• Jolanta (9/5): Brīnišķīga vieta, kur palikt un izbaudīt atpūtu uz vairākām dienām. - Lieliska atrašanās vieta - 10-15 minūšu gājiena attālumā no galvenajām apskates vietām. Istabai bija balkons (3.stāvā, "zaļā istaba"), no kura pavērās brīnišķīgs skats uz pilsētu. Ļoti klusi un mierīgi apartamenti ar kopīgo telpu, kur iespējams uzvārīt tēju, ievietot ledusskapī produktus un galds, pie kura paēst. Mazliet traucēja, ka kopīgajā telpā nav izlietne ar ūdens krānu.

• Watanabe (10/5): - 素晴らしい宿でした。部屋の設備はもちろん、共有スペースも清潔です。 個人的には共有スペースからのシエナ旧市街の景色が非常に素敵で気に入っております。 チェックイン方法も事前にご連絡いただき、非常にわかりやすかったです。 またホストのガブリエルさんがチェックアウト後も共有スペースを使用して良いと仰っていただきバスまでの時間を快適に過ごせました。 特にないが、敷いてあげるならば部屋に冷蔵庫がない点。 （近くにスーパーもあるのでそこまで問題ではないと思います）

• Catalina (10/5): - Es de los mejores alojamientos de Siena, la habitación era bastante amplia, teníamos balcón con una vista preciosa, el baño era grande, todo estaba demasiado organizado y limpio, en la zona había restaurantes, tiendas de ropa, souvenirs y mucho más. Es muy cerca a la estación del tren a pie, el bus te deja justo al lado aunque todo es realmente cerca caminando. Nos encantó este alojamiento, la atención del host fue 10/10. Nuestro favorito sin duda. No tengo comentarios negativos, todo fue perfecto

La estructura es muy cómoda, cuenta con ascensor y una zona común realmente acogedora y práctica. La información para el check-in fue clara y la comunicación excelente. Gabriele fue muy disponible y rápido para responder a todas nuestras preguntas. Estancia 100 % recomendable. Realmente nada a remarcar

Keittiössä jääkaappi, mikro ja jopa uuni. Selkeät ohjeet sisäänkirjautumiseen. Yhteiskeittiössä ei harmillisesti ole pesuallasta, minkä vuoksi tarjolla on yksittäispakattuja kertakäyttöastioita. Muovijätettä syntyy aika lailla. Sänky oli minulle turhan kova.

Gabriele fue muy amable al estar disponible para consultas. También tuve la oportunidad de conocerlo y fue muy cálido No es que no me haya gustado pero para tener en cuenta que la habitación puede dar hacia la calle que es muy transitada por lo que puede resultar ruidosa (igualmente el tipo de cerramos el aísla bastante el ruido) pero nada que no se solucione con unos tapones :)

• Valeria (8/5): Posizione ideale per girare Siena a piedi - Posizione perfetta. Camera molto piccola ma pulita e con spazio ben organizzato. Letto comodo. Nella sala comune ci sono dei distributori (a pagamento) per la colazione. Nel bagno non c'è la finestra, il lavandino è piccolissimo, il WC non è molto comodo perché è quello per persone disabili (alto, con buco davanti) e non c'è il bidet ma la doccetta. Il prezzo che ho pagato per la stanza era un po' troppo alto.

Отличное местоположение. Чувствуется, что владельцы с любовью, вниманием и заботой создавали это прекрасное пространство для отдыха после прогулок по городу. Такого не было!

• jcn17 (9/5): Chambres que je conseille pour visiter la ville de Sienne très facilement à pied. - L'emplacement est parfait. 15 minutes à pied de la gare et à l'entrée de la vieille ville. La salle de bain est neuve, grande et pratique. L'entrée dans l'appartement se fait très facilement, les explications sont très claires. Le logement est propre, relativement neuf. Rien à signaler.

• Samuele (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno nel cuore di Siena! - La posizione dell'appartamento è ideale per esplorare la città di Siena, essendo situato in pieno centro e a poca distanza sia dalla stazione dei treni che da quella dei bus. La stanza, seppur non molto grande, è dotata di una bellissima vista sulla città e di un ottimo bagno dotato di tutti i comfort. La comunicazione con l'host è stata semplice e immediata, non ho avuto nessun problema col check-in. L'unico aspetto negativo a mio parere è la dimensione della stanza, ma sinceramente se si ha intenzione di stare fuori il più tempo possibile non ha poi così grande importanza. Di contro le dimensioni del bagno sono più grandi di tanti altri trovati in altre locazioni.

• Sylvia (8/5): Toller Ausblick - Es ist nicht weit in die Stadt zu laufen, wo dann verschiedene Restaurants, Supermarkt etc sind. Der Ausblick über die Stadt vom Zimmer aus ist toll, das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß. Aus dem Gemeinschaftsraum kam immer Müllgeruch, da dort Abfalleimer stehen. Das ist zwar praktisch, weil man das nicht im Zimmer hat, beim Betreten des Flurs aber unangenehm. Der Fahrstuhl ist sehr klein. Selbst alleine ist es mit Gepäck sehr beengt.

E siete a due passi dalla stazione dei bus di via tozzi, a 15 mins dalla stazione dei treni e a 10 mins dal duomo. C'è uno spazio in comune con macchina del caffé , forno a microonde e frigo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Forse la strada un po' rumorosa per le stanze che affacciano su strada.

• Laureen (5/5): Good value for money, but not ideal - The room was well appointed with a lovely tiled bathroom. There was a really good restaurant just 50m away. Very compact, not much space for luggage. The bed has a wooden base with sharp edges; i have the bruises to show for it. Nowhere nearby to buy breakfast provisions, so the communal kitchen isn't much use. The communications from the owners came quite late, and was a bit off. There is an expectation that everyone uses WhatsApp, but not everyone does. The owners need to realise that the population of many countries is aging and they need to be more inclusive.

• Rana (10/5): Very clean and comfortable place, perfect location, great value for money - I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The host was very kind and welcoming. The room had a great view, and everything I needed was provided. The entire place was very clean and well-maintained. The common area with a vending machine and the instant coffee machine was super convenient. The location is perfect, with a bus stop right in front and easy access to the historic city center. Despite having several other rooms, it was quiet and comfortable. On top of that, the price was very reasonable. I’ll truly miss this place.

• Andrew (9/5): Good. I recommend it. - It’s in a quiet area, which I found a plus — though I imagine some travellers would like to be in the thick of things. Eleroom is slightly away from the centre — for example it’s about 15 mins to the Campo and the same to the Duomo. However, it’s a very pleasant walk. The air conditioning was a real plus on recent nights when the temperature was above 28C at 11:30 pm. Everything was fine. But I missed human contact. But everything works well and is well thought out. And contact is easily done through WhatsApp.

• Chloe (10/5): 10/10 - Really lovely experience! Central location on a quieter street, meaning you don't get a lot of noise from outside but you're still really close to everything. Room and entrance hall were impeccably clean. Air conditioning was like paradise after long days in the heat. The common kitchen has a few essentials - a big water jug, some tea packets and a kettle, a vending machine, a fridge (and I believe an oven as well). Gabriele was very responsive and I also appreciated having a clear list of instructions for how to enter the building and room. The room also had the hosts' contact info displayed, along with emergency phone numbers and wifi info. Nothing, I couldn't have asked for anything else.
• Jaime (7/5): Great quality for price - checkout too early - Room and toilet were clean. I was satisfied with my stay. The price was really good so I think the services were really fair. The only problem is that CHECKOUT WAS TOO EARLY. Doing checkout at 10 am is too early.
