• Besa (10/5): - Everything was perfect. The location and the connection to the city through the tram and the tickets given by the property for free. The apartment was shining clean. The bed way too comfortable so nothing to complain.

• Ofra (9/5): A great place to stay in Basel. Highly recommend - I liked the place very much. Comfortable bed, nice living room, and a comfortable sofa. The place was super clean, and the bathroom was great, with strong, pleasant water flow. I also liked the terrace very much. The kitchen was also what I needed. It is near the tram and bus (a 2-3 minute walk), which I used. And it's 10 minutes walk or even less from the train. The apartment was part of a nursing home. Take into consideration that on one side of the place, there is a school, so there will be some noise. Though for me it was OK. I really liked it because people were very kind and pleasant. I highly recommend it and plan to go there again.
• Koningin Máxima (7/5): Prima locatie voor een korte citytrip of doorreis. - Wij vonden de rust en het privé ondergronds parkeren heel fijn. Het was ook heel goed bereikbaar. Het was wel een bijzondere locatie zo in een verzorgingshuis. Maar het huisje was rustig, schoon en het personeel heel vriendelijk! De bewoners wonen hier mooi! Ook leuk om te zien dat er zo veel ruimte is voor kinderen in de omgeving. Je hoort en ziet ze veel buiten. Tip: Het Argentijnse restaurant op 5min lopen afstand! Wij koken graag zelf het grootste deel van onze vakantie. En de keuken was minimaal ingericht. Zo waren er bijvoorbeeld o.a. heel weinig pannen, geen snijplank en wat andere basis dingen. Ook serviesgoed precies voor 2 personen waardoor je soms tussendoor moet afwassen.

• Zeina (8/5): Parfait pour un séjour en couple. - Logement spacieux, très propre et confortable. On a apprécié les cartes de transport en commun gratuite et l’arrêt de tram à 5 min à pieds. La kitchenette !

• Wasser (10/5): - Ruhig, Toller Ausblick, Eigene Wohnung mit Sofa, Sessel, Kühlschrank, Backofen, etc. zu Fuss in 8 min beim Messezentrum, Bücher im Zimmer, süss eingerichtet, Man fühlt sich wie daheim. Achtung, wenn man am Abreisetag Gepäck dort deponiert, sollte man es bis 17 Uhr holen, denn nach 17 Uhr kommt man ohne Badge nicht mehr rein. Reception ist auch nur ca. von 8-17 Uhr besetzt. Und unbedingt wenn man während Aufenthalt weggeht vorher fragen wo man den Badge hinhalten muss, sonst kommt man am Abend retour und ist verzweifelt, weil man die Eingangstür nicht aufbringt.

• Hilary (8/5): Great place to stay and we were very happy during our stay. - Very clean, quiet and a great location. On the 30 bus route so brilliant for getting to the old town and SBB station. Booking process was not ideal. Slow to accept booking initially and there was some confusion about confirming that there were no feathers in the bedding. Pillows were not great (lumpy).
• Dawn (10/5): Good base to access the city - A modern comfortable apartment within easy reach of public transport. The basics - washing up liquid, toilet roll were there. Access out of hours was easy and the instructions were readily available. It would be possible to self cater but it only has a double set of basic cutlery and crockery. There is a restaurant on site but we didn't use it.
• Thurgauer on Tour (9/5): Gute Unterkunft an ruhiger Lage, nahe des Messer-Areals - Für uns war die Nähe zum Messe-Areal wichtig und es einen Parkplatz dazu gab. Das Studio ist sehr geräumig, es hat auch einen schönen Balkon und wichtig: es war sehr ruhig! Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn es noch etwas mehr an Ausstattung gegeben hätte, z.B. einen Toaster, ein Bügelbrett mit Glätteisen. Das Bedienen des Fernseher war nicht einfach, das moderne Gerät kann einfach zuviel... :-)

• Andreea BM (10/5): De neratat o astfel de locatie - Am avut un sejur de excepție în acest apart hotel. Am fost primiți cu căldură de către doamne de la recepție și am putut sa ne cazam mai devreme fără o taxa suplimentara (ceea ce este wow). Apartamentul foarte curat și bine încălzit cu o suprafață foarte mare . Am avut și balcon spațios ce avea vedere către un parc liniștit. Zona unde se află hotelul este mai aproape de gara Bad Bahnhof (gara germana) dar nu foarte departe de gara din Basel (10-15 min. cu autobuzul) . Am apreciat foarte mult ca am primit câte un Basel Card gratis pentru perioada șederii. Exista si un restaurant la parte si posibilitate de parcare dar nu am folosit aceste servicii in acest sejur. Recomand 100% acest hotel dar si orașul Basel care este impresionat de frumos . Nimic de reproșat.

• Carole (10/5): Un très chaleureux logement pour visiter Bâle et ses environs - Emplacement idéal (à 2 pas des tram et bus). L’appartement était spacieux, clair, d’une propreté irréprochable, avec tout le nécessaire (serviettes, savon, verre, assiette, café, thé….) et un joli balcon. Literie dans la chambre et canapé dans le salon super confortables. Hyper calme. Personnel très gentil et pro. Nous nous sommes senties vraiment très bien pour un long we et je recommande les yeux fermés !!!! Excellent rapport qualité prix-prix !!!! Rien !

Sehr komfortabel, ruhig, gute Lage, mit den Öffentlichen schnell in der Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

• Carlson (10/5): The apartment was everything we needed it to be, close proximity to the old city, airport and the ship port for our crui - Loved that it was super clean, quiet, well furnished for a comfortable stay,l. The staff was super helpful especially the manager, Pascal, who went out of his way to help us arrange a ride to our ship when Uber drivers didn’t want to come due to a log of road construction. The only minor thing that the elevators broke down couple of times but we were allowed to use their service elevator.

• Kamalinder (3/5): Poor - It was clean and neat. There is very limited internet. I had gone for work trip and needed internet but 1st day there was no internet which was fixed only next day. The opening of the main door at entrance was also a hassle and had to contact the owner to open every time to open. For ironing one has to go all the way to basement to use the shared facility with a facility for elderly people.

It was absolutely fine but it’s in a sheltered care home setting. Great facilities, helpful staff, big apartment just not what I was expecting.

The bed was really comfortable and I had an excellent nights sleep. The property is in a great location and very well connected to local transport which made it easy to get around the city. I would highly recommend this apartment and I would definitely return in the future.

The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is large and well-adapted for people with limited mobility. There is a large terrace, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is big and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The self check-in process works seamlessly with the key locker system. The location is convenient, just 8 minutes by tram from the center of Basel, with a nearby bus stop providing access to the train station. The WiFi is fast, although the signal can occasionally be weaker. Everything was great
