• Andres (3/5): Needs maintenance, care, and deep cleaning - Air conditioning worked after I switched the remote with another room. Tv same. There's a refrigerator in the common area with utensils, sink, microwave and plates. Toilet seat broken, two twins in a king size frame. Sheets didn't fit and were threadbare. They just came off when you lay down. Matresses stained. Toilet stained. No cofee first 4 days. It was advertised with a nice selection for breakfast with fruit, etc. Look at the picture. Its actually one sweet sometimes left for days. Coffee didn't appear until 4 days into stay. The toilet smells. Maybe its the gunk or mold in shower walls. Towels were threadbare and basically rags.

Danach kümmerte sich niemand um Versorgung und Nachschub. Im Kühlschrank Milch mit Ablaufdatum März per Datum Mitte Mai. Geschirr wurde auch nicht gewaschen. Das Bad wies starken Schimmelbefall auf. Die Armaturen waren kaum nutzbar, Duschköpfe defekt, Duschkabine undicht, WC starker Urinsteinbelag. Während des Aufenthalts keinerlei Reinigungs- oder Servicepersonal, während des ganzen Aufenthalt liess sich niemand sehen einschliesslich am Tag der Abreise. Wir empfehlen Booking.com dieses Etablissement aus dem Angebot dringlich zu entfernen. Vor allem mangelnde Sauberkeit. wenn es kein Frühstück gibt, sollte dies auch nicht angeboten werden.
• Silvia (1/5): Vacanze da incubo!!! - Di positivo non c'e stato proprio nulla 😡 Era sporchissimo tavoletta del water rotta doccia rotta sporcizia dappertutto e per giunta neppure il terzo letto era stato preparato nonostante avessi prenotato una tripla.... Lenzuola super sintetiche che si toglievano appena ti poggia i sul letto e asciugamani tutti macchiati logori e ognuno diverso Per non parlare della colazione con cornetti avanzati dal bar da minimo due giorni!!!!

La posizione è ottima, comoda per visitare Napoli; essendo vicina alla stazione centrale, è molto facile raggiungere la metro e spostarsi con tranquillità con i mezzi. Ho apprezzato anche la tranquillità e il comfort della stanza. Sinceramente nulla di rilevante, il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole.

• Maija (1/5): I was left without accommodation on arrival, blamed afterward, and charged for a stay that never too - I had a confirmed booking at CammaRoomi from 15 to 18 January. On 15 January, I arrived at the property at the scheduled check-in time. However, the accommodation was completely closed. The entrance door was locked, there was no staff present, and no one answered the phone number provided on Booking.com, despite multiple calls. Later, the property accused me of being at fault, claiming that I should have called a different phone number. However, Booking.com listed only one contact number, which I called several times without any response. After waiting and trying to contact the property unsuccessfully, I was left without accommodation on arrival day. As there was no way to check in or receive assistance, I had no other option but to cancel the booking and urgently look for another place to stay. According to the cancellation policy on Booking.com, in case of cancellation, only part of the amount should have been charged. However, despite the fact that I did not stay a single night, the property charged me for all three nights. As a result, I lost both: the accommodation I had booked, and the full amount of money for a stay that never took place. The lack of access, lack of communication, and the way the situation was handled afterward made the entire experience feel unreliable and unsafe, and at the time I genuinely feared that this could be a scam. This experience caused significant stress and inconvenience, especially after traveling. I would strongly advise future guests to be very cautious, as lack of communication and access on arrival can leave you stranded without accommodation and without a refund.

Host invisibile! Quando ho riscontrato problemi non hanno risolto nulla anzi, mi hanno bloccato su WhatsApp. Esperienza veramente PESSIMA. Non sanno sfruttare quello che hanno. • pietro (3/5): Pessima scelta - Posizione comoda alla stazione e alla metro Alcuni cuscini erano sporchi di giallo. Il coperchio del water e il soffione della doccia erano rotti. Le lenzuola avevano dei buchi e c'era un fortissimo odore di fritto. Le scale del palazzo che portano alla struttura erano sporchissime con anche numerosi mozziconi di sigarette. Inoltre l'annuncio diceva che era disponibile la culla su richiesta ma nonostante la richiesta in fase di prenotazione la culla non c'era con conseguente scomodità nel dover dormire col bambino.

• talemme73 (10/5): - Sono stato al CammaRoomi e posso dire senza esitazioni che è un B&B davvero straordinario. La pulizia è impeccabile: ambienti curati, profumati e gestiti con un’attenzione che oggi si vede sempre meno. La camera è ordinata, confortevole e rifinita con gusto, davvero un piacere starci. La location è un altro punto forte: il B&B si trova vicinissimo alla stazione, posizione strategica e comodissima per muoversi in tutta la città. È collegato benissimo ai principali mezzi, e con la Circumvesuviana a pochi passi si può raggiungere Pompei o Sorrento in totale libertà, senza stress e quando si vuole. E poi c’è la proprietaria, che merita un elogio a parte: una professionista autentica, sempre disponibile, attenta e accogliente, capace di far sentire l’ospite a casa con una naturalezza che colpisce. In sintesi: esperienza top, un B&B che unisce qualità, comodità e quella cura “di una volta” che fa davvero la differenza.

L'organizzazione funzionale: hanno sempre risposto al telefono e fornito indicazioni chiare La Maniglia un po' precaria dava un senso di scarsa sicurezza. Mancano le persiane e le tende non fanno buio quindi al mattino presto c'è molta luce. Il rubinetto del lavandino del bagno è traballante e sembra debba rompersi al primo utilizzo anche se a me non è successo.

• Zahra (1/5): Cockroaches, several room facilities falsely promised, has to be the worst host attitude I have ever encountered - I booked a superior double room. I wanted a basic base to sleep and shower as I planned to be out most of the time. I did not expect anything fancy and was very aware that this was not one of the nicer accommodations but I did not imagine it could be this bad. I had provided my flight details and expected check-in time to the owner over 24 hours prior to check-in so that I can quickly put my luggage down, have a shower and head out. This did not happen due to the long list of problems at this establishment. I had to leave after a few hours due to large cockroaches in my room behind and under the fridge and I have requested a full refund due to unacceptable conditions and false description/advertising of room facilities for my particular reserved room. The owner is upset after finding that I have videos and photos of everything I have mentioned in my review and so has ignored me throughout the remainder of my booking- from Monday to Wednesday - (the end date of the reservation) There is no care for the guest here. I think they just want to grab your money then want you to shut up and put up and when you request anything that you paid for they ignore or gaslight you. I spoke to Booking.com 5 times in as many hours to try to help to communicate with the owner but they were unresponsive- to Booking.com as well as me. No explanation provided. When Booking.com finally got through to the owner they assured Booking.com they were coming to the property to deal with the issues directly with me and to support but they did not come and went on to become completely unresponsive by phone, messaging on Booking.com and WhatsApp. I couldn’t get out of the room fast enough upon seeing the cockroaches. No-one was available so that I could hand my key in and check out properly (also I was advised by Booking. * Huge cockroaches in my room * The property manager’s extremely rude and dismissive attitude. Ignored me for two days! (Monday to Wednesday) * Check-in instructions only partially provided 1.5 hours after check-in time do I was outside calling, messaging the owner (as other reviewers have done) * Lies from the owner about having provided me with check-in instructions on time when really I was calling them with the help of their neighbours in the kebab shop and the gas engineer at the building who all came to help me when they saw me stood outside for so long in the heat * No free toiletries as advertised in my particular booked room * No electric kettle in room as advertised in my particular booked room * No ironing facilities/could not locate an iron and host ignored * No bathrobe as advertised in my particular booked room * Main entrance key that didn’t work even though two other guests tried to help me with it- they agreed it doesn’t work (owner eventually provided a code) * Milk in fridge for coffee was 20 days past it’s expiry date * Stale food like bread items and biscuits from what I saw in the kitchen area * Nowhere to hand shower head so the head was on the tray at the bottom * Extremely wobbly toilet seat * When a maid came at 3pm (3 hours later than check-in time) to provide toiletries she only poured shower gel into the handwash dispenser. I have no idea as to the logic behind this. No shampoo, soap or any other toiletries. I was told I cannot have a robe and the owner said I have toiletries like toilet paper and towels. (If the owner incorrectly believed these to be toiletries they would not have mentioned these items in their own right on the list of room facilities) * Awful dark and dirty entrance
• Enza (8/5): Due giorni perfetti - Posizione perfetta. Praticamente di fronte al terminal dei bus. Appena siamo arrivati con il pullman abbiamo attraversato la strada e abbiamo trovato la struttura. Fatto check in lasciato bagagli e iniziato il nostro tour. Si trova in una posizione strategica per gli spostamenti a piedi perché a pochi passi dal centro ma anche con i mezzi pubblici. Accogliente, pulita. Consiglio. Avrei aggiunto un telo doccia in più per poterne avere uno a testa e magari qualche prodotto in più per l'igiene personale, considerando che non tutti i turisti viaggiano con pullman ma molti in aereo e non sempre sono permessi liquidi. Ma ripeto consiglio vivamente la struttura.

Dal momento in cui sono arrivata a Napoli fino al momento in cui ho dovuto recarmi al lavoro (cir ca due ore) sono stata al bar sottostante cercando di mettermi in contatto con i responsabili. Silenzio assoluto fino alle 18 quando ero sul viaggio di ritorno perchè non ero riuscita a trovare altro all'ultimo minuto, sono stata contattata via whatsapp per la consegna dei documenti. Non si erano nemmeno accorti che non avevo fatto il check in. Pessima esperienza. Meno male che conosco la città. Non mi è piaciuto nulla perchè non sono nemmeno riuscita ad entrare in camera. Personale con comportamento pessimo

Rewelacyjny stosunek jakości do ceny. Jedyne co mi się nie podobało to że wąż od prysznica była trochę popsuty i można byłoby go wymienić na nowy.

Molto vicino a tutto mi sono trovata bene se tornerò a Napoli sicuramente andrò da loro. nella loro semplicità c’è molta accoglienza. • Charlotte (1/5): Terrible, dated, uncomfortable and mucky - Nothing to like about the stay here. This is possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The noice from the main road is terrible, beeping and sirens all night, doesn’t help that the windows are that thin it sounds like a window is open! Curtains are crap doesn’t keep any light out! The bed and its sheets are awful, bobbly and old. The pillow was lumpy! Red hot shower! Towels are old! Mold around the window. Breakfast is just a croissant no instructions to work the coffee machine! Nothing nice about this place.

• Dominik (6/5): I’ve stayed at better hotels for less money. - The staff only messaged us through the booking platform, but they were cool and understanding. The location's not bad, right by the main station, but the neighborhood gives off sketchy vibes at night. On the bright side, the price was decent, and at least we didn't have to crash on the streets. I only saw the cleaner, who couldn't speak a word of English. Just so you know, you'll only get either super cold or boiling hot water for your showers. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, and we had to use bed sheets as blankets. Honestly, the place wasn't the cleanest. We got woken up at night by some noisy neighbors. Breakfast was meh, nothing special, and you had to serve yourself. Plus, the room had that funky smell of moldy walls.

• Alyona (5/5): I don't recommend - Near to the Central station Gribaldi. There is air-conditioning. Oiful street, oiful entryway. In our room nr.3 walls was dirty, bad side was dirty. TV didn't work. The shower isn't possible to regulate, the temperature of water is selfregulated, you can refresh, but it is impossible to wash a head. The description of the room isn't correct. There is only liquid soap. In the room isn't cattel or cofemashin. The view: it was oiful - to broken industrial zone. The breakfast: we was 3 nights - no any morning we get coffee for the breakfast, there wasn't any coffee-tablets. You even can't get the black tea for breakfast (only hibiskus or herbal). In 3 days there was no any staff. Comunication only via Watsap. I definitely don't recomend this place for this price.

• Zeid (1/5): I recommend it 0/10 - Firstly, we requested 2 single beds and got queen bed and after sending him a message, he fixed it and his response was "For the beds there must have been forgetfulness". In the booking they mentioned that there is a nice view while it was an old rubbish roof and not accessible. We included the breakfast in our booking while there was literally nothing to eat in the first day (neither Italian nor Vegetarian as mentioned in the booking) and after sending him a message the other day he added 6 pieces of pastries and when we complaint about the coffee machine that is not working properly (after trying it) he replied back by saying "it's working fine". We ended up having our breakfast and coffee outside the hotel which means that we wasted our money by adding the breakfast to our booking. The supplies inside the room was not enough and when we requested to have our room cleaned and to add missing supplies (toilet paper), they came and cleaned the room but only added few which was insufficient for one guest while we were two. The water from the shower goes from very cold to extremely hot (and vice versa) out of the sudden which will end up in burning your skin or getting shocked by cold water. There was no minibar as mentioned in the booking. Towels, duvets and bed covers were disgusting. Finally, there was a lack of communication, as we arrived the hotel and realized that the door was locked and no one was there to open it for us and the instructions to open it were not given to us before, we were lucky that we had our internet working and we contacted them and they provided us with the code and instructions which approximately took more than 15 minutes to get inside the hotel. (according to the messages), although, he didn't forget to send us reminder asking for the tourist tax money.
• Ashish (6/5): Nice rooms, pleasant and happy stay assuming you are able to check in without any issue - Rooms were very clean, WIFI signal and strength were good. Location is closed to the train station and very convenient to walk and see whole of Naples on foot. Lots of shops, cafes and supermarkets nearby. The area looks rough, with homeless people, but we never felt unsafe even when we arrived at 11:00 am in the night. We were a bit worried as we were arriving late at 23:00 pm and looking at the other reviews, people mentioned stories of waiting outside for an hour or so to check in. Fortunately we did not have this issue. The Lady owner lives somewhere else and can only be reached by two numbers on whatapp. These numbers are shown on the outside of the property, when we were able to make contact with her thanks to a stranger who helped us make contact, she remotely opened the main door for us, when got in the flat the keys to the room were left near the reception and that's how we got access to our rooms. She was cooperative and asked for our identify (passport photos) to be sent by whatsapp. She does not always promptly respond to your whatapp message, for example when we checked out, I asked her where should I leave the keys but she never replied so I left them in the door and took photos of how it was left. Also use google translate app to communicate, as the owner does not seem to speak English. The breakfast cannot be called breakfast it was left over bread, butter, jam and toast. Yes everyday there was a round of fresh croissants, juice and milk were long life items in the fridge. Shower kept switching between hot and cold, very difficult to control and dangerous for children as risk of scalding. We complained to the lady owner, she suggest run the shower for 5 minutes before using it for the water to stabilize but that did not help. One of the rooms faces the main road, so a bit noisy but was not a problem for us.

Seem like never got clean properly….. breakfast included….. come on that terrible breakfast and we don’t eat old food from how many day before that you had given to you guests. don’t bring breakfast including to your bookings….

• Cyke (7/5): I was comfortable enough minus the bed especially at night. The issues outlined need addressing all - The entrance of the building is a turn off, the room is comfortable enough, the bed was 2 single put together wasn't to comfortable for me and my partner. The bathroom wasn't clean enough. The host was lovely for the price yes, looking for somewhere to keep whiles u enjoy Italy yes, will I stay here again YES, will recommend it yes but let them know what to expect. I felt safe in my room which is very good 🇬🇧 Bed being to single put together for a couple, bathroom fitting need updating can do with a good clean.
• Карина (6/5): Pleasant - location, air conditioning in the room unfortunately there were much more minuses, firstly, there is simply no staff in the building, no one will meet you. We approached the building using Google navigator, it turned out that you need to call the hostess on the phone, but the hostess does not speak English. How is this possible? You work in the TOURIST service industry and don’t know basic words…okay, we figured out the entrance, but be aware that this will take a long time. The entrance is scary and dirty. The rooms themselves are bright but not clean. There are many ants on the floor. You can forget about breakfast, we were there for 7 days, only milk was replenished, and for all 7 days there was some piece of half-eaten cake. That is, they bit it off and put it back, for 7 days no one removed it. The teapot is dirty, it is terrible to drink from it. For 7 days the towels were changed 2 times, one of them we asked ourselves. The paper was also replenished 2 times, we used our napkins ... But the worst thing is the shower .... it is dirty and you cannot set the water to warm, either only cold or only hot. THIS IS NOT NORMAL, we bathed under ice water for 7 days :) Do not save money and avoid this place if you are going on a long vacation

• Erik (3/5): Pay a little more and stay somewhere else - Wifi was fast Room had good A/C Room was kind of gross and cheaply put together. Shower didn't work properly. Literally no staff at the property, ever. The same leftovers for "breakfast" were left out the three days during our stay. Had to track down my own toilet paper, and towel replacements. Also, you will probably be stuck outside at some point. The keys don't work to get into the property, so you have to whatsapp the manager, who is unreliable, to buzz you in. We would have been stuck outside for hours with our kids, if it weren't for some kind close-by Cafe owners who had service keys.
• Masha (8/5): beautiful and clean room, friendly staff with goodies. - everything was super clean and beautiful the area it was in, hard to find at night, the staircase going up within the building is really run down with spider webs

• Jaime, (1/5): Bad - Next to a very noisy, busy street. Can hear the noise from our room. Sink n bathroom drainage not working. Bathroom tap loose. The worst was have to call owner every times we need to enter the main door because key doesn’t work. The day of checked in, waited 20 mins. for the owner. I would not recommend this hotel.
