided that for them). The most annoying problem was that there is no doorbell, so it was difficult to let them know when we had arrived to take them out (their mobile phones were not working in the UK) - it's difficult to hear someone knocking on the front door which is downstairs and there's a closed door at the top of the stairs.
- Anreb (10/5): Exceptional -
- Neville (9/5): Very comfortable and clean and tidy place. Close to many shops .Management was very friendly and hel - Location was fine, as there was lots of buses to the sea front. Flat was very clean and bright. Large fridge was good. Shower was lovely. Bed very comfortable. No Bath, and no spare bin bags. Also no drying rack for dishes.
