• Marco (9/5): - La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi da Plaza de España, quindi dalla metro, e dal palazzo reale. La pianta della casa è molto particolare, di recente ristrutturazione, è dotata di tutti i comfort. Camera matrimoniale molto spaziosa, dotata di cabina armadio e bagno ensuite. Sono necessari alcuni piccoli interventi di manutenzione. Suggerisco il cambio degli infissi all’ingresso nel soggiorno perché non sono né insonorizzanti né a tenuta termica.

• Maria (6/5): Emplazamiento muy céntrico - Muebles modernos. Equipamiento nuevo. Muy oscuro. Faltan armarios: perchero a la entrada. Y alguno más en el pasillo donde hay sitio ( ventana).

• D'Alessandro (10/5): Hermoso departamento cerca de Plaza España - La amplitud, la limpieza, el hecho de que tuviera baño y toilette, la ubicación, cerca de todo.La anfitriona muy amable. No tiene luz natural pero cómo estuvimos todo el tiempo recorriendo Madrid no nos molestó para nada.

• Marina (10/5): Para repetir, me ha encantado la ubicación y el apartamento - Estaba muy bien ubicado, no tuvimos que coger metro en ningún momento, que con un niño pequeño es de agradecer. Buena oferta de restaurantes alrededor. Estaba todo muy limpio y decorado con mucho gusto. Fácil comunicación con Arantxa, nos dejaron una trona, faltaban trapos y los repusieron rápidamente.

• Shine (9/5): Best place - The accommodation was very close to the city center. The host was always friendly and helped solve every issue we faced, for which I am very grateful. If I come to Madrid again, I will definitely choose this place again. We chose Oslo room.
• Nina (6/5): Lage sehr gut, Apartment-Grundriss/ Merkmale nicht zu empfehlen - Sehr gute Lage, man ist fußläufig in der Stadt, Anbindung an ÖV gut. Das Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoß und besteht nur aus einem langgezogenen Raum ohne Türen (ausser WC und Bad). Das Apartment hat kein abgeschlossenes/ abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer wie angegeben und es gibt kein Tageslicht. Es stand kein Zubehör für den Geschirrspüler und kein Kaffee zur Verfügung. Im Bereich vor dem Bad gab es einen großen Schimmelfleck an der Wand.

• Caterina (8/5): - Le logement est très bien situé, on est en plain centre et tout est facilement accessible. Logement propre et bien entretenu. IL est au rez de chaussé et séjour sombre. Heureusement il y a l'air conditionné, sinon pas possible ouvrir la porte qui donne sur la rue.

• Natallia (8/5): Very clean apartment in a great central location - The apartment is brand new, located perfectly in the central area, with cafes and restaurants available, and the royal palace a short walk. On th way there there is a nice park with a playground. The apartment is very clean and well looked after. I also liked that a guest bathroom was available, as well as a small kitchen. Arantxa was very welcoming and available whenever we have questions or requests. The cut of the apartment is unusual - there is a small living room right at the entrance, and then a long passage, that ends with the sleeping area. There are no doors between the living and sleeping area. It is possible to sleep on the small couch in the living room, but it is a bit loud - the street is just behind the door. It was okay for our family of 3, but if you would prefer 2 separate sleeping rooms, it might not fit your expectations.

• Mojtaba (4/5): Disappointing - Cleanliness , location Cold water for bath . It was terrible and we catch cold . We said to host and he tried to fix the problem for next day but i doesnt happen so we took shower with cold water for 2 days
